They place items up for bid take the money from your account... Apparently you won the bid. Wrong!
You get an Email that unfortunately they cannot execute the order due to stock issues and that the money will be placed back into your account within a couple of days.
Wonder what would happen if you overpaid... I guess they would make a point of finding the items...
Reputable companies don't conduct business this way.

Also keep in mind with Tumble Deal, "over paying" should never be an issue because YOU get the opportunity to freeze the price at an amount YOU are willing to pay.
