Very easy to navigate, and book on this website. Really the only site I found where I could book a complicated arrangement in one shot.
This was my 1st time using TravelUp based on a recommendation from a friend. The hotels offered were top rated. Booking was quick and easy.
The first agent, Andy, was quick and efficient but the payment site created some problems and lots of phone calls to finally reserve my trip.
I need Change my reservarion's name, I had call several times and never answer the phone and I sent emails without response, this is a very urgent issue and nobody respone my request!

I made reservations for 2 rooms. The first room was for 2 adults and the second room was for 2 adults and 1 child (I indicated the age of child on the website). The travel up website confirmed the amount of money I would pay for my order. The website requested to write the name of the leader of the room 1 and room 2. After entering the names I pressed the conformation button. The conformation email came, but the website didn't let me print my voucher. So when I tried to check the email details, there was an error and the website claimed that there was only 2 total guests indicated in the reservation. However, I ordered and was charged for the 2 rooms (5 people total). But the website was claiming I only ordered 2 rooms for 2 people total, but my credit card was charged for the 5 people. I tried to call travel up customer service, but they couldn't help and told me to send an email to admin office. However, I got no response even when I tried to email and call again. I tried calling the hotel, but they said that I would now need to pay extra for 3 people because the travel up website glitched. Thus, i am upset that because the website glitched, i am forced to pay even more for something i have already paid for. I'm disappointed for this and would like to be helped and have my original order carried out instead of paying the consequences to a glitch on Travel Up's end. I truly feel scammed.

The cancellation policy for your chosen hotel/room type will be shown at time of booking and must be agreed to before the booking can be confirmed. Unfortunately, these policies are applied by our supplier the minute the booking is confirmed and we are bound to their terms.

The airline cancelled my flight to Madrid. Travel up charged £50 processing fee (out of£130 for the flights). Profiteering from covid19. Really poor!

No communication from company when we needed them most. Dispite numerous telephone calls and emails all of which they failed to respond to.
I suggest to all It's very bad, doing as the butcher, change of charges double triple price, normal charge is 100 Pound, they charge 400 Pound, It's very very bad service
