Cannot say enough good things about Alex Wender (owner of Blue Wave Ins.). He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have put off switching medicare supplemental plans for years because who can figure out the best alternative! Well, Alex knew every answer right off the bat. He answered all my questions - very patient. Not only helped me choose the best plan for me, but can go through prices of all companies right then and tell you the best price for the best plan with the best company. He cautioned me that underwriting might not pass me, so as not to raise my expectations. I was delighted when he called back a few days later and said I was "in" the new plan. It will save me hundreds each year! I can't tell you how impressed I am. I will definitely be using them again and referring them - and I don't refer many companies - especially insurance. Now I'm just waiting on the policy to arrive in the mail with my new card. So excited! ~ Janet Cummings
