What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime anniversary celebration was wrecked by Nagma Abbasi, Robin Pant, and the sham operation known as Comfort Destination—shamelessly promoted on TravelTriangle. Having self-planned countless domestic and international trips, I can spot a scam from miles away—yet this was the first and last time I'll ever book through TravelTriangle. Comfort Destination Turns "Holidays" Into Hostage Situations
Comfort Destination will not plan your journey—they will sabotage it. This so-called agency is run by untrained opportunists who sit somewhere in North India, blindly copy-pasting itineraries they found online. They've never set foot in most of the South-Indian places they sell, yet they bully paying customers, threaten cancellations, and vanish the moment your money lands in their account. - "Resort" promised dingy budget hotel.
- "Triorivea Resort" promised just an ordinary hotel with basic room accommodation, no resort facilities.
- Private houseboat (Dream Makers House Boat Pvt. Ltd.) with bad reviews, still booked in the name of a 3-star hotel category, featuring an unhygienic kitchen—when the planner explicitly guaranteed a hygienic setup.
- So-called 3-star hotels were old, shabby, and outdated. Temple Darshan Debacle
- We booked front-seat tickets and paid extra on our flight so we could dash to the temple exit—but Robin never gave our driver the proper details.

I have booked Innova car, but they send to airport Ertiga old type its not fixed my family of 5 adults and one infant, I refused, then they said that after 150 KM, change Innova 2019 model,
Actual Delhi airport not allowed less then 2020 Diesel models cars, but the transport manager Mr. Niraj Kumar conformed it will come Innova, but driver Binder send old ertiga car and changed after 150 km to Innova
I have contact person from Travel triangle (Advanceeasy trip) Mr.'s Roshni Kumar, she promised room with heater with Gala dinner, but after I reached after long drive from Delhi 9.30 am to till 1.30 am almost 16 hours after reach they asking money then I called her then I got heater, the Manali room very bad they are saying its 3 star but its not worth I can say Bed and breakfast hotel, money only waste it's not worth,
On 31 we start from Manali 8.30 am and we reached Shimla 11.45 pm before 12.00 am on 1 Jan night In Shimla hotel we fix Gala dinner, but they did not allow again we have arguments with hotel people again call Roshni Kumar its take more them 45 minutes, in mean time we miss gala dinner after 12.30 am only they allow that also waste of money
Final day 2nd Jan night my flight was 9.30 pm T3 Dehil airport, the driver Binder said in Delhi there is stick it may be road closed we need to start at 2nd Jan early morning before 6 am without breakfast, as per his instruction we started, actually he is lyer there is no strike in Dehil. He reached Delhi 3.30pm before 150 km Delhi and waiting for same like first day ertiga, again I refused and he try to arrange another cab but we did not get till 7.30 pm finally after long time waiting he arrange two cabs from ola cars and send to airport while reached airport we have high blood pressure because heave traffic and very close time of closed flight boarding gate.
I had very bad experience and unfair people, its looks like scammed. This trip worth only 60k only but I paid 88.5k
This is totally my mistake I have paid as per their schedule payments, but the service was very poor and frustration
I am advising to all travels do not book this type of people, if by mistake you book don't give full payment till you return to airport. This my strong advice to all
We did our first trip with travel triangle intending it is supposed to be full of delightful memories.
Initially the representative Ms. Ritu madam spoke and also coordinated with us in watsapp very nicely and she even mentioned that "are aap to Ghar jaise ho gaye ho"

Once we landed in goa we were given coordinates of a local coordinator (Mr.Anurag)
This also we got with our follow up with travel triangle
Mr. Anurag who has no face as in 6 days stay at GOA and he didn't bother to meet us once which was earlier promised to.
And all the vouchers alloted to us are FAKE not a single could be availed as they were all fake

But she didn't bother to find out our well being till date
We travelled with a toddler
We spent alot of our hard earned money with just a trust on the travel agency to have or bestow us with a better experience and time.
But it's so sad this service industry is also making money out of human emotions and no value for their commitment. We have travelled with other travel agencies earlier however never have had such pathetic experience. Really Sad.

