I purchased a large bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I was guaranteed delivery on Friday, May 10th. They did not arrive until Tuesday, May 14th. My mom then sent me a picture of the bouquet when they arrived because I was concerned when they didn't arrive at the scheduled time. The bouquet was half the size of the bouquet I ordered. When I asked to be refunded for the amount I over paid and for shipping to be compensated, customer service was very rude and difficult. When I asked to speak with a manager, they tried to pretend like they were the manager. I asked to speak with someone else with proof of their role in the company and got passed around several times between customer service agents. Then I was informed that if I spoke with manager, I would be "put on hold for awhile and then hung up on."

Needless to say, I am not happy. I contacted my bank to report fraud and get the charges reversed. I will be writing reviews anywhere possible to prevent anyone else from falling victim, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to my daughter the day after her mother died. Promised next day delivery. Next day, no delivery. 2nd day, still no delivery. ContactedTroys. Said Bellingham, WA too rural for delivery even though it is 12th largest city in WA. Agreed to refund my $90, but after 2 weeks did not. Contesting charge with VISA now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!

Like just about everyone else here, I purchased flowers, my credit card was charged, they weren't delivered, I was given a story on the phone that they were out for delivery, delivery never happened, I emailed and was told IN EXACTLY THE SAME WORDS AS THE OTHERS ON THIS PAGE that they couldn't fulfill the order unless I paid $10 more. I declined and asked for a refund, but seeing all these reviews I'm not waiting. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and these scammers will be called to account. I was told they have to provide specific evidence that they actually provided the flowers or the refund. If they refuse to return the money to the credit card company enough times, they'll lose the right to use the credit card company for payment. Everyone should file a dispute! Let's hold them accountable!

My buddy and his family moved into a new house in the outer banks. I wanted to send him a nice arrangement to know we were thinking of him.
After a few weeks of not hearing anything from him I asked. He said no flowers, no calls.

I tracked down my rcpt and called Troys. They said since they use premium flowers they would need $25 more. I said you accepted the order at $70. No calls, no email AND NO CREDIT BACK IF I DIDNT CALL.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SRE A TOTAL FRAUD.

I ordered flowers yesterday with their website saying same day delivery. Guess what? No flowers. How can they do this to someone who is grieving over the loss of a loved one.So the website reads email us and you will receive a response within seconds... Well it has been a day later and no return emails. I also called several times yesterday to talk to someone... As if I thought it couldn't get worse. I heard a woman mumble something followed by music then realized I was on hold and was on hold for so long the phone rang again same scenario no one ever came to the phone and when I could understand someone who was telling me to hold they were snotty and rude. Needless to say I went to the bank and disputed the charge and they WILL NOT be getting their money. I should have read the reviews first but at that moment I was only thinking of my loved ones... Hey Troys here is a concept if you cant handle your business then shut the doors. I have never seen such incompetence. ALSO YOU SHOULD ALL KNOW LOGANS FLOWERS IS THE SAME BUSINESS. These are the flowers that showed up a day late. Paid 83.40 for 3 roses and a lily. Was suppose to be a full vase of white lillies. About 10 dollars worth of flowers. Horrible human beings!

I too wish I had of come here first. Who woulda thought you had to do that with a florist. I was trying to send flowers today to my mother-in-law in Central Islip NY who is 94 and recently had a fall. I paid for the deluxe upgrade arrangement and was charged $14.99 for delivery plus tax. The order came to 74.99. I ordered the flowers this morning and when my husband called at 5:30 pm to check on his mom his brother said no flowers ever came. I then tried to call and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I called right back and the phone just rang and rang. Awhile later I googled the A_Holes to get the number again and that's when I saw this site. I knew then I'd been duped. I went online to my bank account and they actually billed me twice for 74.99. It is still in pending and I'm trying to get ahold of my bank which is TD Bank but from past experiences with a similar situation involving fraud, I know I'm going to get real pissed because TD Bank treats it's own customers as if they are the crooks in these situations and you have to jump through hoops of fire to get a refund! I hope one day there is a great judgement day for all the scammers of the world and we get to watch as their asses burn in hell. I am so sick of constantly having to be on guard and then fighting to get back that which is rightfully due me!

