Customer service dishonest. Purchased an area rug. The rug had imperfections. When I reported this to them they told me to take the rug outside on a sunny day and lay it on the ground! Are they from "PoDunk"? They string you along and outright lie to you saying they have refunded my bank... NOT! Never again will I purchase anything from them. Customer service is key to me doing business with a company. They don't have it. Buyer beware!

They play classical music when placed on hold, not at all classical in their business ethics.

Returned an area rug.
After waiting to receive a shower curtain I ordered from them that showed silver dripping down from the top of the curtain, they sent something entirely different. It was like pulling teeth to try and get a tracking company. Had I known they were in Hong Kong I would have never ordered. I will now attempt to get them to send me a Return Authorization label as I do not feel I should have to pay to return their blooper!
Tip for consumers:
Don't know what to tell you. I ordered and they sent the wrong item and I will wait to see how they process my refund. Won't be using them again.