I had booked a Sikkim trip through Traveltriangle, we got a package from Unexplored Trip - https://unexploredtrip.com
(This package was pricy than other packages and it had all we needed. We paid more believing we will not face any issues if we take up the costly package. But god knows the truth.)

As we reached the airport the signs of bad service started.
Our cab driver told us that he will arrive in 5 minutes which turned into 2 hours of standing in the sun.
He could have told us it will take time, we could have waited at the Airport instead of standing in the sun.
But overall cab service was decent.

The hotel rooms allotted to us were great on the itinerary, but when we arrived at the hotel, they were horrible in condition.
The customer service person told me to adjust on the very first day of the trip. So, we felt we did a mistake booking this service.
Finally, after a lot of calls and chats, they shifted us to another hotel, which came with a struggle of waiting and traveling again at night in negative temperatures.
Then again on 3rd day of(Lachen) as per the itinerary, we had an amazing hotel, when we reached there we were sent to some other hotel, which again sent us to some other hotel, then they assigned an empty hotel in a place with no person at reception, no hot water, a broken toilet, no wifi(had no network), no proper water pressure, no lock in the door, single blanket. A young helper/cleaner in the hotel, who had joined a day ago said "It's my first day, I don't know anything".
It was horrible to stay there, but now no one was picking up calls to even help. We were stuck at this place with a negative temperate and horrible service. I felt like I'm trapped and can't even do anything in this remote location.
The hotel experience was horrible, they don't provide anything as per the itinerary.

