If I can prevent anyone from using this company I will have done some good! Complete and total scam! I called to place an order as a thank you gift, and thought it strange that the woman who answered the phone was so short with me. Her: "Florist" Me: "Hi, id like to place an order for delivery" Her: "you place your order online" me: "oh ok, thank you" *click*

Placed my order and there was a promise of next day delivery which never came... 3 days later when I asked the recipient if her flowers ever came, she said no. So I called back and asked why my order was never delivered, Her: "please hold" 7 mins later I hung up and called back. Her: "florist, please hold" hung up. Called back. Her: "florist please hold". This continued literally for 10 mins, each time with a different person answering the other line. I waited for an hour then called again, when they answered, I demanded to speak to a manager for a refund. They said they would process my request but I doubt that I will get anything back. AWFUL PEOPLE! Definitely a scam, please avoid at all costs!

In order to support small businesses I decided to order a birthday arrangement from a local florist instead of a 1-800 company. I placed the order with Troys a good three days before the birthday date so to avoid any last minute rush. By 4pm day of birthday I hadn't heard anything from recipient or Troys so I reached out. They eventually replied and said they wouldn't get there that day, but would deliver a fresh arrangement the next morning. 2pm the next day I checked and of course no delivery. After I chased them, they sent a note offering to deliver the following day... eg 2 days after the birthday date. I canceled. They took no accountability, no proactive action to remedy the problem and just kept promising "we'll take care of it". Well, they didn't. I did not read reviews prior to placing this order, but now see this is a pattern of their conduct of business. Untrustworthy, unreliable business that shouldn't be handling floral arrangements for important dates/events.

Canceled my order the day before Valentine's Day... I was in another country so I couldn't arrange for anything else. Their customer service is not only bad but complete jerks!

Day two and no refund. I will update every single day until I get it or contact my bank for a fraudulent charge. There is evidence all over the internet so it shouldn't be hard.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered Flowers this morning 1/10/20 to be delivered to a Hospital. The flowers were delivered to today BUT, they were NOT what I paid for! I took a Picture o what I ordered and my Cousin sent me a Picture of what was sent! I wish I had read the Reviews first. Lesson learned. I really want to STOP the payment but, my Cousin thought they were pretty and mad her feel better. Instead, I will suck it up and write this BAD REVIEW in hopes that others DON"T ORDER from them.

Well I should have checked the reviews first - If I had I would not have ordered from these knuckleheads. An advertised "Fresh Fall Daisy Bouquet" was ordered and whatever they had on hand, they sent out. Obviously this is an internet business with third party florists in the local areas to deliver as needed. I will never use these or any other on-line florist again - PERIOD I will walk in and make my order face to face. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

You order in plenty of time, NO FLOWERS HERE! They actually advertise Same-Day- Delivery and yet 5 days over-due and then I had to contact them, to find out what happened. I was out of town and wanted a special Mom to have a little something for Mother's Day and WHAT they now say Sorry no one could deliver for the price we charged. Funny, but I actually had an amazing arrangement for less Money from another Florist (Elegante` Petals) the same day. Can you say "TROYS FLORIST SCAM "

So ordered a large pink spray for a funeral... no sprays at all at the funeral... very few flowers at all... my gues everyone must have ordered through Troy... I have already issued a scam alert to my credit card for any billing from Logans Florist... which they say will be on the credit card... nothing like working under one name billing under another... sounds like a bunch of crooks to me... WARNING TO ALL DO NOT USE... NEXT TIME I WILL READ THE REVIEWS

Please read all reviews before using this company. I ordered a peaceful send garden for my mother in law for Early Mother's day gift. (Succulents is what it should have been) she sent me a pic of 3 roses and some carnations. Not at all what I ordered. This company says they have a substitution policy. I am in the process of getting this disputed because I was lied to (I was told they had what they needed for this plant I ordered) I paid $57.97 plus $14.99 for delivery. All they want to do is give me a discount because we are unhappy with what was sent. I finally today called the florist that actually delivered the flowers and what they were told to deliver was a small arrangement and florist choice. They were not told at all what I wanted. The value of the flowers my mother in law got was only $28.77. And they only charge $12 for delivery. The lady couldn't believe what I was charged for what we got and what they were told to send out. The manager at the place that delivered the order is hoping they get paid.
So please please do NOT use this company! I wish I would of seen this site before placing my order. And no matter where you order from please let the recipient know what you ordered so they can not accept it if it is wrong. Lesson learned.
Troy's Florist is taking people's money and they don't deserve the (1) rating

I don't understand how this scam is allowed to continue - the site needs to be taken down immediately! I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement along with balloons and chocolate for my mother's 75th birthday. She did not receive anything so I emailed the company, who promptly asked for my order number, which I supplied, but then never got a response until I threatened to report them to the Colorado Attorney General's office. I then called the number listed on the website and got an extremely rude woman who told me I must have sent my order in AFTER the delivery trucks left for the day. What? They offer same day delivery and I ordered at 9 am that same day. I then told her that my bank was suspicious of the charge and I had recently read reviews that they were a scam so to just cancel my order and refund my money -- her response was completely unprofessional and childish; she said, "Ooh, I'm so scared of your threats!" and then hung up on me. This is a complete scam company - please do not use them. My bank cancelled my debit card and has refunded my money but now I have to go in and adjust all of my auto bill pay information so I get my bills paid on time with my new debit card. Ugh, I wish I had read reviews prior to my order. :(

