I've been duped.

Same story as most, ordered flowers for gfs bday and got an email later saying undeliverable.

The website appeared to be a local florist, so I didn't check. When I called to discuss I was hung up on because I wasn't a sale. What the hell is that?

This isn't about over priced flowers, there is always something deeper to the situation. It can be happy or sad... either way ordering flowers usually revolves around a memorable moment. My day took a hit, certainly not to the level of other posters here.

These people have no shame, it's inexcusable.

Ordered 25th anniversary bouquet for daughter and husband. Never delivered.
No one answers their 888 number. Receipt says the cc statement will State Americana Florwers! Hint of a scam right there. Transaction is pending on our account but as Logans Florist. Bank can't do anything til it goes through. Beware of all these names! Soooo angry! All these complaints- can't they be taken down from Search engines! They pretend to be local florists!

BEWARE! I don't even want to give this company one star. The basket arrangement I ordered for my cousins funeral was not the arrangement delivered. I ordered the large plants galore basket. It turned out to be Ivey in a basket, no Azalea was put in the basket. The azalea plant is what attracted me to the basket in the first place. I had given specific instructions for the azalea to be pale pink Pam's favorite color. No problem I was told. I added a crystal cross for an extra $20.00 charge. The crystal cross was not received. My aunt is catholic, so the cross was to become a keep sake, in memory of her daughter. When I called the company I was told I had to have a picture for proof. The funeral was out of state in a rural area. I have no way of getting the picture to prove I'm not a Lier. With this being said I paid $112.00 for Ivey in a basket. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!

Wish i wouldve read reviews before. They first off. Called me saying my delivery wouldn't be on time but would go out first thing tomorrow. "tomorrow" comes and they say they need me to authorize $20 more as the florist in the area of delivery requested more. I said no and said i would just take the refund. They claim my refund would take 2-5 business days and it has now been 6, no refund.

This place took our money and NEVER delivered the flowers even after we had received confirmation. The person I spoke to, Mary, was beyond rude and unprofessional! THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

DON'T ORDER THROUGH TROYS! My order was CANCELLED WITHOUT notification claiming minimum cost requirement that was not communicated. I had to call them to find out. Calling Troy's was a headache... no hours listed on-line or manager absent. Once connected manager 'Samantha' was rude and argumentative. My goal was to prevent this from happening to someone else. Wish I had seen the reviews earlier.
Now to actually get my money back...

I ordered a sympathy bouquet that was supposed to be a dozen roses with some greenery and the bouquet that was delivered were three sunflowers and few green sprigs for a whopping total of $75! See photos attached. I complained and they offered a 10% credit which I have yet to receive over a month later. I've contacted them numerous times and all they say is that they sent it and I need to check with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Check out the Better Business Bureau as they have an "F" rating. I wish I would have done it prior to ordering.

Waiting on Refund!
January 13, 2020

Ordered Birthday arrangement on December 11th. No driver to deliver flowers. I have attempted to get refund to my card unsuccessful since December 11th. Today is January 13th. Still no refund! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. It is sad not to be Honest. Congratulations

I ordered for a birthday flower delivery in Texas which I was assured was a local florist. I was told it would be $30 more for unseasonal flowers. I paid. Then I was assured it was on the truck for delivery. It was not delivered. I called the following morning and was informed it was delivered and they would call me back. They did not. I called several hours later to be told it wasn't delivered and I would need to be transferred for a refund. I was hung up on. I called again and was immediately hung up on. I called back and said if I do not received my refund and the minute they hang up on me again I would be calling the police for fraud charges. I have a receipt for the refund but it would take 5 days to process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE!

Beyond Disappointed
July 29, 2019

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for my uncles funeral and the "guaranteed" delivery magically just NEVER showed up. I was heart broken that I depended on these JERKS for something so important to me. I spent almost $300 and NOTHING. Stay far away from these people.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Can I give negative 10 stars? I spent $89 for a potted azalea for my sister's 60th birthday. They sent 3 stargazer lilies and a handful of daisies. When I complained, they said, oh well, we have a substitution policy... and refunded me $17. I could have sent my sister $17 and she could gotten a nicer bouquet from Trader Joe's. This website is a scam! How did I get a florist from New Jersey when I searched for a florist in Maine?

The flowers I ordered didn't get delivered and when I called them it went straight to hold music, after being on hold for a half hour I was disconnected so I called back and was on hold for another half hour before I hang up! I hope I can get my money back!

Worst Florist ever! Flowers never showed up. When I called customer service to ask what happen the customer service reps who answered the phones were extremely rude (Maria and Kate) I asked for the manager would not give me the information and hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to find out what happen. DO NOT ORDER The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering saved me the hassle

Promises of one day service. Could not deliver next day or next day after that? What's with that? So called not in the area. I call that consumer fraud in avertising. No proof of purchase because I canceled order.

A friend of mine ordered 130$ of flowers. Never arrived. The people at the shop kept putting him off. They did not give him a refund. I urge everyone to file a complaint with the Attorney General for the town/state they do business out of. The county they are in is Middlesex County. Ohhh, the same story! I really wish to search deeper about this company's reputation. The same store, the same disappointment with NO same day delivery. The seller offered Monday delivery instead of Saturday (that I chose and paid for). I said that I no longer needed it on Monday and asked for the money refund. He agreed actually. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED! I emailed him several times during the month and all the time there were "reasonable" excuses with NO further refund! I went to my bank (BOFA) and opened a claim with confirmation that I contacted the seller with no success! It took about 2 weeks of the bank to check and refund the whole amount to my bank account! I advise it to everyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A co-worker had a new addition to their family on Monday and I wanted to send flowers. I wanted to use a local florist so I used Google and found Troys Florist. I place the order on Monday, 03/25/19. My friend called me yesterday, Friday, 03/29 and said the flowers had not arrived. When I called Troys back I was told the flowers had been delivered. She asked if I wanted a trace put on them. I said yes. She asked if they couldn't find them did I want a refund. I said yes. She told me she would call me back. She didn't. I called them this morning to find out what happened and was told my order was canceled. This place is a sham!

ORDER NEVER DELIVERED
August 2, 2019

I ordered birthday flowers at 9am, and expected delivery before 5 pm to a business in Alleen Texas. Delivery never arrived. Called them at 5:10 pm and was told they did not have the premium flowers in stock. Then I was told I would have to pay an extra $25 if I want the non-premium flowers delivered.

I requested a refund and was told I would receive my money back in one to two days. God Help Them If I don't Get My Money Back!
