Recently I bought a watch and a handbag from this website and I am totally satisfied. The quality is excellent, and most designs are mouthwatering because of their beauty. It was delivered on time their packaging was classy.
Gladly come for more.
I love this store because they have many kinds of watches and the most beautiful handbags. With a material, I bought a quality leather handbag, which really impressed me. They are well made and I have found that it actually looks even better in the flesh than it does in the pictures.
I have found selling jewelry and watches on TrueFacet to be great. Their team mostly professional and promptly communicates with the client and is actively engaged during the entire process to ensure that everything is in order. The offers they provide are reasonable and they also have extraordinary customer relation services. Basically, I must say that if someone wants to sell some treasures and wants to deal with a trustworthy company only. TrueFacet is the option to choose!
The earrings I bought are amazing. Extremely beautiful and, so far they seem to have pretty good quality.
The shipment could have taken a bit less, but nothing too exaggerated.
Ordering was simple and painless. That said, I sent multiple emails to support about shipping without a response. When i called, my call was sent to an offshore answering center where the 'customer service representative' asked my to send a copy of my drivers license with my request to a different email address. I don't thing any of us are that trusting anymore and if you are, you shouldn't be. Order was made 11 days ago today and i still haven't heard a word from their office. Quite the change from past experiences...
I placed an order on April 3rd, it was approved with Affirm. Never received a confirmation. I waited for almost a week, I emailed the support team. Two days later, I received an email said due to Jewish holidays, the shop was closed until Thursday, 13rd, either by the end of this weekend or some day next week, when they send the merchandise out, I will receive a confirmation and will get an overnight shipment. I called customer service, no one picked up. If I don't hear anything by a few days, I will call to cancel and will not buy anything from TrueFacet again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I purchase a $6100 Rolex for my wife on 2/12/18. She finally wanted me to take it for cleaning and service. I went to the local Rolex dealer and the second it touched his hand, he immediately said it doesn't feel right. He then put it under a microscope and absolutely confirmed its a fake with about 8 different reasons and worth around $200. I have called and email over 20 times with zero respone. Im furious and will be hiring a lawyer!
It's been over a month - only one response to an email, 800 support number hangs up after being on hold for 5 mins- every 5 minutes no matter how many times. FedEx label and tracking supposedly done and emailed and then after 5 days cancelled. What a joke - can't even tell of the merchandise is good since I can't get it delivered
TrueFacet is everything thing they claim to be, the whole process was extremely Simple and Easy! After ordering a Rolex Watch, received order confirmation right away and 3-business days later, received the shipping and tracking information. My order arrived 2-days later ahead of schedule, nicely packaged... WoW! Would definitely use them again along with recommending TrueFacet.
I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and there is still no delivery, shipping, or update on where it is. Customer service let me know they'd expedite the order but they also let me know that the seller of the item hadn't answered calls or emails by the company. So essentially, I'm paying interest on an item that may or may not be available. Most sites have the decency not to charge your card until the item ships, this company charges your card without even knowing if there is an item to sell you. I can't speak to authenticity or anything else about TrueFacet as this the second order I've placed and never received.
I've been using TrueFacet for a couple of years now and I truly recommend them to any one that wants to sell their jewelry or watches. They are always excellent in keeping you up to date with your items and the service is great. I love them. You will not be disappointed with their offer. Trust me.
Company a little hard to communicate with as emails are preferred over phone calls. Phone call communication would get a lot of questions answered more quickly. Overall was a good experience but be patient with their email responses.
I purchased a ring from TrueFacet on 11/19 and have struggled to get an update on where my order is and if it's being shipped to me at all. It's now beyond their 3-7 business day process/shipping timeline, and I haven't received an update.
I've called their customer service number multiple times during business hours and haven't gotten through to speak to anyone, which is suspicious. When emailing the company, I haven't received a response to my last two emails over four days. My advice if you're considering buying from this company, run and go to a more reputable marketplace.