I ordered the "Spring Tulip Surprise" flower arrangement for my friend's 40th birthday to be delivered to her workplace. I wanted to make a sweet surprise of her favorite flowers and instead. I was ashamed of what she received. Instead of beautiful 20 tulips, she received worthless and old flowers - 3 flimsy roses and 3 carnations, and yellow filler flowers. Petals were folded and ripped. Rosebuds were soft and the flower heads leaning down. It was simply a pathetic arrangement. I paid the total $80 for this birthday surprise - it's a rip-off.
Customer service responded to my email saying that the florist didn't have tulips, so they tried to replace tulips with similar flowers, aiming to keep the same color and equal value. Equal value?! I would not have taken it for free!
Nobody called me to let me know that the florist did not have tulips and, they offered a 10% refund! Are you serious?!

I disputed this payment through my bank.
Somebody has to shut down this "business". These people are scammers.

Terrible

I placed an order last week for flowers on 1/30 to be delivered local to the shop by 2/1. On 1/31 I received an email not a phone call to say they would not be able to deliver until 2/3 and that I needed to contact the shop to move forward. I emailed the shop (and called but no one answered) and expressed my disappointment and asked if there was anything they could do. Thankfully they emailed back right away but said no. I said fine to the Monday delivery but asked that the $14.99 delivery fee be refunded. They in turn said no but offered a 10% discount. Since i didn't think this was fair that I Pay the expedited fee, I canceled the order. I was told throw was a flat fee but that is not how it looked on the website. My credit card had already been authorized for the $90.93 but they said I should expect s refund on my account in 5-7 business days which is also not great but standard language amd practice. This all happened on 1/31. What really gets me is that on 2/3 the pending charge actually moved to posted and upon contacting the CC company they had no record of the refund request from the florist. When I contacted Troys on the morning of 2/4 their response was thank you for contacting us we will get back to you... but no one has of yet. Just be careful who you do business with. Not sure if they think people just forget about $90 or don't check their accounts? Customer service could use some help and just overall process.

Deceiving

I placed an order for flowers for my sister's birthday. Once they took my money, I was sent an email and told I needed to spend an additional $40 in order for it to be delivered because of the delivery area BUT they got it approved from the manager to only charge me $20 additional. WHAT? No way I am paying an additional $20 and this should have been noted at checkout and NOT AFTER MY CARD was charged for the original amount. I tried calling twice and was immediately put on hold without being asked if I could hold. Terrible customer service and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! MY CARD BETTER BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!

NOTHING good. ALL bad!

How grimy! It is extremely rare that I order things without reading reviews. However, after a long emotional day, I rushed to order flowers for a funeral from what I first assumed was a local company. They were supposed to be delivered the next day. I called the funeral home to confirm delivery. No flowers. Called the next day and the next... Still no flowers. Called the toll-free number (listed on their very professional looking website) and spoke with THE RUDEST THING I've ever encountered. It (the thing on the phone) sounded female and incompetent and told me I had to email the company for a refund. I emailed the company and got an almost immediate reply with no explanation, just a dry apology, and they said they would refund my account in 5-7 business days. Of course they didn't, so as of this morning (business day 8 or 9) filed a request with the credit card company citing fraud. It wasn't until this morning that I read all these horrible reviews in which many sound exactly like my complaint. I will follow the advice of others and file a formal complaint. HOW GRIMY!

This is a scam. They will not deliver anything BUT DO NOT LET THEM WIN. You WILL NOT receive a refund. Reverse charges on your card. Go to IC3.gov. Simply fill out the form and file a complaint. Super simple. This is the FBI AND THEY CAN SHUT THEM DOWN AND DO JUSTICE I PROMISE WITH PENALTIES. Please take the time to do this - REVERSE CHARGES WITH YOUR BANK FOR FRAUD- do not let them win

WORST PLACE EVER

I ordered flowers for delivery on a Saturday for a family member starting chemo treatments. I was charged 62.99 on my card and they never got delivered! They sent a email stating that they had a problem with their delivery driver and could deliver on Monday. I tried to call the number several times which is a NO ANSWER. They stole my money and we never got the flowers. DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THESE AWFUL NASTY BUSINESS OWNERS.

Should be illegal

As you can see from the other numerous reviews, caution you DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. What a mess! I ordered flowers for my friend who just went through a breakup yesterday to be delivered yesterday. When I called this morning, the folks answer, say nothing, and immediately send you to hold. After being on hold, it took 5 minutes to track down the status of my order (why?). Then I was told they attempted to deliver yesterday but could not. The lady on the phone then told me it would be delivered today. I asked for a confirmation and for them to touch base with the recipient after hanging up the phone.

An hour later, I get an email stating "We could not deliver your order. Please advise." Nothing else. No mention of why, not mention of SORRY, no mention of refund.

I call again, hold again. Then the MANAGER answered and rudely informed me they don't deliver there and I'd get my refund. I asked why this was not explained to me yesterday or this morning. She cut me off and hung up.

I called back, asked to speak to a supervisor and was she wasn't in and would call me back. I hardly expect anyone to.

What a mess though. Such an unprofessional business. Very unfortunate they get away with this kind of behavior. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
