I ordered fresh flowers for my daughter to be delivered on her birthday. I live out of state, when I checked in on her birthday, they "had not been delivered yet." 3 days later I remembered to ask if she liked her flowers, she said they never arrived. I just called Troys Flowers and they never even tried to deliver them and gave some weak excuse that $14.99 delivery fee was not enough and they should have charged $30 when taking the order! Seriously? Why did they not bother to contact me and tell me they couldn't deliver and needed more money? Instead they took my credit card, charged for flowers and 14.99 delivery fee and did NOT do a thing, neither contact me or my daughter or deliver flowers... SO disappointing, my daughters birthday is passed and I am so irritated! DONT pay good money to these scammers, don't waste your time or money.

Very disappointed. Flowers were ordered Friday Jan 10, to be delivered to my work. They were ordered that morning and my boyfriend was told they would be delivered that afternoon, when i came home empty handed he was confused. Hes been trying to call all morning to figure out the situation and no one will answer. So i emailed them and they are ignoring me. Told me to have him contact him even with me sending the receipt. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

Called in a order on Wednesday for the next day delivery.( the worst experience ever calling in the order it took 40 minutes to place) and mid-day the next day(Thursday) they emailed me to tell me they had a problem with delivery driver. I told them they should deliver it their self because they took my $74.88 out immediately after order was placed. So on late Thursday afternoon they said they were going to give me a full refund, but that would take 5-7 days. I'm beyond furious! Not good business practices! I've run a business before, this place is completely unprofessional! Terrible Florist!

The bouquet is nothing like the beautiful image of the bouquet I selected online. My folks received 4 carnations, some sprigs of greenery, leaves spray painted gold, a couple of mums and two roses. While I understand that substitutions might need to be made at busy times of the year, the bouquet they received (pictured) is very cheap looking and it makes me sad that this is what my Mom received. Like many other florists, they should have said "SOLD OUT" next to the images on their website. I will not buy from them again.

Ordered flowers from Troys ~ found out my sister's flowers came from a totally different florist! Not a local florist in Cape Coral, FL at all! Flowers were nothing similar to the picture with gerber daisies and roses. Just daisies and carnations. So disappointed. Was lied to, mislead, and cheated. The arrangement my sister received was less money where I was charged a much higher price. Troys pocketed at least $20 from the bouquet I ordered. It's so sad that there is a fraudulent company out there that has no conscience on taking advantage of people at a profit. Profit is the only thing they want from you. Lesson learned on my part! Don't make the same mistake I did. I'm from Indiana and ordered online in Florida I thought that stated they were a local florist that was family owned! The first picture was the one I ordered~ the second photo is the arrangement my sister received! Pictures are worth a thousand words! Don't use this company ever! They will lie to you!

Ordered flowers for my aunts birthday 2/28/2020 and they never came to her. I'm in MO and she is in GA. Pissed beyond measures! Please don't give your money to them! They will send you a copy of your receipt and who the flowers were supposed to be sent to you and everything but the hint to the email verification is that they do not provide a callback number for customer service,
This is something that I fell for.

Husband is currently in a deployed location, ordered what he thought was a nice arrangement of flowers that I love only to receive something totally different! He ordered red roses with red carnations and I got red carnations and white daisies in a bouquet that was half the size of the original one! Offered 10% refund because I was upset and was reminded about their substitution policy... you cannot tell me that they ran out of red roses two days before Valentines Day and that daisies are a comparable substitution! I will not order from them again!

I ordered orchids for $100 for my mother's funeral. They never arrived. Called the 800 number and was told that the only way to communicate with customer service was through email. This was so hurtful, emotionally. I agree to have them deliver my orchids to my home address. They delivered a potted lily. I refused them. Took a photo and emailed customer service. Their excuses: they have a substitution policy. Who substitutes a beautiful double orchid in a beautiful planter for $100 with a lily I actually grow in my front yard? Oh, and they will refund 20%. This is a scam. They need to be shut down.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day 10 days prior, then 2 days before they email me to let me know they could not fulfill order and would receive my money back within 3-5 business days. 10 days later I haven't gotten my money back, and there is no phone communication, cant get a hold of anyone. Its a mess. There is no store front to go to to talk with them, no phone number to call - I don't believe this is actually a real company - its just a scam. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

Site stated located Henning MN. Offered same day hand delivery. Town so small my regular go-to FTD could not deliver next day and wanted to be sure they were delivered on the Friday prior to the Saturday funeral. Site looks legit & wreath ordered looked beautiful.No confirmation email on Friday, emailed them with no response. Saturday no flowers and no pick up on calls made to the 800# listed as answered 24/7. Disputed w/CC Co. Immediately after googling & finding this info. We were heartbroken.

