I purchased a 629.99 comforter. I didnt realize that i had not put in the codes for either free shipping or 25% off I assumed the savings was automatically applied. So i have tried looking up codes and talked with a customer service 5 times each. Each time I was told the code was expired even the one i received in an email days after contacting customer service. They have been very short in there responses with me telling me that no way can they give me a code for the discount. So after all of my trying to get a discount or free shipping I am the proud owner of an almost 800 dollar comforter so after my experience with this company i will never purchase anything from thieves

Doesn't lool anything like it's pictured. It was a wrinkled up mess. Even after an hour ironing it still looks all wrinkled. For the price this should be as pictured not a mess!

Bedding

Comforter Set, and curtains, extra pillow shams were very costly. I paid approx. $500. This was the worse spurge I ever made. For the price, It's definitely not worth it. After a year my comforter started raving and coming loose around the seems. Although the colors were perfect in my new home and new room. I am So upset with this product.

Garbage bed comforter

Wish I had read all the terrible reviews on pretty much every item they sell. Pure trash, use foreign country Pakistan and pay next to nothing for the item and charge usa customers ridiculous high prices. Stay far away from this company...touch of class...more like touch of '$#*!'. Disgusting customer service, hang up on you after you wait 1)2 hr on phone for help.

CAUTION

No support or response from anyone after two emails to customer service. Appears they have no need to respond after their 45day (everything) return period. Beautiful and unusual products but you pay a premium for them. All I wanted to know is if there was a manufacture warranty that goes beyond their 45 days. Anyone want to buy a beautiful clock for $69.00, doesn't work anymore but its only 6 months old!

I would recommend buying from a local company or Amazon so when they do not send what you ordered, then you're not responsible for paying a crazy amount for shipping to return the item, when you already paid to have the item shipped to you! I've had a business before where I sold furniture and bedding and would try and satisfy my customer's needs. Not true with this company. Terrible service! Do not buy from this company, I had a terrible experience with them and so did others as you can see with their terrible rating.

This sham company needs to change their name to TOUCH OF TRASH. That's what you will get when you order anything from their overpriced website and they will bend you over twice with shipping. Their "free"shipping isn't free. It's figured into the absorbent prices and then these crooks deduct that from your refund

Wait for Ever!

We ordered a complete bed set and some decoration for our bedroom. We received the bed set and the swang and some decorations. We wait for about 2 months for the balances. They kept changing the delivery date. We got tired of waiting, so we decided to purchase something else that match the bedroom set and canceled the old order. Well, they decided to send the valances to us. They charged delivery fee, and I had to pay $27.00 more to send them back. I email them requesting the delivery fee to be waived. They did not. We received the refund for the balances only. We spent a quit bit of money from this store. It will never happen again. The worst customer service ever.

Poor Business Practice
February 23, 2023

I ordered one set of drapes unfortunately in the wrong size. I called to return them and order two sets of the same drapes in a larger size. I was informed that I would be charged $15 return fee. I told the agent that if I was going to be charged I would not order the other two sets. She said that was fine. So Touch of Class has lost a customer over $15. Weird!

Customer service dishonest. Purchased an area rug. The rug had imperfections. When I reported this to them they told me to take the rug outside on a sunny day and lay it on the ground! Are they from "PoDunk"? They string you along and outright lie to you saying they have refunded my bank... NOT! Never again will I purchase anything from them. Customer service is key to me doing business with a company. They don't have it. Buyer beware!

Received wrong color
September 27, 2023

I received the wrong color for an item, and the color isn't even an option on the site. Cheaply made and chipping. The box was smashed in too. I returned the order. I was able to get a prepaid return label. Hoping for a full refund. This site is not worth the hassle. Most review sites are full of reviewers that claim this site is a scam. Believe them.

Defective Product

Very poor Customer Service and product quality. Ordered wind spinner, stale was bent, refused to send replacement parts because product purchased last year. Just took out of box this spring. Product quality very poor. Wind spinner was $149.00.

Blamed manufacturer and because manufacturer shipped it is not their problem?

Worst

I would never order from these people ever again. Terrible service, took forever to get a refund, they missed 2 shipping dates. Refund was $20 short but am fed up with trying to get hold of them when there is 50 people in line on the phone.

4 hours of total hold time for customer service. Zero response on exchanging an item, only to be told they don't "do" exchanges. $25.00 for a return label! They are just pimps for the actual items you receive. I spent hundreds of dollars, and expected some "class". Major fail.

Let me start off with customer service is horrible. They answer the phone and not even give a name. So overpriced ordered curtains they were cute charged $22 for shipping. I had to call 3 times to make sure they cancelled half of my order that was ordered by mistake. They do not send email confirmation when items are shipped or a receipt what you paid. This has to be a small Mama and Pop shop. Will not order from here again

Love our grandchildren, but these guys are hard on soft furnishings. Decided to get slip covers for two chairs. Cheap, but expected throw aways. They are. Decided to order a love seat cover, cheap, but again throw away.

Placed order, two days later an email from Amex that seller had changed the amount charged. I thought probably related to postage issue. A week later checked the code for delivery. No information posted, sent an email. "Not sure why it is not shipped, but will expedite". The next day an email, "sorry item is unavailable, sorry for the inconvenience".

Went to their website, and was able to place an order for same item. Did NOT complete the payment information. In my age group we call this bait and switch.

So with Touch of Class, watch carefully.

First time I ordered from them I received a defective bedspread with 1/3 sewn upside down and raw edge showing! After 2 weeks of contacting them, I was told the item was sold that way, and they couldn't send a new one. Still waiting for my refund! Many unanswered emails.