We ordered two flower arrangements as altar pieces for my mother-in-law's memorial service last week. In the special instructions field of the order form we specified to "please deliver in the morning" since the service was at 2pm. When we got the confirmation email, we replied to make sure that the flowers would be delivered in the morning. They replied "Confirmed." The flowers did not arrive by noon, so we tried getting in touch by phone and email. We were told they only take the orders and there was nothing they could do. The flowers were left on our doorstep while we were at the service (between 130 and 330). The florist that actually filled the order checked and said they didn't receive any special instructions with the order. Troys florist refused to give any refund since we didn't specify a time. Their order form doesn't have a space to enter a time, just the special instructions. And we specified in the morning, which any reasonable person would interpret as by noon. After several email attempts to get a refund from troysflorist, they're now ghosting us.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

I WISH I HAD SEEN THE ONLINE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THIS BUSINESS. I ORDERED FLOWERS FOR THE FUNERAL SERVICE OF A FAMILY FRIEND THAT I HAVE KNOWN ALL MY LIFE. I ORDERED THE DIVINE PEACE ARRANGEMENT. IT WAS AVAILABLE IN TWO SIZES AND I ORDERED THE LARGER ONE. IT WAS AN ELEGANT ARRANGEMENT OF WHITE FLOWERS AROUND A SILVER CROSS. I CHOSE THIS ARRANGEMENT SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THE CROSS. THE FLOWERS THAT WERE DELIVERED WERE WHITE, BUT OTHER THAN THAT BORE NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE ARRANGEMENT I ORDERED. THEY WERE STUCK IN A SQUAT WHITE VASE, THERE WAS NO CROSS, AND I CERTAINLY DON'T FEEL THE FLOWERS WERE WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ARRANGEMENT I ORDERED. I CONTACTED TROYS FLORIST AND COMPLAINED, I INCLUDED A PHOTO OF THE ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY COULD DO TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. APPARENTY THAT WAS NOTHING AS I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I TRIED TO ADD A PHOTO BUT WASN'T ABLE TO FIGURE THAT OUT.

Dont order NEVEEER fLOWERS with this people they dont delivery and they never tell you that is not coming, NEVER DELIVERED! THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICES, the girls is realy rude when you asked why they dont delivery, AWFUL COMPANY, I still waiting my money back is they dont do that i have to report with my bank!

I advise everyone to NEVER work with this florist. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered and was charged $83.40 and they were never delivered. When I called and asked for a refund and an explanation I was told that the florist in the area they work with required an $88 order to deliver. Of course they charged me anyway and if I hadn't asked I would have never known they were not received! First of all I thought I was dealing with a local florist shop - WRONG! Second, how can you take an order, charge a delivery fee, and accept my money but not be aware and not tell me that there is a minimum charge! Third, I thought I was ordering from a local florist, I did not place an online order but called TROY'S FLORIST but was charged by AMERICANA FLOWERS_ ECOMM in NEW JERSEY. And last but not least, when I told a supposed manager that the excuse she gave me had made me even angrier than I was before she hung up on me...

I ordered flowers to be delivered December 23rd... I received an email saying unfortunately they could not get to my order and would be crediting me back my payment and it would take 5-7 business days. I waited until after the first of the year and nothng. I reached out to them asking them to check and they responded by saying they would check and I heard nothing. 2 days later I checked again with them and I was told there was something wrong with their system and it would be refunded in 5-7 business days. I waited and still nothing. I kept asking for some kind of proof that it was refunded and was told there is no way to get me proof. I asked if they could tell me when the refund went through and they said Dec 27th. Needless to say that I was told 4 different things by them and none were true. I asked to speak to a manager and they would not let me. If you call the 800 number they will be very rude to you and tell you they cannot help you and you have to email customer service... they will tell you to ask for "Rachel" as she is the manager in charge but you will never see a response from her.

My experience with Troy's Florist was unpleasant, to say the least! Ordered a beautiful bouquet for same-day delivery for a friend's birthday. After confirmation, I was contacted and told that delivery wouldn't be possible until the following day. Okay. Then the next morning, I was told that all the local florists they contacted would need $25.00 more to complete my arrangement, as the "all work with more premium flowers". *Sigh* Okay. I immediately e-mailed back to authorize the additional $25.00 charge. An hour later, I received another e-mail saying that I would need to call them, as they no longer had my credit card information from my original order. Oh, and also, that the flower arrangement would now not be able to be delivered until the following day. Grrr. I immediately called the toll-free number provided, and was greeted by a nearly unintelligible "Florist, please hold". After waiting on hold for twenty-two minutes, my call was abruptly disconnected. At this point, I had to start work and didn't get a chance to call them back until early the next morning. After *again* being placed on hold for nearly twenty minutes, a representative eventually came on the line, took my credit card info for the additional $25.00 and assured me that my delivery would be processed as soon as possible as soon as I responded to one final e-mail confirming the additional charges. I did so immediately, and messaged my friend to assure her that her birthday flowers were on their way, albeit two days late. Within an hour, I received one final e-mail stating that no local florists would be able to make and deliver my requested arrangement, and that my credit card would be refunded within five business days. Time will tell, I guess, whether they ever process my refund. :(
