This is Awesome and Memorable Trip guys. I can't imagine someone can provide better services than this. Very well Planned and Executed. Everything is very well arranged. Customer may be late but 100% of time your co-ordinator reach on/before time. I must appreciate start from Nisha ( Initially someone who convinced me to travel with Trip factory), Akshatha and entire Trip factory Team and At Andaman Dream Journey Entire Team ( specially Majeed and Avinash). Andaman is a must visit place and Andaman Tourism is at its best in terms of service better than any other state from India. Trip Factory provided excellent service at cheapest price compared to many other travel service providers. Point of Improvement: In my case while going towards Havelock, Our ferry ticket is booked with two different families. My name is combined with one family and my wife's name is combined with other family. So me and my wife boarded separately and joined inside the ferry. While returning I requested to book tickets family wise and not to combine with any other family. And it was done. Overall Trip Factory and Dream Journey ( Local co-ordinator) both are delivered way beyond my expectations. This is Solid and Brilliant piece of coordination between teams. Kudos to Trip Factory & Dream Journey. Looking forward my next trip with you guys.

According to my experience Dubai is beyond the imaginary world. The wonder is beyond the expectations of a person who is having intuition to admire the aesthetics and cleanliness of a town located in totally dry desert. Hats of to the taste of the kings and their empire for fabricating such a beautiful kingdom. Every road, metro rail track, flyover, tunnel, building what not is planned and designed keeping the aesthetics in view and executed precisely. Coming to the aspect of Tripfactory SUDHA SARAVAN patiently answered to all our doubts and guided well until last hour before proceeding. My heart full thanks to her as she is the prime personality in appraising the things and giving clarity to our programme. Thanks to the trip factory for conducting valuable tour programme worth for the money paid. My special thanks to MANISH the accompanied guide to ABU DHABi who explained in detail the greatness of important structures in a crystal clear way both in Hindi and English. Coming to the short falls of trip factory is the company after conclusion of talks and negotiations could have send the the fallowing with out reminding 1) final tour programme based on negotiations 2) air tickets 3) pickup timings and approximate dropping times of lodge / hotel and its address before 3 days of proceeding to avoid any chance of missing of the tourists in the city during their period of stay.

I would recommend people and wish to travel further with trip factory. We got more than what was expected.

We were in group of 55 visited Andaman from 18th Nov 2017 to 24 th Nov 2017 1st group of 24 people & second group was of 31 People. Ie from 19 th to 25th nov 2017

Trip factory gave us the best deal. About Trip Food was v. good at every place. Hotel at neil island " Pearl park Beach Resort" & havlock Hotel El Dorado excellent location, very co operative staff & v. good food. About Portblair Hotel Marine View Food was v. good, Room Cleanliness is not up to mark. Some rooms are good. Counter staff not trained properly. It took long time to check in as rooms were not ready. Secondly Extra beds requirement was not getting fulfilled as per contract. Staff was not co operative. I suggest Trip factory to choose another hotel in Portblair. Local Coordinators Mr Abdul Majid, Shekher were very cooperative & helpful. They did their job perfectly. Transportation arrangements were v. good. At all locations. Including Ferry, Cruz etc. Overall Trip was memorable for everyone Thanks on behalf of each one. All of us will vouch for Trip Factory. Lastly Special Thanks TO ALBERT REGAN our tour coordinator from Trip Factory side. HE is BEST coordinator. Even in emergency he was only available & reachable from trip factory side. Rest emergency nos. Were off after night 1900 hrs. /not reachable. We all recommend person's like ALBERT REGAN should be given special thanks & awards by trip factory. Thanks Albert looking forward for next trip.
