I followed their website size chart and ordered a 3 pack of XXL. WAAAAAY too big. Returned for XL. After 1st wash, they shrank down to a size L. Now I'm stuck with $70 worth of shirts that I cant wear.

Tip for consumers:
Very expensive for a tee shirt that's not true to size and shrinks badly.

Products used:
Super SLOW shipping but free returns, however, you can only return for a size exchange 1 time. Very disappointing.

Hi Alec.We do message slight shrinkage if you wash/dry on high heat. However, if you've experienced extreme shrinking, I can assure you this is not the norm for our product and I'd be happy to look into this with you. If you'd like to connect please let us know.

Purchased a brand new $999.99 Pelican Catch PWR 100 kayak and was charged $99.99 to ship from Academy's; KatyTX location to my home in NY. The delivery driver said to me before he even opened the door, "this thing is in pretty bad shape". It was DESTROYED. And NOT 100% by the shippers. It had been wrapped in thin cellophane which had come off long before it ever got to the shipper according to the driver. The boat had a thick layer of grime proving it had been stored outdoors, unprotected for an extended period of time. Scratches and heavy gouges all over the hull, keel, water line, even the cockpit area. Dents in the hull, punctures... it was an absolute horror show. And many of the damage was "dulled over" meaning it had happened a while ago. Fresh damage is glossy at first but "cures" over time as more dirt, dust, pollen, sunlight, etc. Took 30 pics, refused the delivery, contacted customer service. Was told they could give me a 10% refund. ARE YOU KIDDING? This thousand dollar boat isnt worth four hundred now and you want me to keep it and take a hundred bucks? An insult. Escalated the claim and 2 days later a "customer service supervisor" reading from a script offered me 10% plus the shipping or 25% but no shipping refund. So they upped the offer by another $100. And then he had the audacity to tell me that the damage was "merely cosmetic". So deep gouges in an already thin hull is "merely cosmetic"? This is an ocean-approved vessel. Are you willing to float 1/4 mi off shore and hope that the damage is "merely cosmetic"? Academy Sports makes me sick. There is an easy 45% markup on these kayaks and they insult a customer by selling them a worthless mess and expect them to swallow it down for a couple hundred bucks. WRONG ANSWER Academy Sports. How much does a heavy. Mil plastic bag cost? How much is a cardboard box? You're selling and shipping a thousand dollar boat... PROTECT IT! Even the kayaks outside of Walmart are in plastic bags. What a joke. For a company so big and so wealthy, you would have expected them to treat their product and their customers better. Pathetic.

I am sorry to hear that, Its a very few customers that complaints of the quality of the face shields, I see that you were already refunded as you stated for the product total, per our return policy, stated on the website that shipping is not refundable, if you are not happy with the products you can send it back for a product refund, shipping charges are not refundable, therefore, we can't provide you the shipping refund since that is a fee paid to the carrier and its reimbursed to us. Unfortunately, we can't proceed with the refund. Many thanks

So as you can see... Juan's offer of, "help" as stated here was nothing more than a smoke screen to make readers think that SA actually had intentions of a resolution. When in actuality, Mr. Juan Hernandez very simply reminded me that a multi-million dollar company is perfectly comfortable with stealing $9.57 from a customer who also happens to be an American Veteran. Very sad considering how "Pro-USA" SA Co seems to be with all it's designs depicting US flags, military, first responders, etc. etc. Again... VERY SHAMEFUL. Below is my original review:

POOR QUALITY Face Shields with No Shipping Refund
Face shields are POOR QUALITY. Tissue paper thin, edges are not finished and fray / pull apart and are uncomfortably tight. I paid $25 for 5 horrible face shields and returned all of them. Return shipping cost me $4.57 out of pocket. I was only credited $20. SA does not refund shipping or reimburse for return shipping. So I lost $9.57 for absolutely nothing. Shameful.
