They gave me a poorly formatted resume that was full of misspellings and grammatical error, nothing about my personal attributes or who I was as a person. All of the bullets were AI generated. Any hiring manager would have binned the resume. The cover letter I received was generic garbage that they probably copy and pasted from a template or used AI to generate. Please do yourself a favour and just avoid this company! Despite several attempts at getting a refund it fell on deaf ears. Avoid at all costs. Save your money I paid for an Executive Priority Resume Writing Package and got a poorly formatted/ written and non personal resume in return. The Re-write didnt include an updated cover letter or linked in profile

I was pleasantly surprised to have my first draft before the target date. I was pleased with the first draft and only had to make minor changes. I would use them again in the future for other job seeking services. Good value for the price I paid compared to other resume writing services.

I recently left my job of almost 20 years and quickly found out you don't go introduce yourself with a firm handshake because you saw a help wanted sign anymore. What I thought was a good resume quickly got kicked out of the applicant pool by robots that don't even know me! I recommend this to anyone including the professionals who already have a resume.

The resume writer didn't even look at your instructions. It looks like a copy-and-paste from another AI website. It's not worth spending money on this site.

I paid top résumé to help update and reformat my resume and cover letter. After I applied to over 100 jobs. I received no responses from this postings. Confused I ran the new resume through their resume review system to see how the new resume stood out. And it was worse than my original. After reaching out for assistance the only option they gave me was to pay them again for the same service. They also denied the 30 guarantee they advertise everywhere. Claiming that it only apples to the upper tiers.
This was a terrible experience and it seems I'm just out of money on this one.

I was very happy with the overall end product however I did feel that my current role was my really understood. The "get to know you" questions are very limited and I feel are hard to convey what someone actually does. I thought there would be further questions from the assigned writer but there were none so we had t wrk through that.

Nothing really changed getting more interviews. At all.definitely need that re write and results.
