I signed up in April 2019 and have had absolutely ZERO results. I am a highly accomplished professional in the financial services industry, yet the resume and cover letter they did for me has done less than nothing for me. Honestly, I did better with my own resume that they said was basically garbage than I have done with their "professional" version. I submitted a copy of my old resume for revisions. I also requested a cover letter be prepared.

I received an initial draft resume, and cover letter. I made corrections, or suggestions, to the resume.
The reviewer made the requested corrections, and made suggestions. I then reviewed the proposed resume again, and further made corrections. The reviewer made the final corrections, and submitted to me for my approval. Great resume, and great cover letter.

If your resume is not getting calls for job you apply to, then the resume is not doing its job. I paid premium for premium service but only ended up with resume that doesn't get calls. They did a wonderful job critiquing the resume but only some amateur will do the resume with no idea what the critique was. They don't even care to scan the results to see if it will score high marks in any ATS. I am still very disappointed in them. I definitely do not recommend TopResume. But I have to also say that the LinkedIn profile they did for me was satisfactory.
