I have to say, as a seller on the site true facet is NOT a good site to sell on. I sell on many other sites and get paid right away or on the exact date that is promised to be after shipping an item. First, when I started selling they told me the commissions were around 8-10% however later I learned they were charging me around 15-20%. They asked for the paperwork I signed when I started selling with them and I told them they never asked me to sign anything. I was told this over the phone. I recently sold an item that was around $3,000 (after fees). You are supposed to get paid 14 days after the customer receives the item. I waited and was never paid. When I contact support (the first time) it took about 3 days to even get a response. They then tried to tell me because February was a short month I would be paid on the next payout date which was the 15th (WAY PAST THE 14 DAYS). The 15th came and still no payment. Sent another email (since no one answers the phone) and they said they would look into it. Several days later STILL nothing. I finally had to send multiple emails and threaten to hire a lawyer because miraculously finally getting paid. I took all my items off of their site and do not plan on selling with them ever again. I sell on multiple platforms and never have experienced such a delay in payment as well as resolve with any issue. I am very disappointed as they seem like a very big company but they do not have it together as far as payments go. Do not recommend.

Earrings were just laying in a box and not secured. They obviously rattled around and bounced off each other in shipping. One post was broken off the back of earring as a result of this.

Item is a necklace pendant - I believe the word pendant means it has a "bail" from which to hang --- this one has no bail or anything to attach it to a chain... I should have asked... still... not as described. Disappointing
They said Covid is to be blamed for slow shipping but the watch itself was so beautiful when I finally received it!

I had ordered a size 15 small love bracelet in August 2021, after a month went by without a tracking number I contacted them about the expected delivery date. Every week they kept saying the shipment was delayed but that they were expecting it next day/following week and if not they would order it directly from Cartier. Soon they had stopped responding to my emails, and each time I tried to call, I would be on hold for hours until the phone line was just hung up on me. I reported the lack of shipment to my credit card company at the 2.5 month mark since my credit card company has a 3 month timeline to dispute a transaction. ONLY after that did they get back to me and sent me a tracking number within the week for an overnight FedEx delivery. I did receive the shipment and the bracelet was ordered directly from Cartier (according to the TrueFacet representative), however the packaging the bracelet came in wasn't all authentic (the Cartier giftbag handles were fake, and the screwdriver color didn't match the bracelet) which makes me concerned about the authenticity (although on inspection the bracelet seems authentic but unsure). Due to my doubts, I wanted to bring it to the Cartier boutique and was told that Cartier doesn't authenticate. I was planning on purchasing jewelry insurance anyway, and am currently working on getting it appraised by a jeweler to qualify for the insurance and authenticate it.
This is my second purchase through TrueFacet and I couldn't be more pleased. Shipped fast, product was exactly as described.

My bf and I order 2 love bracelet from TF on Aug 3rd, 2021. It has been 9 weeks we still haven't received it. I called them every week and they lied about the delay and lead me on the whole time. Due to the delay, Adi assured that they will order from straight from Cartier and will ship it out within a week but still NOTHING. Very disappointed with their service. After 9 weeks of waiting, they suggested me to cancel my order to get a refund back. This will be my first and last to buy from this company. Please be aware and stay away from this company. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Answer: I haven't been paid for the last two items Inwas sent to them. They told me they were being sold just today and will shut down during that process but didn't say why tgeybhaven't paid me, a consignor yet. It is supposed to take 2 weeks because buyers have a 2 week window to return but they are no longer a trustworthy organization since Trupt Shah left the company approx a year ago! She was the best, obviously too good for them because it really fell apart once she left! She was the consignors voice and trouble shooter we now they've stolen our jewelry!

We did have delays, however we were in constant contact throughout the process. We purchased her Cartier directly from Cartier and delivered it to her. As soon as the package was tracking the customer filed a credit card dispute, received the item and then claimed it was fake. Therefore she essentially stole a very expensive item from us and now claims the item is inauthentic as her case.
We do not sell anything inauthentic and even provided her the purchase receipt directly from Cartier, which can be easily identified if taken to a Cartier store at anytime. We guarantee every single item we sell. If the item is inauthentic then she could have simply returned the item and refuses to do so. We are always here to help and even though we are at a loss 2x here we have repeatedly tried reaching to the customer with zero response.
