Professional looking resume with keywords appropriate for my fields and formatted to look appealing. Turnaround time within time frame promised - roughly 1 week. I did have to fix a spelling error, and correct my email address however, so make sure you proofread carefully (which should be doing anyway).
If you want a proffesionaly written resume... this is the company to do it. They had my new resume ready in about a week, they even made changes that I wanted very quickly.

My resume was out of date. I was needing to enhance skills I did at a previous job over 5 years earlier. Top Resume developed a professional resume fitting his request, asking all of the right questions.
TopResume did a good job of cleaning up my resume, highlighting particular achievements and injecting it with catch words and phrases that I was not taking advantage of. Staff was very friendly and professional. However, the individual who did the rewrite wasn't completely knowledgeable with my field and at times it showed in terms of his lack of understanding certain subject matter and how to convey it within the resume. Cover letter was ok, fairly standard format, no real wow factor. I remember first seeing an email from them talking about how a new resume would get twice as many interviews, obviously I knew this was marketing but lets just say it hasn't gotten me anywhere near this claim.
I had no response from previous resume, decided to use Top Resume to see if it would make a difference. I received resume within 24 hours with final a day later. Once I started submitting the Top Resume product the responses came almost immediately. Defiantly money well spent.
I lost my resume when my computer was stolen and having someone re-write a new one from scratch was something well worth paying for in my book. The cover letter was great and an attention getter and the resume was good, but not great. I was expecting someone with a great deal of expertise in resume writing and understanding buzz words and insight into what hiring managers want to see. Though Kim was good, there was nothing that suggested she was an expert. In fact, the first few revisions had issues that even I as a notice resume writer picked up on. I have the feeling that had i just said "great thanks," she would've happily sent me on my way. All in all good experience and saved me a lot of time, but do some of your own research and don't expect an expert on the other end.

I used TopResume to update my long outdated resume. They were quick, easy and relatively inexpensive. In fact, it was well worth the money I spent. I've already shared the new resume with several hiring managers that I trust and they said it was much improved. Just be aware that you have to be ready and willing to assist your assigned writer. They can't read your mind and they don't know what you've accomplished so you must help them to help you.
