At first, I was disappointed that I had to wait a week to be "matched" to the "appropriate" writer even though the ad for Top Resume stated I could receive my re-written resume in a few days. After a follow-up email for an update, the writer was prompt, professional and supportive.
I had expected a week to process it, but my CV was revised twice within three days and completed with my cover letter. Victor structured my CV and focused on my skills in the summery. I would not have managed on my own to reduce my CV to the HR industry and to specify my skills as precisely as Victor did. He is simply great.

I purchased their 349 dollars package for a resume. Before anything began, I contacted their support team via email and requested that they used a template I had liked. They said they would send it to the writer and let me know. 5 days later, they tell me they cant, mind you that no writing had begun. The writer tells me that they cant use my template for ATS purposes, I tell them, I don't care about ATS because I will not be posting my resume online but rather pass it along my network of friends and family. The writer insists on saying no, so I asked for a refund. I get a message from them saying, they can only give me 30 percent of my 349, when they did not provide any kind of service, product or a result.

Great Experience
I had my resume analyzed and learned a lot. I have been out of my field for a couple of years and have a widely varying work history. I was uncertain as to how to make all of that work. I purchased the resume and was delighted with the results. The writer was very quick and explained how I could customize the finished product for different applications. The first time I used my new resume I received an invitation to do a montage interview. I know have a live interview set for next week!
My resume was absolutely terrible. I have had to go back through and redo the entire thing. Language was changed throughout to downplay my experience, typos were added and superfluous bizarre wording of things was sprinkled in throughout. Truly the worst product I have ever paid for in my life.
When I research a company, I always look at the bad reviews and see if I can live with the complaints that other people have. All the bad reviews I read seemed scripted like someone else had written them and not actually customers. So I thought that I was make a fairly safe bet that I could trust TopResume. I worked with Joel and he did a great job, was very professional, and gave me a good product for a great price. I am very please with the work that I received and I would recommend TopResume to anyone who wants a well written resume.
I was very pleased with every element of my experience. Mary worked around my timeline through a family emergency and was always patient and available. She was able to pull out of my some elements that I, myself, am usually embarrassed to discuss and was able to articulate my skillset very well onto paper. Would highly recommend TopResume's services to anyone looking to sharpen up their resume ensemble.
Top Resume did a great job of taking my resume to the next level. Within a day of posting my new resume and updating my Linkedin profile with Kyla's suggestions I had 3 recruiters emailing me with jobs. My resume is polished, professional and highlights the accomplishments I have had in my career. I requested expedited serviced and received confirmation that it would be delivered by 4/6, however, nothing was deliver. I reached out to *******@topresume.com and indicated I was still interested in the service and could they refund the additional charge $75.00 charge for expedited and they indicated they do not do refunds...
