This September 2025 we booked 4days, 3nights Kerala package, with Travel Triangle (through travel triangle representative Aisha), they gave three quotes and finally the package was booked through Comfort Destination Pvt Ltd (CDPL) run by Sameer Sinha. The Trip was nothing short of a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a relaxing and well-organized vacation turned into a frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing experience — all due to the mismanagement, false promises and unprofessional behavior of the agent and his team. Agents like Aisha, Sameer Sinha are only interested in collecting their undeserved commission while misleading customers with false promises. They sells 4-star packages and deliver budget-level experiences. Once the payment is done, you're on your own. The complete lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disrespect we experienced is reason enough for us to never book with Travel Triangle or Comfort Destination again.
Travel is supposed to be a joyful experience — but due to this agency, ours was full of stress, deception, and disappointment. I strongly advise others to stay away from this agent and this company if you value your money, peace of mind, and time.
Experience Details:
1. False Promises & Last-Minute Changes
Right until the very last moment, we were shown images and confirmations for a 4-star hotel in Munnar. But just before the trip, Sameer claimed there were no rooms available and downgraded us to a 3-star hotel, insisting it was "equally comfortable" and also a 4-star — a blatant lie. When we arrived, the hotel was far from what was promised — old, ill-maintained, and crawling with bugs. When I reported this, the hotel shrugged it off and the agent responded with a thumbs-up emoji, showing complete lack of concern. 2. Repeated Hotel Switches Without Consent
On the way to Thekkady, we learned yet another hotel had been booked — not the one originally agreed upon. Sameer claimed the invoice mentioned the change, but we were never informed or consulted. When we objected, he reluctantly switched it back to the promised hotel, but even there, the reception had no idea we had a booking. The level of chaos was unacceptable.
3. Substandard Transport & a Breakdown on the Way to the Airport
We were promised a new, comfortable car with a knowledgeable driver. What we got was a worn-out vehicle and a driver who had no clue about the itinerary. He was polite, but completely unaware of where to go. To make matters worse, on the way back to the airport, the car broke down. The driver had no fuel, claiming he wasn't given money. He had to borrow help from a local biker to fetch fuel. Even after refueling, the car wouldn't start. A kind passerby finally helped us fix it temporarily. We barely made it to our flight — a nerve-wracking end to an already disappointing trip.
4. Rude Behavior & Zero Accountability
When we finally escalated our concerns to Travel Triangle, hoping for resolution, we were met with more indifference. Sameer was extremely rude and abusive over the phone — calling us "crazy" and ordering us. At one point, he told us to take videos of the hotel room while we were still standing at the reception desk! No apology, no courtesy, only blame-shifting and aggression.
5. Travel Triangle's Utter Negligence
We had expected Travel Triangle to step in and assist, especially when things went so wrong. Unfortunately, their representative Aisha was of no help whatsoever. When we reported the car breakdown and Sameer's abusive language, she had no response, no action, no apology. She simply repeated what the driver said about fetching fuel and offered no solution or support.

I request to all travelers, please don't book any package through Travel Triangle because they charges 10% extra commission from agent, and agents same commission addon in your package. I think you have to contact directly agents for best deals and best services. After payment Travel Triangle team never take serious your calls. This is genuine and real review from my side,

I am writing this with absolute outrage and heartbreak. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime anniversary celebration was wrecked by Nagma Abbasi, Robin Pant, and the sham operation known as Comfort Destination—shamelessly promoted on TravelTriangle. Having self-planned countless domestic and international trips, I can spot a scam from miles away—yet this was the first and last time I'll ever book through TravelTriangle. Comfort Destination Turns "Holidays" Into Hostage Situations
Comfort Destination will not plan your journey—they will sabotage it. This so-called agency is run by untrained opportunists who sit somewhere in North India, blindly copy-pasting itineraries they found online. They've never set foot in most of the South-Indian places they sell, yet they bully paying customers, threaten cancellations, and vanish the moment your money lands in their account. Fake Accommodation
- "Resort" promised dingy budget hotel.
- "Triorivea Resort" promised just an ordinary hotel with basic room accommodation, no resort facilities.
- Private houseboat (Dream Makers House Boat Pvt. Ltd.) with bad reviews, still booked in the name of a 3-star hotel category, featuring an unhygienic kitchen—when the planner explicitly guaranteed a hygienic setup.
- So-called 3-star hotels were old, shabby, and outdated. Temple Darshan Debacle
- We booked front-seat tickets and paid extra on our flight so we could dash to the temple exit—but Robin never gave our driver the proper details.
- We waited one hour at the airport, then were told it was a "simple issue." Meanwhile our paid-for temple darshan had to be rushed to meet the time slot. Cab-Fare Scam & Transportation Terror

- Charged ₹4,500 as "interstate border charges and tolls" between Trivandrum and Kanyakumari—yet the driver took beach road and skipped every toll.
- In the name of a "landslide," tactfully skipped on-the-way visits to Gap Road Viewpoint and Periyakanal Waterfalls—which lie en route from Thekkady to Munnar—while Robin's own PDF itinerary wrongly lists "Alleppey Thekkady," revealing complete ignorance of the region. Other guests confirmed the roads were clear—Robin lied just to skip stops.
- Key spots in Kanyakumari were "missed" on day one by deliberate omissions. He even claimed there was no road to the sunset viewpoint—when every other vehicle reached easily—just to cheat us again.

