I ordered flowers from Troys on 12/24/19 for local delivery. I supplied an email address, but never received any email confirmation of the order. I called, and the recording stated that they were closed. I assumed my card would not be charged, and they may or may not bother to contact me about not delivering. Much to my surprise today, 1/2/2020, I find a charge on my credit card from Troys! I called the toll-free number, they said this was the sales number, and I would need to contact customer service. I didn't want to bother with the runaround - I disputed the charge on my card, and spent the "runaround time" posting this review. RUN from this florist, DO NOT USE for any reason! I contacted another locally owned florist on Stratford Rd in WS, and they had the arrangement delivered within 3 hours. SHAME ON YOU, TROYS, FOR POSING AS A LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESS!

Charged us for the flowers on a credit card. Then a couple days later sent us an email saying...
