Dear TT team, for what you are asking of cancellation charges when property have refunded full amount without any cancellations and airline has amount secured for 1 year.
Attached are both proofs.
This cancellation is not from my side. This is due to COVID - 19.
What is my mistake in that? Also, If neither property nor airline is taking any charges, then why are you asking for a cancellation charge of Rs. 13,900 including travel triangle charges.
Bifurgation - 6000/ person *2 = ******* of Agent
900 = Travel Triangle charges.
500*2 = Travel triangle cancellation per person

Calculations -
I have given Rs. 1, 50, 000
So as per attachments, my amount Rs. 36,732 is secured with GoAir.
So as per calculations 1, 50, 000- 36,732 = Rs. 1, 13, 268

Rs. 1, 13, 268 - Should be Refunded as given by me without any cancellation charges.

Please do not opt for travel triangle as have poor service and they put you in bad hotels to save cost and with me they missed a specific destination which I opted in my Kenya trip which was on my itinerary and paid up in advance. The hotel which I was put up was under renovation and One of the destination which had to be covered was missed out coz of their poor coordination or I am not sure it's pretended to be cost cutting. And when I seeked out for help from support they offered me 3k as token of apology and no one bothered to even give me a call back to explain me anything. Do not opt for this service who are tied up with booking.com as they both intend to just con people and spoil their trips. My point of contact for this trip was Chetanya from travel triangle and Vikram and Divya from booking.com.

I would like to highlight the challenges we have faced after booking a package for Kerala and paying the advanced sum of INR 8600 in the morning along with our government IDs to proceed with the bookings. A travel package worth INR 66,000/- including flight, Hotels, travel and sightseeing (mentioned in WhatsApp chat) was made by the vendor (Balaji Travels) and agreed by both of us. But after paying the advance booking charges, we came to know that there was some kind of error on the travel agent's end and they were not able to deliver what they promised (instead of an AC deluxe houseboat, hotel in Alleppey) and for our agreed package we have to pay an extra amount of INR 4000/- later after heated conversation agent told to pay INR 2000 and rest she will bear on her own.
I booked this package only under the name of Travel Triangle and said no to other vendors who approached me for the same. I was concerned about my whole tour and the promises related to the offerings involved in my travel package, but the Travel Triangle team and vendor team changed my itinerary, and even they failed to book my chosen hotel for our stay. So I decided to not pay them further before things were sorted out. After a long mail conversation, my package was got corrected but flight charges increased by 4000 INR. I end up cancelling my trip and still waiting for my refund.

Its Corporate trip we booked from TravelTriangle, they advised DiscoveryMyTravel as ageny for arranging all the facilities. Trust me one of the worst travel agency I have ever seen.One day before the trip a DiscoveryMyTravel problem started, I made all the payment to TravelTrainagle that's what discussed but the agency guys started asking us make payment to bus driver for Diesel and other expenses. When denied he said I will cancel all you hotel, bus booking plus he was threating I will not refund.

When I reached out Traveltriangle this guys done nothing, trust these people just sending some promotional vouchers to attract nothing else. They don't support and help you in any point of time you get in trouble. Whole trip became so worst.

DisoveryMyTravel booked a resort in location where you can't walk, so smelly in one word it was worst, so all the next day vacate resort. When we asked him to booked different resort he started asking huge money, when denied he said will take me to police. He was literally threatening.

AC bus vehicle was arrange all the time raining water was coming inside, over all our trip became disaster becuase of TravelTrainge and there agency DisoveryMyTravel.

If you book individually all your plan you get on very reasonable and you will better trip experience rather booking with these agencies.

