I ordered red roses on 2/8/19 to be delivered to my wife in Alabama for Valentine's Day on 2/14/19. I was charged $94.10. Troy's Florist sent pink carnations instead of red roses. I called the customer service number on the website, I was told to instead reply to my emailed receipt with any concerns. The CSR replied to my email and offered a 10% discount. I said that will not work. The product isn't what I ordered. The CSR then offered a 20% discount and that the substituted flowers were of equal value. I responded that the flowers are not of equal value, they list carnations for $39.99 on their own website. I asked to be refunded the difference. I then went to a local store and purchased red roses for $67 to make up for their mistake. The CSR then replied only offering a refund of $8.95. I asked them to return the flowers and issue a full refund. I have had no further communication. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge with my bank.

The worst
April 24, 2019

What I ordered and what was received were completely different. What was sent looks as if it cost less than half of what I paid which totaled more than $100. No one contacted me about the substitutions. They will offer a 25% refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
So disappointing!

FRAUD ALERT
October 21, 2019

Stay away from this company. They will take your money then they call the closet florist near you ask for a crappy arrangement pay them half what you paid keeping the other half and not caring what you get. If you call of email them they will offer you a discounted refund and if you accept they usually dont give it. Then when you call days after asking for your refund they will tell you to call the bank sl you will have to file a dispute then they avoid the bank calls keeping your money and letting the bank lose money by refunding you something they should have been doing. Stay away. They lie cheat deny responsability and dont care about anyone besides themselves.

Very disappointed

I ordered a Brilliant Birthday Blooms as a gift. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. They never contacted me to say they needed to change the order or couldn't complete the order. See the pictures below. The first photo is the picture on the website. The 2nd is what was delivered. They offered me $6 back on my order. I have never been so disappointed in a florist.

I ordered my daughter flowers Feb 27,2019 to be delivered the next day. When then were a no show I called, the rep told me they didn't have anyone to deliver at that time and asked if they could be delivered the next day? I told her no, her bday was today. I asked for a refund to which she replied "she would be more than happy to do and was so sorry for the inconvenience". I have yet to receive my refund. I have contact them 7+ times and today they sent me an email stated my order was refunded at some point and I need to contact my bank. These people are scammers and take advantage of people. I did file a complaint to the BBB, they ended up closing my claim as they could not get a response from these people.

Stay away from this florist! I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on a Wednesday, was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday and I was supposed to get an email confirmation. Thursday I received a confirmation of the bill but No confirmation of delivery, so I called, and called and called finally i got through to them, So Sorry they could not get them out that day, they will upgrade My bouquet and get them out on Saturday, I never received any confirmation so I called on Monday after being hung up on 4 times I finally reached a "so called manager" and was told they are running a week behind on their deliveries... What florist can run a week behind on their deliveries? Whether someone is in the Hospital or whatever the reason it has already past... Requested a full refund, will see if i get it

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

They advertise same day delivery but even with 7:30am order, they were unable to deliver before end of business that day... for a FUNERAL the next morning. Even worse, they couldn't deliver for 3 more days? Funerals are hard enough without being scammed like this. I have requested a refund but I suspect they are a SCAM.

Troy's TURDS

Troy's Florist is a joke but sadly the joke was on me. Paid for same day delivery... no flowers. No phone call. No email. Yet, I was billed. Today I called and was told they " needed additional funds of $30 for that delivery ". Ummm whaaaaat? When I proceeded to inquire about policy and so on, the "employee" hung up on me! If there was a rating of -10 stars that would be what my experience was with Troys Turds. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM TURDS!

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. It was supposed to be a same day delivery. They weren't delivered that day. I followed up every day for a week but it never happened. Each day I was promised that it would go out the next day. I finally cancelled my order after going back and forth with them for over a week. I think they are a bunch of scam artists who hope people won't follow up. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB after seeing all of the comments on here. It sounds like they are a bunch of thieves.

Failed to deliver
December 3, 2019

I ordered a $99 fresh flower arrangement for my daughters 30th birthday and they did not deliver them. They did not contact me I had to contact them and they said they had "driver issues". For the $15 delivery fee they could have sent them in an Uber.