Rating: 1/5 We recently went on a Kashmir trip (Apr 11–16) booked via Travel Triangle, who handed over the execution to their local agent, Intrip Travels. What should've been a memorable office + family vacation turned into a stressful and chaotic experience — all due to poor planning and mismanagement by Intrip Travels. Despite receiving the itinerary and hotel details a month in advance, none of the promised hotels were provided, except for one night. We were assured 3-star hotels, but ended up in low-grade 2-star lodges in remote areas — so remote that our vehicles couldn't even go there. We had to walk with our luggage to reach the accommodations. At Dal Lake, they crammed 19 people into a boat house meant for just 11. Families and children were forced to adjust in extremely tight, uncomfortable conditions. The final night was the worst: they began harassing us for the pending ₹26,000, despite their poor service. The boat house owners said they hadn't been paid and demanded money from us. Later, cab drivers stopped on the road at midnight, refusing to move unless we paid them. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable, especially with kids present. Intrip Travels offered the worst service we've ever experienced — no reliability, no responsibility, and complete chaos from day one. Strongly recommend avoiding them, especially for family trips. You deserve better.

I have booked Innova car, but they send to airport Ertiga old type its not fixed my family of 5 adults and one infant, I refused, then they said that after 150 KM, change Innova 2019 model,
Actual Delhi airport not allowed less then 2020 Diesel models cars, but the transport manager Mr. Niraj Kumar conformed it will come Innova, but driver Binder send old ertiga car and changed after 150 km to Innova
I have contact person from Travel triangle (Advanceeasy trip) Mr.'s Roshni Kumar, she promised room with heater with Gala dinner, but after I reached after long drive from Delhi 9.30 am to till 1.30 am almost 16 hours after reach they asking money then I called her then I got heater, the Manali room very bad they are saying its 3 star but its not worth I can say Bed and breakfast hotel, money only waste it's not worth,
On 31 we start from Manali 8.30 am and we reached Shimla 11.45 pm before 12.00 am on 1 Jan night In Shimla hotel we fix Gala dinner, but they did not allow again we have arguments with hotel people again call Roshni Kumar its take more them 45 minutes, in mean time we miss gala dinner after 12.30 am only they allow that also waste of money
Final day 2nd Jan night my flight was 9.30 pm T3 Dehil airport, the driver Binder said in Delhi there is stick it may be road closed we need to start at 2nd Jan early morning before 6 am without breakfast, as per his instruction we started, actually he is lyer there is no strike in Dehil. He reached Delhi 3.30pm before 150 km Delhi and waiting for same like first day ertiga, again I refused and he try to arrange another cab but we did not get till 7.30 pm finally after long time waiting he arrange two cabs from ola cars and send to airport while reached airport we have high blood pressure because heave traffic and very close time of closed flight boarding gate.
I had very bad experience and unfair people, its looks like scammed. This trip worth only 60k only but I paid 88.5k
This is totally my mistake I have paid as per their schedule payments, but the service was very poor and frustration
I am advising to all travels do not book this type of people, if by mistake you book don't give full payment till you return to airport. This my strong advice to all

They make false promises. They give you threats that pay us else we will not allow you to checkin. Whatever they promise in terms of hotel, food, cab, they give exaclty the opposite of the same.
Specially track the Kashmir

I would like to highlight the challenges we have faced after booking a package for Kerala and paying the advanced sum of INR 8600 in the morning along with our government IDs to proceed with the bookings. A travel package worth INR 66,000/- including flight, Hotels, travel and sightseeing (mentioned in WhatsApp chat) was made by the vendor (Balaji Travels) and agreed by both of us. But after paying the advance booking charges, we came to know that there was some kind of error on the travel agent's end and they were not able to deliver what they promised (instead of an AC deluxe houseboat, hotel in Alleppey) and for our agreed package we have to pay an extra amount of INR 4000/- later after heated conversation agent told to pay INR 2000 and rest she will bear on her own.
I booked this package only under the name of Travel Triangle and said no to other vendors who approached me for the same. I was concerned about my whole tour and the promises related to the offerings involved in my travel package, but the Travel Triangle team and vendor team changed my itinerary, and even they failed to book my chosen hotel for our stay. So I decided to not pay them further before things were sorted out. After a long mail conversation, my package was got corrected but flight charges increased by 4000 INR. I end up cancelling my trip and still waiting for my refund.