People we were communicating with, use to switch off their phones, blocked us, didn't pick up our call, etc, etc in time of need.
Instead of helping they will say, what can I do sir, it's peak time?
They don't stick to the itinerary but tell us that "you could have taken the better package". On insisting to stick to the package, they gave random reasons for why they can't do it.
They basically lied about the itinerary and didn't deliver as promised.
They even raised their voices just because we were not ready to "adjust" to whatever they wanted.
Overall, I will not recommend anyone taking this service. This service is the definition of an unprofessional and horrible experience.
I filled my Goa trip requirement for 2 night 3 days package in Travel Triangle website, based on that, Tripstring travel agent contacted me, they gave quotation accordingly of Rs. *******/-. Though it was costly, we accepted to have hasselfree trip with our parents and kids, however, it was not at all worth.
As the tour day came closer, Tripstring started changing contact persons (Subhankar to Himanshu and then Himanshu to Anurag and then again Himanshu). They did not come for pick-up on promised time, we had to wait for 3 hours at Airport. We continuously called for 2 hours, they kept promising driver will contact you in 5 min, but no driver contacted. Upon asking also, they did not give us driver details. Anurag stopped answering calls. We contacted previous agent Himanshu, he arranged 2-3 drivers but each driver contacted us and told he will come only if we pay direct to them. As Tripstring is not confirming the payment, none of the drivers were ready to come for pick-up. Finally, after waiting for 3 hours, we requested one driver that we are at Airport with 3 senior citizens and 2 kids from past 3 hours, we will pay but please come to pick us from Airport. After more than 3 hours, we got picked-up from Airport and then we went for lunch. The whole day got wasted and had gone through physical and mental torture, parents were tired, kids were hungrey and we could not do any sight-seeing. Driver kept complaining about Tripstring agents and after he realized our genuinity, he did not take payment from us. Deal was for 2 nights 3 days, but they provided cab for sight-seeing only for 2 days and out of all listed places, they covered only 5 places. Third day they counted only for drop and did not count sight-seeing.
Tripstring totally messed up our trip and we went through big harrasement. When we called Tripstring agent to inform what we had gone through, he misbehaved and told that we are doing bakwas, he told that he provided cab within 5 minutes and was not ready to accept mismanagement from their end.
None of us, including our parents and kids, were happy with the trip. I never recommend this agent to anyone.
Do not go with Travel Triangle - Tripstring agent, they are rude, very poor management, don't bother for your time and money, do not accept their mistakes.
Travel package
Me and my cousin have travelled in 1st April 2022 in maldives through travel triangle. What internally they guys are doing. When you will contact Traveltriangle they will provide you 4-5 agents contacts. You need to bargaining from these agents. I did the same. There is some difference here. My cousin has booked for maldives in April 2022 but he was suffered from COVID-19 so that year he was not able to travel in April 2021. So he requested travel triangle for money back. Then travel triangle has given 134k credit note out of 158k by deducting land/ booking charges and informed my cousin that he can travel anytime within 1 year. So in 2022, we have planned to travel in first week of April 2022. They have provided us the revised quotation quotation of 180 k all inclusive plan (as compared to 2021 we have paid 40 k more as the prices goes higher in 2022 and in package one night and one day less as compared to the same package which i got in 2021) and when we were going to contact the travelling agent to finalize the deal the contacted person was on leave. Meanwhile I wish to verify the prices. So I enquires traveltriangle and asked I need a package of Maldives just to cross verify whether they will provide the package in same quotation or not. Then another agent if travel triangle offer me the same package in 170k. Then I informed my cousin to book it from different agent of travel triangle. We have almost done this deal from other agent of travel triangle (agent told us that you need to transfer credit note). When we asked Ankush bhardwaj (from travel triangle who was handling our travelling booking things) denied that now your booking id will not changed after booking. Although booking was not confirmed yet but he said these things. So much mails we have written against this to Ankush Bhardwaj and owner Sankalp Agarwal as well. But Ankush had not allow us to switch to another agent of traveltriangle who were providing the same plan in 10 k less. Now we were compelled to take this package because we need yo use our credit note before deadline. So we have paid extra 10k for this trip. Before the trip we asked for travelling guidelines. We were in contact with Ankush bhardwaj (manages our travelling related things from travel triangle) over mail and calls. He has provided us the incorrect (outdated) covid guidelines of government of maldives and Govt. Of India. As per him either the person should be fully vaccinated before 14 days of travelling or done with NTPCR test. But in guidelines of govt of India only fully vaccinated was written. We asked Ankush to provide latest guidelines but he shared same old guidelines and rigid on his words that you must be fully vaccinated before 14 days of travelling. But I read all latest guidelines and travelled by just 2 days before fully vaccinated. No-one asked me whether I am vaccinated 14 days before or not during immigration at maldives. Just because of my awareness I save 10 k charges of NTPCR test from Maldives but travel triangle guys are really worse in providing any documents. They have not shared the information about TDS which they have deducted. They have deducted complete amount from my cousin. Because my cousin can get back TDS deducted amount because he lies in Tax slab. I could file that but they have shown whole amount against my brother name. So again we are in loss of 10 k here too. This is my honest review please please don't trust on travel triangle. They are just money minded people, they will not help you anywhere. But yes they will charge you more and their every information is inconsistent. I faced so many problem before, during the trip and after the trip. Even company owner Sankslp agarwal will not take any action against wrong things happening to his customers. I have put him in CC in many emails. Nothing was happened and overall I was in loss of 60 k in this trip with lot of government guidelines pressure due to incorrect documents shared by traveltriangle.