Do not buy from this company. They really aim for your money while looking for the merchandising. Also they outsource their customer service who knows where from... no communication, no transparency. Stay away, this is a SCAM! I purchased a piece of jewelry and for 5 days no feedback and noone communicated with me for shipping details... the receipt said 3-7 days and the company emailed me back 10-14 days delivery. Total scam!
UPDATE: Its been since 4/10/2023 that hey have had my Rolex. They have sent me 2 checks that have bounced since then. Now they are saying they will wire $ when they couldn't before and they sent me a "test" wire for $1000 and have refused to send me more, saying I may need to wait another 3 days for that to happen. FIRST POST: Currently holding my Rolex Deep Sea hostage for over a month. Sent me a check for trade in and it bounced last week. Apologized and said it wasn't intentional and they would wire me the $, they have been radio silent since. Be careful sending them your items, they lie about timelines and have terrible communication.
I bought a necklace from TrueFacet and I'm very happy with it. They guarantee that their pieces are authentic. When I received it, I had it authenticated for my own peace of mind, and it's the real thing. The condition was exactly as stated on the website. The only caveat can be timing, as the way they work with their sellers has two different modes. They take the person's piece and authenticate it before posting it for sale, and once it's sold it's shipped quickly. Or the seller takes their own photos which are sent to TrueFacet and posted. If you buy a piece from that type of seller, the seller has to mail the item to True Facet to be authenticated, and once it is, TrueFacet mails it to you. That process can take a 2-3 weeks. So if you're in a hurry, I would suggest calling them and finding out the process before making the purchase.
These must be fake reviews. Strongly urge you to review the list of complaints that have been filed with Better Business Bereau (BBB), so you can see what a fraudulent company this is. They will defraud you in some way; whether it's not sending correct / genuine watch / not making refund payment / not sending payment for your watch if you are a seller.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have try to attempt to sell my watch on this site since November 25 and still waiting for their team to make it live! I have resubmitted better pictures as they ask for the next day. Plus i have call them numbers of time for updates and have give the run around! It is so disappointing!
Ordered a Cartier bracelet as a gift for my wife for Christmas. Ordered late not truefacet's fault. Was supposed to arrive 1/5 which I planned to just give her a card and image etc of the bracelet. Talked with support team at TrueFacet and explained my concern. They got the bracelet overnighted to their facility and then overnighted to me. They contacted me to let me know along the way I offered to cover the shipping expense and they said not to worry about it. Bracelet arrived with plenty of time. Honestly being in the retail industry I have to say that this level of service is rare anymore.
Thank you for making this purchase so pleasant.
Rob
Currently Truefacet is holding $6212.00 of my money and will not refund me or send another piece of jewelry for my money. This has been going on for about 6 weeks total. I purchased a necklace and after over a week of waiting was told the item was no longer available. Their accounting department issued me a credit memo but I never received my money back. I then ordered and paid for another necklace. After a week I was told that item was no longer available. A week later I was issued another credit memo from their accounting department. The money never came back to my account. I was then told that they no longer used that payment platform so in order to get my money back I would have to file a claim with my credit card company for both items, $6212.00 total. I asked to just simply apply my money to another necklace I would like and now they have stopped responding to me. I email them multiple times a day. I have called and after 15 minutes it hangs up on me. I have done business with them multiple times in the past and have never had a problem. Now I am threatening an attorney. What a bunch of BS.

Answer: I haven't been paid for the last two items Inwas sent to them. They told me they were being sold just today and will shut down during that process but didn't say why tgeybhaven't paid me, a consignor yet. It is supposed to take 2 weeks because buyers have a 2 week window to return but they are no longer a trustworthy organization since Trupt Shah left the company approx a year ago! She was the best, obviously too good for them because it really fell apart once she left! She was the consignors voice and trouble shooter we now they've stolen our jewelry!
TrueFacet has a rating of 4.1 stars from 95 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. TrueFacet ranks 27th among Marketplace sites.