Crook agency, they gave us verbal discount of Rs 1200 which they asked us to pay in the first installment. Later they denied taxi drop of our parents in the middle of our trip. They forced us to pay additional 1200 Rs. Stating that if we produce recording or written proof of the discount given which they never provided in the writing, their agent sarika confirmed over the phone but later she stopped picking up calls or responding over the phone. They manipulated us for the discount value. Never take their service. Poor management, no value for people. Crooked team.

I booked my vietnam travel through travel triangle who connect you to different local agents. I got connected to Ms Rossie. Entire travel was smooth and comfortable keeping in my our small kids. Good accommodation and travel itinerary was provided. Really happy with the services. Will book again through travel triangle.

I planned to go on Sunday and Monday from Delhi to Mussoorie. On Saturday I saw in google this agency and I sent a request about information of a tour. Later someone contacted me and I agreed with her offer, I asked for a driver who can speak English more than one time, and she didn't answer anything about it. I paid a part, to me all the process was normal. She told me to coordinate with the driver. When I called him I noticed he couldn't speak English. I told him to pick me up at 6.30 am on Sunday. Next day I was ready on time, but since I hadn't received any update from him, I called him, he told me in 30 minutes will pick me up. But 1 hour later I called him again and he told me something in Hindi so I didn't understand, and he hung up. I called to all the phone numbers from travel triangle I have, and nobody answered me. At 9.15 am, someone called me and told me that in 1 hour would come other driver. Then I told him, that since I'm going later, so I should have a discount, and he told me that first I needed to arrive to my destiny. The driver arrived at 11.40, and the AC of the car wasn't working and the car was overheated. I called again to cancel and request the refund and he offered me other driver in 1 hour, and I told him that it was impossible, what I would do in Mussoorie that day if I would arrive at so late? He told me that I should accept the 3rd driver, since its not possible to get refund. Then, I have been asked the refund by an email, and some days later they answered me that they will no refund me. I feel like I've been cynically robbed by this company.

Travel triangle routed booking to adventure mania, after full payment no hotels were booked. No support

Shoddy experience. Poor experience during the trip. They oversold stuff, and then disappointed us. Plus they charged a hefty premium, too. As a concept, the site might be good (connecting customers to agents). However, it is a platform where thieves and touts thrive. I wouldn't book again, or recommend anyone to do that. It would be better if you do so research, and book directly with hotels, transport, etc.

I had booked a Sikkim trip through Traveltriangle, we got a package from Unexplored Trip - https://unexploredtrip.com

(This package was pricy than other packages and it had all we needed. We paid more believing we will not face any issues if we take up the costly package. But god knows the truth.)

As we reached the airport the signs of bad service started.

Our cab driver told us that he will arrive in 5 minutes which turned into 2 hours of standing in the sun.

He could have told us it will take time, we could have waited at the Airport instead of standing in the sun.

But overall cab service was decent.

The hotel rooms allotted to us were great on the itinerary, but when we arrived at the hotel, they were horrible in condition.

The customer service person told me to adjust on the very first day of the trip. So, we felt we did a mistake booking this service.

Finally, after a lot of calls and chats, they shifted us to another hotel, which came with a struggle of waiting and traveling again at night in negative temperatures.

Then again on 3rd day of(Lachen) as per the itinerary, we had an amazing hotel, when we reached there we were sent to some other hotel, which again sent us to some other hotel, then they assigned an empty hotel in a place with no person at reception, no hot water, a broken toilet, no wifi(had no network), no proper water pressure, no lock in the door, single blanket. A young helper/cleaner in the hotel, who had joined a day ago said "It's my first day, I don't know anything".

It was horrible to stay there, but now no one was picking up calls to even help. We were stuck at this place with a negative temperate and horrible service. I felt like I'm trapped and can't even do anything in this remote location.

The hotel experience was horrible, they don't provide anything as per the itinerary.

People we were communicating with, use to switch off their phones, blocked us, didn't pick up our call, etc, etc in time of need.

Instead of helping they will say, what can I do sir, it's peak time?

They don't stick to the itinerary but tell us that "you could have taken the better package". On insisting to stick to the package, they gave random reasons for why they can't do it.

They basically lied about the itinerary and didn't deliver as promised.

They even raised their voices just because we were not ready to "adjust" to whatever they wanted.

Overall, I will not recommend anyone taking this service. This service is the definition of an unprofessional and horrible experience.

