TravelUp just cancelled my reservation and charged me $400 despite the COVID 19 forced airport shutdown and inability to leave the country. Horrible response to a Pandemic!
This was an easy process. I had to call back for changes and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

THE WORST! NEVER USING IT AGAIN!
If I could put a lower than one star I would! The worst worst worst service! I booked my ticket through skyscanner and I chose my timings correct and double checked before I even confirmed the booking. I was shocked to be receiving a ticket with complete different timings for both ways - the options were not even there when I booked my ticket. They refused to do anything about it. They asked for 900 pounds to change the ticket (bare in mind that I paid around 350 pounds for my ticket) or else they would cancel the ticket and I would be refunded 50 pounds only. I called them in less than 24 hours so Im sure they could have done something about it. The worst service I will never ever use them again. I always travel and book on Skyscanner all my flights and this has never happened to me. Bear in mind that I'm a consultant and I live abroad so I'm always traveling at least twice a month and this has never happened to me. The first ever time I use their agency, this happens. Never use this agency - they couldn't even confirm that I chose these timings and I'm *******% sure that I didnt - I clicked on a different flight
I booked a hotel on them at 2am local time for that night due to local weather. Despite changing the date to the right date and them accepting it they booked for the following day. I immediately called them and they confirmed that their system didn't book it as requested so they canceled it. They then said it was nonrefundable. I protested and they said they would call the hotel to request permission for a refund and put me on hold. They came back after a few minutes and claimed they called the hotel front desk and didn't get refund permission. At that time I was standing at the front desk talking to the manager. I was on speaker phone so the manager heard and identified himself then tried to confirm the number they called called the correct number, they refused. He offered to call them and they refused. The hotel has been trying to help me get this fixed but 5 days later I am still being billed. At least the hotel manager has been find enough to provide documentation to help me dispute the charge with the credit card company.

DO NOT USE TRAVELUP! They are the worst. They have zero support if there are any issues, and will not provide the least in customer support. The extra dollars to book elsewhere are definitely worth it. They canceled a reservation on me when I did not want the reservation canceled and charged me a penalty fee of $300! When I called back to see if they could rebook the reservation for me, they said the Hotel would not allow it. I called the hotel and they had not heard from TravelUP, and that they would call TravelUp to try and work it out for me... obviously TravelUp was lying and just wanted the cancelation fee. This Company is basically a scam, avoid the headache and DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELUP!

Booking a flight with TravelUp was one of the stressful period in my entire life, it was an emergency travel to Bangladesh after making the booking the payment was successful and I received a confirmation, on the website it tells you it takes up to 72 hours to issue a ticket or if there is a problem they will inform within 48 hours. They will give you a call. I had no call or info regards my ticket there fore I called them up once the 72 hours period passed making several calls due to unresponsive information about my tickets,Spoke to Samson, and he advised me that there is no management, or they can't do anything other than offering me a refund on my ticket,after three days later, a senior management to see if he can book a ticket,but I've already made arrangements to fly that day with another company as it was an emergency trip.it took them three days to actually acknowledge and response and call back with an outcome which was too late with an alternative. But before that I was only offered a refund,that will hit my account within 5 to 7 working days. There was no compensation offered and I will never ever used a company ever again and also please do not use their company as they will take your money saying that they're gonna be booking you a ticket, but when it comes to the day they won't issue you with the ticket.Samson could have sorted and and reassured us that something will be sorted but he didn't, he didn't even call back after promising, instead we as customers has to chase and call. Their website is a scam, on the website it shows plenty of ticket available, the the staff will say there isn't.
