Ordered a deluxe confetti present arrangement for a special gift ($84) what was sent looked like a $10 grocery store bouquet stuck in a clear vase from goodwill! I guess the business of flower delivery is dead. All the flower sites have
Simular stories and horrble reviews! Local florists dealing with these companies are getting their reputations ruined. I am seriousley NEVER going to order flowers ever again! Thus was soooo embarassing and so disappointing to want to do something to make someone happy and have it become such a bad experience! Dont order on-line you will get screwed big time!

Ordered 2 arrangements of flowers as a sympathy gesture, order was confirmed but over 2 weeks later I found out they had never been received. Horrible, horrible service. Stay away.

RIPPPPP OFFFFFFF!

Company sent a totally different arrangement from what I ordered. I ordered the premium Pumpkin Harvest arrangement $80 with delivery. My recipient got an arrangements of white daisys and two or three fall colored flowers in a glass vase. WTH! Not even close people. When I called the customer service number I spoke to a rude woman who said they you must deal with customer service via email. THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE LOCAL. She was in New Jersey, Im in Florida. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this farce of a company.

I CALLED to see if Troys could deliver to my daughter-in-law's work for her birthday. Of course they assured me they could. Well guess what? They said they called me 3 times (which I have no call log of), then they emailed me. They gave me the impression they did everything they could to get this done. Including offering me a refund. Yep that was 19 BUSINESS DAYS ago and several emails later. And still no refund. So what is my next step? Ummmmmm. I guess I will have to GET JESSE at KIRO7.

I ordered flowers on 2nd of May to be delivered by 10th of May they then ask for 10.00 more an would deliver flowers on 10th but on 13th a day after mothers day. Horrible service! I will never use again!

Criminals

Troy's Florist is a complete scam and criminal. I ordered flowers back in July and they claimed they could not make delivery. I have yet to receive refund despite many calls. I am going to contact the Attorney General's office because they have to be stopped at all costs. I suggest everyone that has left a review contact the New Jersey Attorney General and local news station. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

NEVER EVER... ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Order flowers for a funeral on Friday, arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Saturday morning... never delivered. Called to see why it wasn't delivered and received some of the worse customer service I have ever experience. I personally can't believe how this florist stays in business. Shame of me for not checking out the reviews before I ordered..

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my sister-in-law whose birthday I sadly forgot. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise and delivered to her place of employment yesterday. I received an email yesterday stating my order had been received, the amount my bank was being billed, and the delivery instructions. Today, when I hadn't heard from her by noon I called her and she hadn't seen anything yet. So much for the surprise. I called Troy's and they told me I still owed them $20, because the florist had to use premium flowers. WHAT? They said I should have received an email explaining this. Well, I never received a second email! I asked her to explain how they thought they could quote me a price, bill my bank for that amount, then try to get more money. That was when she got rude and told me I could either pay the $20 or cancel my order. I tried to continue pleading my case and she hung up on me! Then I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and I would see a refund in 3 to 4 days. I'm still so mad I can hardly see straight. As a matter of fact, my next complaint is going to the Better Business Bureau, just as soon as I'm done here. I agree with others who experienced the same horrible treatment. I also would like to give no stars but can't if I want to post this review.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend for her 80th birthday on 12/27/19 and they were never delivered. I called the customer service number and was told it was only a sales number, I would have to email *******@troysflorist.com, i reveived no reply. I have filed a dispute with my bank. This appears to be a scam. I should have researched the business before ordering... I will next time!

NO REFUND?

Ordered Flowers for My Daughters very small wedding. PROMISED they would be there. NO SHOW Called them they had no idea were driver was
This happened on OCT 11 2019
BUT they so PROMISED, I called to cancel they said no problem
OK I have called Three times still NO CREDIT! OH we did the credit Take it up with your credit card. So. Am out $90.00 dollars.
Have not heard from credit card company. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS?
Never order from they they do not do the service.

I called to see if my mothers flowers were delivered and they said they were still working on them. 5 minutes later i get an email stating they will not go forward with the floral arrangement i had paid for unless I sent them $25 MORE dollars. I said that's unacceptable... either amend the arrangement to fit the price i paid for or refund my money and eventually they said, 'sorry we are cancelling your order' HORRIBLE BUNCH OF CROOKS --STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I ordered flowers from Troys on 12/24/19 for local delivery. I supplied an email address, but never received any email confirmation of the order. I called, and the recording stated that they were closed. I assumed my card would not be charged, and they may or may not bother to contact me about not delivering. Much to my surprise today, 1/2/2020, I find a charge on my credit card from Troys! I called the toll-free number, they said this was the sales number, and I would need to contact customer service. I didn't want to bother with the runaround - I disputed the charge on my card, and spent the "runaround time" posting this review. RUN from this florist, DO NOT USE for any reason! I contacted another locally owned florist on Stratford Rd in WS, and they had the arrangement delivered within 3 hours. SHAME ON YOU, TROYS, FOR POSING AS A LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS!

Scam Artist - Avoid
