I purchased 4 tickets to London from this people cuz they were able to give me a good price. After I received the final charges I found out that they charged me $20 extra. It took an to hour to make the representative understand that they charge me extra. For some reason I think she was doing it on purpose. Then I finally got in touch with a supervisor and explain my situation he said that he was going to reverse the xtra charge in about 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Then last night I got 5 charges on my credit card from some car services and other venues while I was sleeping. And let me tell you why I'm so certain that these people sold my credit card info to scammers because this was a brand new card and they are the only people I ever used the card with. So people please be careful with this people. I only saved about $50.00 on my transaction with this people but look how much trouble I'm going through right now. It's not worth it. I wish I could give the a zero.
Worst ever experience
- I got tickets booked through travelopod but too much effort involved
- "Aditi / Sahil / Parichay" - No one replying to my mails and hence I am not left with any option rather than sharing it here, hope they read now.
- They committed me ticket amount as 1060 and charged my card 1075 for one ticket, so 30$ extra charged for 2 tickets.
- They said I would get a refund within 5 days, but no refunds happened, when I followed up again I was told, refunds can not be processed on credit card to I need to provide them account details which I sent right away, a confirmation mail followed and stated refund in 48-72 hours.
- Nothing happened after that, I reached out to them many times over email, no replies
- Had chat with "Parichay", he said I will get a call with in 4 hours to confirm on status sadly no calls, now I have sent them mail again, dont have high hopes with the customer care, worst people i have interacted with...
I appreciate Arthur' the way he spoke with me, I have asked couple of things to change he has answered and am satisfied what he did. I really thank him once agin.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service offered and the willingness of the staff to help. Marcus is very knowledgeable and reviewed many different options for my flight from US to Delhi.
Had a wonderful experience with Tracy. She is the best! She explained various options in details. This led us to take a decision promptly. Tracey is definitely an asset for the company.

1st they charge you more then what others charge you for same tickets. I was charged $103 extra on each ticket from NYC to Delhi and I have to reschedule my tickets, as I have an emergency back home. These people take full advantage of my emergency and charged (basically double charged me and said it was their "AGENT FEE") $256 extra on top of what Airline charged me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Suzane was very helpful and extremely professional in helping me plan my mother's vacation. Would highly recommend this company to my friends in the future.
