I purchased the Demilune Mango Wood Nesting Side Tables Natural Set of Three nesting tables. These table were not cheap in price but very cheap quality. They are so light weight and top heavy they tip over. Returns are allowed for 45 days but customer has to pay the return shipping fee. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
I purchased one area rug and 3 runners from Touch of Class
The large rug was creased upon arrival but I was told the crease was from being rolled and shipped. I did give it time, but during that time the rug began to wear very badly. It was in our master bedroom, which is a low traffic area, and shoes aren't even worn in the bedroom. The border of the rug began to fray badly, the creases never came out, and last week the stitching began to show and it looks like the border is separating from the rug! I sent photos to Touch of Class Customer service and they wrote back that I had the rug for 45 days so there was nothing they could do for me. SERIOUSLY? 45 DAYS after I was told to wait for the crease to resolve, as it was from packing? 45 days and the border is shredding, and pilling? This TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Do NOT order from this company. They are not reputable, do not stand behind what they sell, and sadly, sell either seconds/blems or just cheap quality goods!
I spent over $1,000 for a comforter, pillows and a wall sculpture. When they came the comforter which was advertised as black and gray had a large center area that my husband described as looking like "a brown army blanket". The only thing I wanted to keep was the sculpture and it had come partially disassembled. Luckily my husband is a handy guy and was able to get it put back together but with a variety of cuts on his hands from laser sharp materials. To add insult to injury I had paid $119.39 in shipping to get the product and had to pay $98.00 to ship it back. Then I had to argue to get a refund on the comforter with them claiming I had not included the pillow shams and bed skirt which I absolutely had. I think they just don't credit properly until you catch that you haven't gotten you money. The comforter was over $200 and really not as well made as the one I bought from Amazon at less than half the price. Save yourself the time and aggravation and money and buy elsewhere. Just think I paid over $200 just in shipping.
I received a rug and runner that was defective. I row of stitching was missed. Very noticeable. I've called several times and was promised a return label. Its been 10 days and I'm still waiting. Very unsatisfied with their help on returns.
They sent me a broken toilet seat cover that was very expensive and when I called they keep pawning me off to another customer service person/ dept. to talk to and I've never heard from them or received a new one since not even instructions on returns or anything. Stuck me with a very expensive broken toilet seat
We bought a paper towel holder last year. Not only did it not allow paper towels to roll out without ripping, it would cost almost as much to ship in return as the holder originally cost. I'll never shop here again.
Do not buy from this seller. They do not offer return shipping like Amazon. You can buy the same items from Amazon with free return shipping and you get immediate refunds. I paid $55.00 to UPS to return two small rugs. I think that was very excessive. Also their items are about twice the price of other sellers, which I found out the hard way. I tried to call customer service and was number (31) on the call waiting list. I finally gave up trying to contact them by phone. Don't waste your time with this seller, it's not worth it, buy from another seller with friendlier service and return shipping. Also, they did not include an invoice with the shipment to me and I had to print off my original order and go on their website to get a return paper. I received an invoice in the mail about a week after receiving the order and I had already shipped the rugs back.
Your bed coverings are beautiful - HOWEVER, ALL are for beds on frames! It could possibly be to your advantage to develop bedding for 4 poster beds. My bed is beautiful, I will never have another one but it cannot have all the large puffy coverings you sell. Please consider this request. Thank you.
Ordered a rug came all torn up and dirty but didn't need to unravel to notice the problems. Explained to them what the problem was they said fine and i send back then they tell me i did the damage and i need to take to the rug back with no refund. Beware company is a big scam
I purchased a bed set for 149.99 and quality was very poor! They sent me a return label however they do not pay for return shipping. The cost to return was going to be $100.00 ground. I called and complained and they were not willing to help and did not care if they received a bad rating.
I ordered from this dishonest business. I had several gift credit cards (which I get to make online purchases), and the money left on 3 of the cards covered the purchase price. Since I had 3 cards, I called first to ask if they could combine. The girl checked with her supervisor, and told me it was no problem. The transaction took a little longer, because they had to check that each card went through. That was fine. I was just excited to be able to use the cards to get something I really wanted.The sale was confirmed with a confirmation and a delivery date. A week later, they said they wouldn't complete the order. I asked for a supervisor, and was given a recording. I left a message, and then sent the company an email. NO RESPONSE! They took my money and refused to deliver the product or respond to my calls and emails. They lost a customer.
The bed room spread I ordered was around $400.00 you would think shipping would be included But wasn't. I was hoping the Quality would make up for shipping cost but quality was so bad I returned the product having to pay additional $57.00 Shipping charge. Total shipping charge was approximately$100.00. I can order a $5.00 product from Walmart with free shipping. This has been the worse experience online order ever!
I order a personalized dog mat from Touch of Class and never received my order, but got an invoice in the mail. Usually the invoice/receipt comes with the package. I got money taken off my card and an receipt in my mailbox instead. Do not order from this place.
I bought 2 items from them. One came damaged, tried calling customer service no answer. Email no response. Did a charge back then I got a call from a rude woman who claimed the total was charged back, CC confirmed I was correct only one item charged back. They refuse to send replacement item. CC company said if I don't receive the item chargeback will stay. They are horrible and will try to cheat you out of your money. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
I have been trying to get some swatches for about a month. I was initially responded to rather quickly with an email that said to expect them in 7 to 14 days. On day 20 I asked about them, and got the same 7 to 14 day response. The last inquiry was completely ignored.

I ordered $400 worth of products and everything arrived in good condition except for one wastebasket which had the bottom completely detached. I called Touch of Class and they told me to return it via FedEX and they would replace it. I drove 45 minutes to the nearest FedEX depot and shipped it as per their instructions. A couple of weeks later I received the wastebasket replacement which was a totally different style. I called Touch of Class again and they said to ship the latest wastebasket back and I said definitely NOT! You made the mistake... your problem! I'm still waiting for FedEX to pick this latest wastebasket and still waiting for the correct one that I paid $42.00 for. NEVER will I deal with these morons again!
OMG this company is so bad. I spent $1200 on a bedroom set. It came without the matching Bedskirt. Every time I called I got the same response. "We contacted the manufacturer and they didn't call us back." I called them over 20 times for 6 months. I still have no bedskirt and no response. I now will contact the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a quilted comforter set for my son and daughter in laws wedding gift. It was supposed to ship July 28th. Then they said Sept 1st. I got s notice in the mail confirming it would ship Sept 1st. I called today to make sure it was on its way. Now they are saying Sept 15th. Very Unhappy!
I received an item from them that was different from how it appeared on their website.
I called to request a return shipping label since it was their fault. They said I'd have to pay return shipping regardless.
The item was quite large and return shipping would have probably cost more than the item itself.
Since I couldn't use it I donated it and won't purchase anything from them again!