I went on their website to order flowers for my Grandmothers funeral, selected the Pink Potpourri Bouquet (photo below) and the horrible purple bouquet (also pictured below) is what was delivered. I contacted the company via email and phone and was told that they would only offer me a 50% refund on my order stating that flowers were delivered even though they weren't at all what I ordered. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, they are rude, didn't deliver on what their website states they have available and basically lied to me and stole my money. Learned my lesson - always check reviews!

Scam scam
May 18, 2019

Did not deliver and when I called they put me on hold, hung up on me, and the. I called back 5 times and they immediately put the call to hold. They said they would deliver today, but I found out there actually no florist in that area to deliver. Scam scam. Will report to BBB

AVOID THIS FLORIST

I placed an order for a bouquet for my daughter's anniversary. I was quoted a price for which I paid by credit card. I wanted delivery the next day. I received a receipt via email. Several hours later I received an email telling me that they wanted to increase the price by $40. The florist that they jobbed it out to needed more money.So that tells me 1. That you can't trust the price they tell you and 2. They don't do their own design and arranging. The worst possible service!

This is a scam!

Do not order from Troys Florist! They ARE NOT a "hometown florist!" They take your order and your money and then call a "real hometown florist" and order something less than what you wanted and pay them only a portion of what you paid them! Then when you are displeased, you can't get a refund from either of them! Do not be scammed!

I ordered my flowers on monday july 29th, to be delivered on Friday, Aug 2nd, for a birthday party...
I even called to confirm on the day of delivery, and was given a vague explanation of how my flowers might reach their destination by sometime that night... I believe I was lied to and that they knew the delivery wouldn't be made... not even offered a discount either! Flower arrangement was 100 bucks.
I received an email in the morning following up that a delivery was not made?
I was told that it would reach it's destination on the following monday, or that I could get a refund?...
This is time sensitive obviously and horrible!
The person on the phone (who is either the owner or the manager) even had an attitude about it!
If you're reading this, never do business with this business! Never-ever!

JUST DON'T

I got online and searched and finally found the perfect TREE/Plant that I wanted delivered to my mom for her birthday. She loves nature and doesn't care for cut flowers so the tree was a perfect gift since we live over 700 miles apart.

I ordered, paid, she got a delivery later that day of CUT FLOWERS, NOTHING like what I paid for and TOTALLY not worth what I did pay! I called and asked for a supervisor, she was of course, gone for the day... I exchanged several e-mails and was finally offered 10% off! Are you kidding me?

Yes $7 will make up for all the BS and the fact that without asking me or notifying me you gave my mom the one things she doesn't like... cut flowers after I ordered a live plant! They refuse to call me back and told me that the 10% was their final offer!

Nightmare!

March 19th I ordered get well soon flowers for my sister who lives in Tennessee, I live in a different state. I spent $81 on a very nice arrangement. On 3/23 I asked my sisters family how they looked. They stated they never arrived. I contacted Troys and they said, sorry we don't deliver in that area of Tennessee for orders less then $86. I couldn't believe it. They made no efforts to contact me and they said they would refund my card. Which I'm doubting. Had I never asked my family how about the flowers, Troys would have stolen my money and never refunded my card. I'm also reporting them to bbb. This is ridiculous. Stay away from them!

I am very frustrated with this business. My mom was in the hospital in December. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers. Days later I am told they can't find anyone to send my order, so I will get a refund. February and I STILL don't have a refund. Now they are ignoring my emails. I am going to call yet again, but I doubt I will ever see my nearly $70 they took. After being initially told there was an error with their system in December, I have now been told I have been refunded my money. I can get a copy of my bank statement that proves I DID NOT get it. I am extremely TICKED OFF! They may think $70 isn't any money, but to most of us working people, it is. NEVER EVER USE THEM!

Ordered and PAID FOR select flower arrangement that included price, delivery fee, service fee, and taxes OVER a week in advance for my daughter for a 12 February delivery. The week of delivery I receive an email informing me they were changing their prices due to Valentines day and would need to charge me an additional $25 for the order or accept an AS IS "florists choice" for money paid, or I could request to cancel for refund. In 30+ years of ordering flowers i have never had this occur and consider this a complete "bait and switch" tactic. This is misleading and completely false advertising I of course canceled and am now having to wait the processing time for my money to be refunded. I have let several people know in the area along with having my daughter (in her new home and neighborhood) to pass the word to her friends and neighbors she meets to not use this floral company. Disturbing.