Travel triangle routed booking to adventure mania, after full payment no hotels were booked. No support

INdia No. 1 CON Travel agent, they have conned me for Rs. 8500/- for land package of bali, initially once you visit and feed your requirement about the holidays, they will follow up like a dog after you, but once you make the payment they will show their true colors, my wife got ill and i could not inform them a day before of the visit, bluntly refused to make refund, i have also request them for 50% refund, but they have tot me a good lesson by not looking at the review of any website and book. Later i have learnt that travel triangle agents are crooks, they cant even attend customer complaint, nor their toll free no works, I HAVE BOOKED DREAMFLY AGENT FOR LAND PACKAGE,,, PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM, THEY ARE THUGS MORE THAN TRAVEL TRIANGLE.

Dear friends, PLease please please go FOR MAKEMYTRIP OR TRIPADVISOR only, dont look for reasonable price quotation in TRAVEL TRIANGLE, AS THEY VERY GOOD IN CONNING people... who look for reasonable price

I planned to go on Sunday and Monday from Delhi to Mussoorie. On Saturday I saw in google this agency and I sent a request about information of a tour. Later someone contacted me and I agreed with her offer, I asked for a driver who can speak English more than one time, and she didn't answer anything about it. I paid a part, to me all the process was normal. She told me to coordinate with the driver. When I called him I noticed he couldn't speak English. I told him to pick me up at 6.30 am on Sunday. Next day I was ready on time, but since I hadn't received any update from him, I called him, he told me in 30 minutes will pick me up. But 1 hour later I called him again and he told me something in Hindi so I didn't understand, and he hung up. I called to all the phone numbers from travel triangle I have, and nobody answered me. At 9.15 am, someone called me and told me that in 1 hour would come other driver. Then I told him, that since I'm going later, so I should have a discount, and he told me that first I needed to arrive to my destiny. The driver arrived at 11.40, and the AC of the car wasn't working and the car was overheated. I called again to cancel and request the refund and he offered me other driver in 1 hour, and I told him that it was impossible, what I would do in Mussoorie that day if I would arrive at so late? He told me that I should accept the 3rd driver, since its not possible to get refund. Then, I have been asked the refund by an email, and some days later they answered me that they will no refund me. I feel like I've been cynically robbed by this company.

We booked up a package tour for Coorg n Kabini in the month of April 20 n due to lockdown the trip got postpone
After the lockdown when we wanted to go for the trip the response from Travel triangle was very laid back in fact due to their delayed response we ended up paying more alongwith unending correspondence before n during the trip as well
The hotel we booked n paid for was not given to us.The agents when contacted regarding the same were very rude. They made us pay extra for the services we didn't get.
Not planning another trip with Travel triangle anymore. Please don't fall prey to these guys. They don't believe in making customer happy but belive in ruining trips after paying fully nd extra for the package.
Most unprofessional agents these guys have.
In case of Kabini the resort guys were kind to us atleast.

Worst and most pathetic trip of my life.
Volvo buses both the sides started late by over 2 hours.
Also while returning from manali to Delhi, no charging point- water bottle- blanket- wifi was provided by the leo travels bus.
More over light switches were not working in the bus and they were forcefully charging 20 rs per luggage extra from the passengers.

Hotel himanshu resort was shown and presented to us as 3 star category. However it didn't deserved to be even a 2 star category. 90% of the rooms were under construction. We had no choice other than to stay in the room which they offered.

Coming to the local cab for sightseeing, we were assured that the vehicle will remain with us during to entire trip. However to the best of my rememberance vehicle was with us no longer than 50% of the time, by narrating what so ever excuse they had.

Conclusion- Will never ever use/ recommend the services of trip sailor and travel triangle. Even travel triangle after gaining a lot of trust from my last Kerala trip, proved to be a big failure this time.
When asked for a refund for the bus outward journey from manali to Delhi due to pathetic and ridiculous services, trip sailor executive didn't cooperated at all and bluntly
Told us to get down of the bus at 10 pm in the night.

I have canceled my Kerala Package due to the personal emergency, which I made Less than 24 hours back and for which I made the payment of 15,600/-.
Now, **Travel Triangle partner 'Holiday package booking' is NOT refunding the money,( they are passing the parcel to one another)** in there terms and condition it is written that after deducting 500/-, they need to refund the money

And even the person, Abhimanyu( *******690) and Abhinay *******403) not receiving my phone calls or replying on whatsapp.