I had booked a package of Kerala for 4th of December 2021 for 5 day 4nights,
I had asked travel triangle for their assistance to change my location as the cases in kerala of Covid 19 were increasing rapidly and Kerala has become the state with highest cases in India,
I am travelling with a baby who is 1.8 year old,
So not to take a risk with the baby i asked travel triangle to just change my destination to Coorg to 8 days 7 nights,
I wasn't asking for a refund,
I was ready to bear the flight cancelation charges,
Just asked them to transfer by paid amount to the next package on the same dates,
Mr Santosh Kumar did not assist me at all,
Didn't receive a single telephonic call and just mailed that even if we book through the travel triangle we would be charged a cancelation charge of 2000 rs per person +flight cancelation charge + 750 per person cancelation charge by the travel agent.
So indirectly he told me that out of your package of 36 thousand Rs, 10thousand will be your cancelation fee by TT though you book from us fir Coorg,
8 k will be your flight cancellation charges and 3750 would be cancelation charges from the travel agent,
So i will be losing on 23 thousand approximately,
Instead of understand the complexity of the situation of Covid 19 and the baby,
They helped us with no solution on the name of Policies.
My question now remains what was the point booking from travel Triangle if they didn't want to take the responsibility in case of any circumstances,
I rather did book from the travel agent directly who is at least liable for some thing which goes wrong,
My package for Kerela was for 36 k per couple, we were 2 couples and 1 kid,
i was ready to pay for a package worth 1 lac for both the couples,
It wasn't even that the package i was selecting was lower in price.
In Return i have got an amazing service from Make my trip and never faced any such issues,
By this service I would never prefer a travel triangle ever.

We booked our trip through travel triangle and it was cancelled due to Covid exigencies, it's been 2 months and our refund isn't initiated. I happened to go through a lot of social media posts on all platforms and I see that there has been a lot of flak already by various customers regarding their refund which has now got us worried. I am writing over my follow up emails done with you team, which I have to say is quite slow when it comes to post-sales.
We booked (Booking ID: *******) our Bangalore to Thailand trip on 13th Jan 2020 when we paid our first instalment, the team followed up with us rigorously for all instalments. So many messages, calls and emails to make payment. Our trip was scheduled for 18th March and return on 22nd March 2020.
The trip had to be cancelled due to Covid emergency and we are waiting for the refund but in vain, I try contacting the lead- Pooja Sharma but her no. Comes switches off. I have been writing emails every week following up with them but all they have to say is Refund bills have been submitted to finance, but Authorities are yet to approve. How long does it take for approving a refund? 2 months? And who are these authorities? It's like a script now.
I have got in touch with Go Air who confirmed the airlines has refunded the agency on 5th March! I would rather ask them an email for proof that the refunds have been initiated by them as well, for further proceedings.

There was another person by the name Rajat who was coordinating with us for trip payment, but his number is not reachable, and he seems to have left the organization.
Now Nikita herself says she has been moved to another department. Though she still says the amount will be refunded, 2months and more is quite a lot of time.
I would really appreciate a response here, understanding it is crucial for you too for the customer to have a good experience through your site. It's our hard-earned money that's at stake and every day passing by is causing more doubt.

I've booked my trip from Duniya Zamana (Via TravelTriangle) for 6N7D. I have made all the payments in advance to TT.
Initially, everything looked good about them and TT, their reviews were also good, so I decided to book via TT for this travel agent.
Everything went well until day 4 when the driver refused to give me service. He told me that the driver has not received any payment from the travel agent and hence he will not provide me the service.
I was stuck in the hotel room thinking about what to do now. I received a call from my hotel manager, and to my surprise, he also said that he has not received any payment from the travel agent.
The hotel manager was not allowing me to leave the hotel without paying the amount. My schedule was to leave the hotel at 10.30 for Sagara Beach Resort, Kovalam.
And now here I am stuck in a hotel trying to help myself what to do. I tried calling my agent almost 20 times. Nobody picked up my call. My agent's name was Krishna. I've called him like at least 10 times, at one time he picked up the call, said that he will look into it. After 2 hours, still no resolution.
After a lot of argument with the driver and hotel manager, they asked me to pay their dues (which should have been paid by my agent). I had no other option as I can not leave the hotel without paying the amount and the driver is denying the service because of the same. I had to pay for the hotel - 3750 and driver 8000.
Now, I booked my trip for 58,000. I paid to driver 8K and hotel 3.7K. So total = 58K+8K+3.75K = 69.75K.
After this worst nightmare, I've to I will cancel my trip because I had no other option. If I wanted to go further, the driver was demanding more money (approx 5K more) and I was also not sure what if the agent has not made any payment to the next hotels as well.
I've made all the video recordings of my experience with the hotel manager and with the driver. Please watch these below videos. I've sent emails, calls, and so many messages to TT but from there side, not a single person solved my query. So, if you want to have the worst nightmare of your life, and want to spoil your trip then you should go ahead with TT.

