I was crazy enough to buy 3 bags ( 1 Fendi 2 Louis Vutton) on the same day. Common sense told me to choose " Like New " condition to prevent dissapointment later. They all came on time, look so nice as described.

Tradesy customer service is great: as new customer for the first time, I didn't use my $50 credit along with the Take200 offer, I called a few days after my bag arrival and got $100 credit for my next purchase.

I plan to use this credit to buy a matching scarf.

I have sold and bought items from this site and it is incredible. I once bought an item that was misrepresented on the listing (wasn't gently used/like new) and I got a refund with no hassles from Tradesy and didn't have to deal with the seller AT ALL! The other items I've bought have been authentic and shipped fast. They offer every payment method to choose from, even financing through a site they partner with. I have never used that payment option, but I think it's a nice touch to offer it.
I also sell on the site, and always receive my payments super fast after selling, and have different ways to collect the funds. It is so easy to create my listings and ship the items to the buyers. Tradesy facilitates shipping to my buyers by giving me the option to use their pre-paid label, which I just print and buyers pays for shipping. They even offer to send their super cute packaging materials if you want to use. For me, the pre-paid label is so convenient, because it's safer for both buyer and seller, and I don't need to have a UPS or USPS account to ship at a reasonable price!
Tradesy is just altogether awesome! I LOVE IT!

This is not a seller, this is just a company who operates collecting money beforehand from customers (buyers) and then asks another customer (sellers) to ship products. If you don't ship and you don't let them know the buyer is not informed and keeps on waiting with money that is not going to be reimbursed but Tradesy will keep as credit for a new purchase. Purchased a pair of sunglasses payment was promptly processed seller acknowledged then nothing no shipping I wait and wait after 2 weeks I contact customer service who tells me well guess we need to cancel order process refund hmmm ok I guess no real explanation. So wait a few days try again place order payment processed waiting... waiting... again tradesy cancels the order this time because the seller never acknowledged customer service has been helpful but it would be nice to actually get a product I order

First of all sorry for all the typos in my last review, voice to text is a blessing in disguise sometimes. I am followng up on a review I wrote in July about how Tradsy (still being bombarded with marketing emails btw) has now blacklisted not just me, all the people that live at my address, anyone who works for me and tries to send a purchase to the work address, AND my friend who tried to buy me a present and have it sent to me directly. WHAT? I am sorry, this is CRAZY. Hello any attorney's out there- is this even legal? I am totally speechless. Also- they won't tell me what I did to cause this universal blacklisting. I sold an authentic purse but included fake accessories (dustbag etc) BUT I LISTED THE PURSE AS HAVING NO ACCESSORIES AT ALL and then put a note in the package to the buyer that I was including fake ones I got after losing the real ones- they could use those until they purchased replacements. I even labeled them "not authentic, not original to the bag". Come on Tradesy. $#*! happens. I lost the freaking accessories when I moved and now I am forever banned from your website - along with all the people I know, because I was trying to be ACCOMMODATING? Seriously?

Ill been selling my items with Tradesy for about 2 years now before tradesy was good, Ill sell my bag, shoes, wallets etc, get my money less then a week after selling with a low percentage But Now smfh i sell an item & it take about a month for me to receive my money & they charge you for transfering it into your account then Ill have to wait another week for it to clear smh not to mention how High the percentage is... this will be my last item i sell with Tradesy!

Generally speaking Tradesy is not horrible. Sometimes you can find good items at decent prices. But from a seller's point of view there are things that need to be improved. I sold 3 bags over a month ago and I still haven't received my money. I transferred my money from Tradesy to PayPal 2 weeks ago, and I still don't have it in my PayPal account. No PayPal transaction takes that much time. Its just devastating that you can't get your money. Additionally, they have business accounts with some of the sellers. These people are charged only 9% fee and Tradesy promotes their items, which makes it harder for a regular seller like me to sell my items in addition to paying a 23% fee (20% Tradesy fee & 3% PayPal fee). I would have definitely cancelled my account with Tradesy if there was another comparable selling platform. I think people at Tradesy are aware that there is no other good selling platform for designer items and that's why they are taking advantage.

I've spent years on online shopping and Tradesy is the worst online shop ever! I ordered an item from one seller from Tradesy and paid it right away. The seller emailed me one week later saying she regret to sell the item at low price, so decided to cancel my order and hope me to go back to buy it again at higher price! Extremely unacceptable reason for cancelling an order. Such a ridiculous and dishonest seller and unbelievably Tradesy authorized this cancellation without reviewing the reason! They just told me the seller might find a "listing error" or she no longer have the item. I emailed Tradesy team many times to tell them the truth after they cancel my order, I attached the email the seller sent me and their selling policy for cancelling orders (Obviously both the seller and Tradesy violated their own selling policy!). Guess what? They just completely ignore my messages, having no intention to solve the issue. Tradesy is definitely an untrustworthy company as the accomplice of sellers' dishonest behavior in online shopping. I got my refund but feel that I am totally screwed by them! Buyers' rights is never protected on this website!