They are money making agency with no regard for clients. Their role is only to connect you to other pathetic agencies and take commission from both. They do not provide any assurance of the agencies they recommend and the agencies they recommend are also like them. Only creating opportunities to make money from clients and asking for money for even small requests of clients. DO NOT use their services.

I would like to share my personal review i had an amazing experience with travel triangle for my next trip i will prefer TT only

Really really bad experience. I booked through them and the agent turned out to be a cheat. Dint give any of the rooms or resorts or anything that they promised while taking the booking amount and now asking for horrendous amount of money for $#*!ty resorts which we are out of our budget. While the money is safe with Travel Triangle, still they won't process the refund and taking unjustified cancellation charges and saying that's their policy. Not only that but also allowing the travel agent who dint help at all but cheated, to take cancellation charges aswell. What kind of fraud company is this? Got trapped badly and not even getting my refund back now.

I filled my Goa trip requirement for 2 night 3 days package in Travel Triangle website, based on that, Tripstring travel agent contacted me, they gave quotation accordingly of Rs. *******/-. Though it was costly, we accepted to have hasselfree trip with our parents and kids, however, it was not at all worth.

As the tour day came closer, Tripstring started changing contact persons (Subhankar to Himanshu and then Himanshu to Anurag and then again Himanshu). They did not come for pick-up on promised time, we had to wait for 3 hours at Airport. We continuously called for 2 hours, they kept promising driver will contact you in 5 min, but no driver contacted. Upon asking also, they did not give us driver details. Anurag stopped answering calls. We contacted previous agent Himanshu, he arranged 2-3 drivers but each driver contacted us and told he will come only if we pay direct to them. As Tripstring is not confirming the payment, none of the drivers were ready to come for pick-up. Finally, after waiting for 3 hours, we requested one driver that we are at Airport with 3 senior citizens and 2 kids from past 3 hours, we will pay but please come to pick us from Airport. After more than 3 hours, we got picked-up from Airport and then we went for lunch. The whole day got wasted and had gone through physical and mental torture, parents were tired, kids were hungrey and we could not do any sight-seeing. Driver kept complaining about Tripstring agents and after he realized our genuinity, he did not take payment from us. Deal was for 2 nights 3 days, but they provided cab for sight-seeing only for 2 days and out of all listed places, they covered only 5 places. Third day they counted only for drop and did not count sight-seeing.

Tripstring totally messed up our trip and we went through big harrasement. When we called Tripstring agent to inform what we had gone through, he misbehaved and told that we are doing bakwas, he told that he provided cab within 5 minutes and was not ready to accept mismanagement from their end.

None of us, including our parents and kids, were happy with the trip. I never recommend this agent to anyone.

Its Corporate trip we booked from TravelTriangle, they advised DiscoveryMyTravel as ageny for arranging all the facilities. Trust me one of the worst travel agency I have ever seen.One day before the trip a DiscoveryMyTravel problem started, I made all the payment to TravelTrainagle that's what discussed but the agency guys started asking us make payment to bus driver for Diesel and other expenses. When denied he said I will cancel all you hotel, bus booking plus he was threating I will not refund.

When I reached out Traveltriangle this guys done nothing, trust these people just sending some promotional vouchers to attract nothing else. They don't support and help you in any point of time you get in trouble. Whole trip became so worst.

DisoveryMyTravel booked a resort in location where you can't walk, so smelly in one word it was worst, so all the next day vacate resort. When we asked him to booked different resort he started asking huge money, when denied he said will take me to police. He was literally threatening.

AC bus vehicle was arrange all the time raining water was coming inside, over all our trip became disaster becuase of TravelTrainge and there agency DisoveryMyTravel.

If you book individually all your plan you get on very reasonable and you will better trip experience rather booking with these agencies.

We just completed our Sikkim tour. Somashish Ghosh owner of Travnex contacted us via Travel Triangle. He is pathetic tour operator. Do not fall prey to his fake promises (especially if u r outside West Bengal) of luxury stay, comfortable vehicles and mainly his itinerary. His itinerary plan for Sikkim was completely unorganized and fraudulent.
70 % of points were skipped for us with one or the other excuse. He had even added points like rock garden which no more exists in Sikkim now.
Cars booked by him were unmaintained and in bad shape. Although we had paid him full money before the tour, he did not make payments to car vendors who called us even after we reached home. We were almost threatened police action by Salatrees hotel Darjeeling as he had not paid them until the last moment and hence hotel dint let us check out till their money was received. I have all the proofs (chat and call records) with respect to Somashish's unprofessional behavior.
We regret booking the tour via him. He contacted us via Travel triangle. So beware of booking via TT too.We will ensure none of our friends and family book via him as well as any agent via TT. You guys are frauds. You should be sued. I can provide you all the chat and call records for our unsatisfied feedback.