We booked our package with Fantabulous Holidays after having a look at three other quotes for our honeymoon trip to Bali. We chose them as they had decent ratings even though their package was a bit more expensive than others. They were really onto us untill the deal was done with multiple calls and emails. Following up with us every 2 3 hours, telling us to book quickly or else the price might change. We booked the trip and paid all installments on time, once they recieved all paymenta the whole scene changed. The first quotation they gave had the hotel called The Mutiara Resort in Jimbaran area while the one mentioned in call (which we recorded) was The Mutiara Resort in Seminiyak area. And when this was highlighted to the marketing person, he was rude and had the audacity to say "Do whatever you want, the details mention in the quote will be the final one"! This was just the beginning, as we had dug our own grave by making a deal with Fantabulous team. They were prompt enough to call and email when the payment installments were due, but no coordination between their marketing, operation and on-ground team. Our quote kept changing without any proper approval as and when the agents could not arrange the things mentioned in quote to make maximum profit. Until our last day of travel, things were not finalized and the operation agent being unsure of things mentioned in the quotation. During our trip we had experiences we didn't think would be coming in... The first day candle light dinner was a disaster and completely changed my idea of a "Romantic Candle light Dinner"! It was a replacement for a cruise dinner which got cancelled at the last moment. It was a normal shack with cheap plastic table-chair and a candle of course, full of chaos around and playing loud bollywood and marathi party songs. They really booked the cheapest dinner available in Bali! This was so disappointing since we have paid for a cruise dinner and in return what we got was this cheap experience! The next day, we had to pay an extra charge/tax amount for Nusa-Penida island tour which was never mentioned anywhere, neither in quotation nor by any teams of Fantabulous Holidays. After reporting all these issues to the team during our trip in Bali, there was no convincing response from them, but only a SORRY! They should understand that an apology every time doesn't work in this field of business! Later we got a call from the customer care stating that the rest of the trip will be smooth and as per our iternary, and strict action will be taken on the misconduct done by the marketing person. As per our iternary, we had to shift to Ashoka Tree Resort for our last 2 days stay and our itinerary mentioned a Superior Room with Garden & Pool view. When we checked-in at about 6 pm in the evening, it was a normal room with garden view towards the end. When enquired at the hotel reception they said this was only booked against your name. We actually lost it at that point in time as we were really tired and wanted to relax peacefully in the evening. We had to again start following up with them. The on-ground team told that the vocher has this details and hence this was booked. Again there is a mistake by fantastic Fantabulous team! We were asked to wait for half an hour to resolve the issue. 1.5 hours passed and still there was no action being taken. When we asked the Operation team coordinator, she puts the entire blame on the hotel management stating that, they aren't ready with the room and so the delay. We went to find out what was happening at the reception, they told us Fantabulous team is asking them to upgrade without paying the extra upgradation cost so there is a to & fro discussion happening. They had kept the room ready for us and were waiting for the payment confirmation. When this was brought to the operation team coordinator in a strict manner then they agreed to finally upgrade it. During this time we asked the customer care team to contact us to highlight this issue as they promised us that the rest of the trip will be fine. We did not receive any call from them. This entire hotel thing took almost 2.5 hours and our entire evening was ruined to death! We were frustrated with the kind of service and behavior the Fantabulous team gave us! It was completely sucking! There was no extra compensation given for all the wrong things done. Neither they asked for a post trip feedback. Hence it was very clear that the previous commitment done by customer team was also fake as others! In short, we had a horrible experience during our honeymoon trip which usually people want to relax and enjoy peacefully. I do not recommend planning your holidays with Fantabulous Holidays. They literally make all efforts to ruin it completely!