I ordered a "Beautiful in Blue" bouquet for my mother's birthday and upgraded to a deluxe option. It was around $100. It was supposed to consist of blue and white lilies, roses and hydrangea. They sent her a small bouquet of yellow and orange daisies, carnations and alstroemeria. WHAT?! I called and they sent a receipt of a refund of my money but did not correct the flowers and cited a "substitution policy." It was ludicrous. Just stay away.

This rating should be a negative 10! So many comments this morning of Mother's Day flowers that we're never delivered! I'm in that boat! This is not a locally owned/family operated business! You get a confirmation email with the date of your requested delivery and then no flowers show up. Don't trust anything these idiots tell you, don't waste your time and money on these people or you'll be disappointed followed by lame excuses for their lack of performance!

Exact same issue everyone else is saying. They just deliver whatever they have on hand. See pictures below of what I ordered (the fall color arrangement) and what was delivered (no clue how to describe this hodge podge of leftover flowers). On top of this they advertise "same day delivery" - which is a lie. My flowers were late.

Customer service refuses to refund or deliver what I ordered.

Go elsewhere for your special occasion flowers.

Do these two bouquets look the same? NO, not even close! They ordered 2 days earier than I expected (I expected valentines day). These people are crooks. Tell your bank to reject transactions with this company. These people are crooks. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased. STAY AWAY!

I ordered an arrangement for my invalid brother for Christmas. On 12/20, I got an e-mail saying they could not fill the order and a refund would be issued. On 1/22 I discovered credit was not received. I sent a request to Troy's. They answered back very curtly that a refund had been issued and should be received in 5-7 business days. It has already been over a month! No offer to check into it, in fact they said there is nothing they can do. Am disputing charge with credit card company.

On Feb. 7,2020 I ordered flowers from them. They were supposed to be delivered the same day. They emailed me and said they had trouble with the driver and would not be able to deliver them that day and said to e-mail them as how to proceed. I told them to cancel the order and was told they would refund my money in 7 to 10 business days. I've have emailed them 3 times now and still have not received my $62.04 refund as of April 13th. These people are thieves!

Never was able to deliver my order even though they promised to for 2 consecutive days. Disgusting Customer Service! Misleading advertising of being a 'local florist'. Do not order from thus company!

I ordered flowers and they indicated that they were too busy with Valentine's Day flowers to complete my order that I had placed on February 11,2020. What I found extremely infuriating is that they ended up charging my account on February 13,2020 anyway. Ever since then, I have attempted to receive a full refund for flowers that were not even sent. I went through a 3rd party and sure wish that I had seen this site before I placed the order,

I ordered flowers for a funeral that were NEVER delivered! And now they won't refund our money! Always read reviews first! They are literally the WORST BUSINESS EVER!

Company sent a totally different arrangement from what I ordered. I ordered the premium Pumpkin Harvest arrangement $80 with delivery. My recipient got an arrangements of white daisys and two or three fall colored flowers in a glass vase. WTH! Not even close people. When I called the customer service number I spoke to a rude woman who said they you must deal with customer service via email. THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE LOCAL. She was in New Jersey, Im in Florida. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this farce of a company.

I ordered flowers for delivery on a Saturday for a family member starting chemo treatments. I was charged 62.99 on my card and they never got delivered! They sent a email stating that they had a problem with their delivery driver and could deliver on Monday. I tried to call the number several times which is a NO ANSWER. They stole my money and we never got the flowers. DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THESE AWFUL NASTY BUSINESS OWNERS.

They advertise same day delivery but even with 7:30am order, they were unable to deliver before end of business that day... for a FUNERAL the next morning. Even worse, they couldn't deliver for 3 more days? Funerals are hard enough without being scammed like this. I have requested a refund but I suspect they are a SCAM.

This is a scam site I shouldn't have been so naive to just order without looking at the reviews. These people are pieces of $#*! I will be doing everything I can to shut them down. Charged more than they should've, never delivered, lied about it, SCUM. Now I have to cancel my credit card and dispute charges. I was just trying to order $#*!ing flowers for my boyfriends mother who lost her husband.

Troy's Florist is a complete scam and criminal. I ordered flowers back in July and they claimed they could not make delivery. I have yet to receive refund despite many calls. I am going to contact the Attorney General's office because they have to be stopped at all costs. I suggest everyone that has left a review contact the New Jersey Attorney General and local news station. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!
