Had a pack of shirts delivered, one of them had a hole in the side. I chatted with somebody and that day I got a new order started to replace the defective shirt. I'm very satisfied with the customer service.
Amazing customer service!
Ordered a set for my partner for Christmas but unfortunately needed a different size. Needed some help with the return and they organised it all for me and sent a replacement out for free and told me to keep the set I already have. Would certainly reccomend and shop here again. Tshirts are amazing quality and very comfy and flattering.

I had an issue with some of my tees, I commented on one of the ig post addressing the issue. A fee hours later, one of your guys reach out to me asking what's the issue. I went ahead and explained everything; He was happy to help me, and I thought I was just getting a discount for my next order, instead he gave me a replacement shirt. I like a simple, minimal approach to my daily activities and lifestyle. The fit is excellent, and the color selection is immense, I can wear one every day at work or at leasure, and still provide enough variety to keep myself looking good.

Product and quality does not meet expectations at all. I will not recommend the product, don't waste your money, you can find better quality at Walmart for a fraction of the price. First and last time costumer, I'm glad I ordered products on sale for testing.
We reached out via email Adolfo. We have a product guarantee and hate to hear you didn't love your tees. We'd love some more information, so we can address all your concerns. We emailed this customer several times to make this right, and unfortunately never heard back.
They sent me the wrong items and they're letting me keep the items they sent and sending me another order with the items I was supposed to get. This is how you take care of an issue and have great customer service for a mistake. Obviously they didn't have to do this cause mistakes happen and could have just exchanged it but I do really appreciate it though.

They pitch a perfect fit and a classic tee, what you'll get is a basic cheep-o K-mart like Tshirt that has the marketing pitch to make you think its better. Then when you want to return it they make the return process an absolute nightmare! Emails lead to forms lead to more forms lead to written explanations for the return lead to a limited number of places to return it to with no options for UPS to pick it up like Amazon provides. Absolute rip off - run away!
Hey Scott, we do offer a hassle free returns program, I am sorry to hear that gave you trouble! I located your ticket with our team but it looks like you just asked for instructions and our team sent that over to you!
Unfortunately at this time our returns are done through happy returns who offered Fedex or Happy returns locations (found inside stores such as Staples). We are always happy to see if we can offer a different option through our service team!
I ordered the wrong size, as I recalled statement on your website or marketing material which said that the fits were tight. Send a message via Facebook, to which Aidan quickly replied, and I believe we have resolve the situation. I'm looking forward to receiving the appropriate size T-shirts, and don't have to make that pesky trip to the post office to return the ill fitting shirts. If they look as good as you say, I'll certainly be ordering more and some polo shirts too.
My only peeve, is that as soon as I open the shirts, that big made in China stamp jumped out of me, and I thought I was buying an American made product. However I know that you have made no such claims, but wouldn't it be bloody great though. Really, they are quite an expensive shirt, but I think people would buy more, and pay more for something that was made over there. I wouldn't mention this publicly, but just an observation. Good luck with it is better pleasure to deal with
Thanks for sharing this, Paul! True Classic products are designed, distributed and fulfilled in our warehouses here in the USA. Manufacturing is done by a few different highly reputable manufactures, overseas. All inventory sits at the warehouse for at least 30 days before being shipped. As we grow, we'll continue to hire and employ more people in the USA, and also continue our mission to build more homes for the homeless vets in our country.
A good company stands behind its products and its customers. Thats what True Classic Tees did when I had an issue with an order that was shipped but was damaged upon arrival. True Classic Tees had great customer service and solved the issue quickly and made it easy on me, the customer. Good customer service goes a long way and they have made me a believer in their brand.

I was a little apprehensive buying these initially but I have to say these are some of the best fitting t shirts I have bought! I now own almost every color! I especially love the long liner shirts and long sleeve shirts! These shirts will continue to be a staple in my closet.

First, I did not believe that your Tees where that good. After my first two Tees i was convinced. They have a really good fit and are soft. The only drawback is that I have to order the tees in USA while I live in the Netherlands... we don't have such nice shirts.

It was a really great experience all items came folded and independently wrapped in a plastic bag the shirt are very comfortable and look and feel very high quality it was definitely worth the price and I will be purchasing more in the future.

I've always been hesitant to make purchases online because I don't like the hassle of the return process and some companies make it really hard to return or exchange online.
But True Classics email and text bot were both extremally helpful and eager to get the order right free of change.

I followed their website size chart and ordered a 3 pack of XXL. WAAAAAY too big. Returned for XL. After 1st wash, they shrank down to a size L. Now I'm stuck with $70 worth of shirts that I cant wear.
Hi Alec.We do message slight shrinkage if you wash/dry on high heat. However, if you've experienced extreme shrinking, I can assure you this is not the norm for our product and I'd be happy to look into this with you. If you'd like to connect please let us know.
I have been wearing these shirts for two weeks on job sites. They fit great, feel great, and doesn't show the "plumber's butt" when bending over. The shirts fit great in all the areas prescribed in the sizing chart.

I was skeptical at first about the shirts, but they are more than worth the price especially if they are on sale. I feel so much more confident when I wear true classics. You CANNOT put a price on that kind of feeling!

My husband loves the clothes he gets from True Classic. He really enjoys the t-shirt quality and fit and comments about them often. Most recently I purchased him a zippered jacket with a hood that he had been wanting for a while. He immediately opened it and wore it that day. He wears a True Classic t-shirt out and about dressed up a bit and also around the house for comfort.

I had to exchange one of my shirts from a L to a M. I contacted support and got a response literally within minutes! I shipped off my return the next day and my M came back a couple days later. Love the shirts! Great company!
