Seriously the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. Tradesy is both condescension and fake compassion. Once you purchase the product, they immediately charge you for the purchase. However, the seller has three days to confirm the order and may entirely flake out. So your money is tied up for days while you wait on whether or not you will actually receive the product you spent $$$ on and spent a lot of time researching. It's not buying, it's betting on the product and waiting anxiously for the outcome. I purchased a pochette and emailed the seller three times. No response at all for two days and no confirmation of my sale. When I called customer service, I requested the funds be returned to my account because I hadn't heard from the seller. I needed to purchase the product as a gift and time was an issue, so I didn't want to waste another day waiting. But they said it was up to the seller to cancel the order, and they had no power to do it. Huh?! They said the order would automatically cancel in three days if the seller didn't confirm. However, at this point, I just wanted out. The seller hadn't responded to three emails and the terrible customer service at Tradesy had put me off. I will not shop here again. If you must purchase here, read the fine print. This company needs to have visible seller reviews on the website so customers are aware which products they can trust. It's essentially an ebay for designer bags where the sellers have three days to confirm your order and can entirely flake out on you. Meanwhile, if you call Tradesy, they'll just say, I'm so sorry. I spoke to the manager also, and she just sat on the line silently, in this passive aggressive way, like there was nothing more to say and I should've read the fine print.

Sold on Tradesy when they were start up. They were great! Then owner goes on the Today Show and ups everything and the greed sets in!. Went from 9% commission to them to 19.8%! They charge to "securely" transfer YOUR seller funds to Paypal. Are you kidding me? Another 2.9%. They are a rip-off!. It used to be after 4 days from when buyer received they would release funds. NOW it's 21 DAYS! I just filed with BBB; I sold bag on 7/16; buyer received on 7/19; Tradesy made funds available on 7/30; I opted to transfer to paypal. STILL not in paypal and it's 8/7! Was told today by Tradesy that even after you release funds to Paypal they can take "up to another 7 days" to release it to Paypal. Then it will be additional days til I actually get the funds. Basically Tradesy holds the funds for 3-4 weeks, earning interest in their business account, and then gives to the seller. Asked for supervisor - was told they will call me within 24-48 hours. Joke.

I purchased what I was lead to believe was in good condtion a "Neverfull" damiere Louis Vuitton handbag for $850. While removing from the delivery box, attempted to move the side straps which tore away from the hardware on it. After further examination discovered that the rest of the straps, handles etc were cracked & dry. I filed a misrepresentation complaint & immediately sent it back. I want to emphasize "NEVER EVEN GOT IT OUT OF THE DELIVERY BOX!" Tradsey sent it back to me after supposedly having their review team examine it stating "nope you bought it, YOU damaged it, you keep it!" and sent it back. I bought 3 bags from them within a few days spending over $2500. In my opinion I was SCREWED on this bag! I have deleted their app. Buyer beware...

Tradesy used to be the greatest place to buy and sell, but when the owner decided to become greedy, they became the worst! Seller fees went from 9 percent up to almost 20 percent. Then to top it, when you do sell something they keep your money for a month to fund their credit lines. The customer service department is terrible and the reps have no clue what they are doing, nor can they ever solve anything anymore. I have the right to post this review because I used to be a dedicated Tradesy customer with over 100k in transactions and had enough. Ebay May be some work, but they at least have business ethics. To the owner of the Tradesy - you might go back to renting your basement out, because you dont deserve this business. You have no idea how to treat your loyal customers and are very greedy. I will pray for you.
