I purchased 4 tickets to London from this people cuz they were able to give me a good price. After I received the final charges I found out that they charged me $20 extra. It took an to hour to make the representative understand that they charge me extra. For some reason I think she was doing it on purpose. Then I finally got in touch with a supervisor and explain my situation he said that he was going to reverse the xtra charge in about 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Then last night I got 5 charges on my credit card from some car services and other venues while I was sleeping. And let me tell you why I'm so certain that these people sold my credit card info to scammers because this was a brand new card and they are the only people I ever used the card with. So people please be careful with this people. I only saved about $50.00 on my transaction with this people but look how much trouble I'm going through right now. It's not worth it. I wish I could give the a zero.