I wish I could give less then one star!
Totally deceitful service providers. Iam currently in the middle of the trip but felt the need to write about them!
1) incorrect itinerary. They keep changing the times! We received one itinerary while registering and one at the time of travelling. Both were different

2) pickup time mentioned were different in both the itinerary and they keep sending texts a night before pickup of earlier time than scheduled

3) Guides were useless!
4) the worst was the city tour! Where we were picked up at 8am ( who does that for City Tour?) And took us to their main station to wait with other passengers. And we all kept waiting till 10:00 am.
The tour began and he shows probably the most useless places possible!
Why would any one want to see Logistics dept and warehouse of Dubai?
And the palm Jumeirah was supposed to be a nice place to visit which we saw through bus only!

5) the worst part number 2 was the Burj Al Arab beach. Wherein we were told NOT to enter the water and we were given 15 min. What does a person do on a beach other than enjoining the water?

6) Also. City Tour to Abu Dhabi was again $#*!ty! We watched everything just through the bus and went to Ferrari World. We were told all rides are free except 2 rides. But upon entering there were atleast 4 rides where we were refused and had to pay extra.
6) Iam yet to cover rest of the 3 days where God know lies what blunder!

We have planned for darjeeling trip from 23 rd may to 28th may 2020 and 30th may to 02nd june bhubaneshwar. Due to covid19 nationwide lockdown the entire programme was collapsef. The hotels as well as the sight seeing were clised. Due to this when i asked for refund they told that as per the cancellation policy nothing will be refundable. It is not my mistake and moreover i have not cancelled. They also not provided accomodation and sight seeing. In my experience i never see like this kind of agency. Very bityer experience

Travel Triangle is the worst service provider ever I had seen. We took the package of 4 members for JIM CORBETT, at last movement they changed our Hotel without our confirmation & than they haven't given the Jungle Safari and gave us the $#*!ty reason that for the permit and all. We have taken a 25,400 INR package and didn't get anything instead of a hotel. Really and the concerned person(ASHISH, SUMIT, Kukubh) he didn't even bother to pick the calls and at the time of payment, he picked only driver's call and talking to us in an arrogant manner and said I didn't like the way so I didn't pick your calls. This type of customer service they are giving so who will gonna buy from them, I really don't recommend this agency to buy any package for anywhere. They even don't have any customer support no one bother for their customer. Never ever buy any travel package from them.

I requested for Dubai quote twice using this website.

First time: Executives called me 15 times a day for like 1 week, but even after that they could not just understand the requirement. Although that was written over the initial request.
But, even i was not that actively involved as off course attended only 2-3 out of those 15 calls, so closed the request.

Second time: Sent the requirement again and mentioned to be contacted only over email.
Got my first quote which was completely not aligned to my request, i said no flight and no hotel, but the quote included all that.
I replied on the quote asking for revision, but no help
Also, requested for communication only over emails, but all i received for 4 days is we tried reaching you although i was replying to all the emails i was getting with a sub line to contact only over mails.
Then, one of the agent (would not like to name) contacted me over whatsapp and i explained and sent her a detailed email again with all the request. She looped in may be her supervisor or someone.
And then again i got random quotes, agencies dont even read the requirement not even the chat window (which is a feature of traveltriangle).
I replied to the email to the executive who contacted me quoting examples that this is how your agents are sending random quotes.
Then his supervisor just sent an email saying we are closing your request as there is communication required.
Instead of acknowledging his agents mistakes of not reading the initial quote and comments which i gave, he tried pushing it on as no calls then no communication.
For him sending initial requirement, replying to agents, chat window is no way of communications.

Highly disappointed with the level of unprofessional behavior.

Please dont waste time, unless you are willing to go for generic high priced quotes.
Traveltraingle have no control on agents and agents are not willing to customize.
