My documents were completed on time and in a highly professional manner. Excellent communication from my writer throughout the process.

I have tried to get through to Topresume for two weeks. I paid $220 for their service which guarantees an increase in interviews. After 2 months if you have not had more interviews they will edit your resume again.
The editing process was terrible and painful. They give you 2 weeks to work with a writer. The writer makes one word changes, sends it to you and then takes 24 hours to respond.
They drag out the process to eat up your time with a writer. I felt like an afterthought. Nothing was improved on my resume. She didn't even reference my original resume and took out things like my college education. She must have been looking at scripted resume edits written by a child or someone else's resume while editing mine. No, actually, I think the writer was asleep when editing my resume. This service was an absolute waste of time and money. I ended up having to fix the edits they made because they were so incorrect and she didn't take the time to work with me. It was a discouraging and frustrating experience. I would have been better off using AI to write and edit it. The ratings on their website have to be fabricated.

I purchased the Career Evolution package over 2 months ago. With the edited resume I have applied to 100+ jobs online. I have not seen an increase in interviews. I have only had 3 interviews in 10 weeks. I sent an email to support a week ago and have not heard back.

As for my feedback I would select "Not likely at all" in recommending your services.

I submitted the resume you edited to Zipjob (resume editing) and they identified a whole slew of issues with it that requires editing and improvements.

I have been very disappointed with your services.

In the time between receiving your edited Resume and now I could've made $10,000 if I had had a job. It's very discouraging.

The process was easy, the results were quick, the resume looks sharp, reads well and has a strong condensed version of my experiences and skills with room to disclose more during an interview.

This has obviously been transferred offshore to non English speakers (as first language). It was full of buzz words - I felt like I was reading a script for an old 70's Batman tv series. Any substance and real examples were removed from the original I sent them. They misinterpreted simple things that I wrote that are very important in my industry, rather than asking for clarification or leaving something as is that they didn't understand. I believe the writer was just trying to pump me up - but basically including a straight out lie.
Other than taking some inspiration from the layout (a slight improvement, but no major changes) I am unlikely to use anything from the resume they sent me. Biggest waste of money ever.

I went into this hesitantly because there are A LOT of negative reviews out there. I am happy with the results. I went back and forth quite a bit with my writer, and she was very timely in responses and edits. I have a document now that sells me much better than before. My only comment is I think an interview with the writer should be included, so they can get more details on who you are as a person.

Top resume was painless, which is great for someone with almost no free time. I loved all the drafts that were sent to me, and only needed minimal edits. Final package was completed in less than a week.
