This was my 3rd booking from your company and I must say I am totally disappointed and irritated from the services provided by your travel advisor. I am not at all happy with the approach and customer service given to me. Going forward, I am not going to book anything from your company. Trip advisors are a face of the company and she really screwed up the image this time.
Below are some of the points which shows her hard work she does for Trip factory and customers:
She was not able to give me budgeted hotel required.
Post payment, she never use to pick calls and answer my emails properly
She was rude on the calls and did not give me proper solution to my queries
Never communicated appropriate date for voucher and driver details. Till last day we had to wait and also then she was not able to provide me details
In spite of multiple reminder, calls, Wattsapp messages, the details were never updated on the vouchers
Post my discussion with manager (Alok), details were shared.
Continuously, she use to say I am doing 50+ bookings every month. I really don't care if she is doing 100+ bookings or great resource, I am only concerned about my booking and she really sucks in it.
I have shared the hotel details and room categories, her job was only to book them and provide me completed vouchers and driver details but she wasn't able to give me on time. If these things manager has to do then what is the use of these kind of advisors.
Good service from the time of booking up to the drop till airport. Co-operative and helpful team. Everything was well managed. Will visit back again

It was an overall good experience with trip factory. I am satisfied with the good network teams throughout our mumbai-srinagar-Kargil-Leh-Laddakh-mumbai tour. We planned for a trip for Wayanad and searched for best tour operators in google and got to about trip factory, in quick i mentioned about our plan, and very soon got call from Bhavya, our tour coordinator. From that moment she was very helpful in organizing out trip. Right from providing options fr resorts she was very informative and till we boarded our train to wayanad she was there to help.
We Got best deals from resorts and we choosed "Meenmutty Heights", Best resort i have ever been to.
Such a beautiful place. Our group of 25 members were so happy with the trip and brought back lot of happy memories.

I booked an Andaman tour package with Trip factory (my cousin recommended tripfactory). They assigned me an agent Sourav Semwal. I wanted a customized package so i talked with him over email and phone and he assisted me to book my dream trip with my own requirements. The price was very reasonable and they gave a small discount through a promo code. I booked flight on my own because i didn't want to risk increase in flight charges when while we plan the trip. We were a group of 9 people and one infant. Trip was from January 24th to 29th and we have had an amazing time in Andaman! We haven't faced a single issue anywhere and all my fellow travelers enjoyed to the fullest. Our agent Sourav was always reachable in phone or mail and he was very keen on making us comfortable. The local tour operators they arranged were also very good and responsible, so as hotels they booked. We never faced any delay in vehicle transfers or hotel checkins or anything. Everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend tripfactory service to anyone who is planning for a trip and i personally will book through trip factory for all my future trips. Thanks to them for the wonderful time we had.

Hotel - hampton by hilton was just apt and suited our requirements perfectly
Transport - 5 on 5 the cabs were there as per the itenary at the right time. Even better was their flexibility to accomodate our delays or early trips and also they were very co-operative when we made changes in our pick up and drop locations which werent part of the fixed itenary. Kudos for that.
Support - prompt and excellent support from the whole team making the whole experience hasel free.
Personalised itenary - spoke to a dozen of tour companies but all had fixed itenary like all routine tours, but we were looking for a different package with different activities and experiences. Trip factory team specially syed junaid patiently helped us plan our itenary as per our suggestions accomodating all are requirements. We literally made them give us 20 options before we chose the final itenary, and they obliged everytime.

Well, finally I got some time to Write the review about my recent trip.
First, let's begin with the whole plan. When I was in the planning stage I clearly told these people to offer me a luxury stay as the budget was not much of a constraint. The moment I said this my package budget came to be around 45K for a Kerala trip from Hyderabad buy with no addition of luxury to it.
They claimed that they have given me a 4star stay, which was no closer to the reality. The first hotel where I stayed didn't offer me an AC room and when I contacted these guys about this no one responded.
Coming to stay in a houseboat which happens to be most exciting part of the journey turned out to be a nightmare. Instead of paying around 12k for a night, I got an economical boat for my stay and these people pushed me on the boat which later I found out to be a normal boat. Well while booking they told me that you will be given a luxury boat for the stay. When I started to ask, these guys started to pacify me by saying that the boat you are on happens to be most luxury one.
Well, honestly it was a horrible experience with Tripfactort. I will never recommend this to anyone in my dreams. The entire support happens to be good till the time you haven't paid. Once you pay the money they give the tour package to a third party vendor and takes their cut.

On flight ( veg meals was not there) from London to Dubai
Ticket you have provided only madam taussads and seriously we have waited for three hour in queue and we have paid extra 30 Pound for fasttrack
And London eye you have provided fasttrack but both are on same day so we paid extra 25 pounds for cabs to reach at both the destination.
You have provided half day tour with golden travels, in which you have provided wrong information regarding timings and we missed the tour.
We again took cab and reached the spot and again we spent 12 pounds.
Seriously not at all expected services from trip factory.
I recommended one of my friend trip factory and they did Paris venice trip and they have same experience. Worst experience...
Last trip with you people. Will never recommend you to any of our friends.

- Courteous travel coordinator Avinash Ks but needs to be trained in all aspects of travel and also needs to be more assertive & proactive.
- Good coordination between local agents at Andaman... Dreamworld.
- Good hotels except for one Haywizz Portblair. Best hotel was Bluebird at Havelok with excellent service and good ambience.
- Good complimentary breakfast & dinner at all hotels.
The cons as follows:
- Though we did our bookings 6 months in advance they botched up the return flight bookings of 2 people from the group of 15 who had to travel on a different flight apart from the group.
- though we paid for Makruzz premium ferries on all 3 boat travels between islands we were downgraded to a horrible ferry on one of the voyages between Havelock to Neil Island even though Makruzz was available and sailed on the same route same time which we saw ourselves.
- very upset with the unresponsive attitude of VP Mr. Sudeep. When the flight issue was escalated to him he appointed himself as our single point of contact & assured to get us all together on the same flight back. This did not happen but more upsetting was his unresponsiveness to calls & messages. No updates on the status which should have come from his side, no response to our desperate calls / messages from Andaman, where network was almost zero and we had great difficulty connecting. This displayed a total uncaring attitude and is not at all acceptable and very unprofessional. It caused us unnecessary anxiety while on vacation.
If not for the 3 cons mentioned above, I would probably have given a 4 or even 5 star rating.

Our group Trip to Bali was spectacular (Bali - TFN001M9CY0). Yours & the team coordination was seamless.
1. Our appreciation goes to the coordinator and the driver Mr. Bendi (Nung), the pickup & drop was on time. However we missed having a guide who could explain about the place & heritage.
2. You should ensure that the guest have cold water bottles in the van/car that is being assigned to us. This is usually done by other trip partners.
3. Most disappointment to us was Jimbaran Bay Seafood. The quality of the food and place chosen was very disappointing. Initially we were told that an Indian food was organized in Kuta which we asked them to change later.
At the restaurant post our dinner they asked us to sign a blank folded paper & I refused to do so unless they show me what is written on the other side. They refused to show it and finally conceded to have it signed by our driver.
4. Nusa Penida driver cum guide Mr. Sinar was really good.
5. Telegram Support was very really Good.
