I had a horrible experience with this company. The process of writing the cv and cover letter was unprofessional (in terms of timeline, communication, and matching a writer with a relevant background). The resulting products (cv and cover letter) are unsatisfying and unusable.
When contacting the company about my concerns (and trivial things like asking for a receipt), they weren't very responsive.
To summarise - very disappointed.

Got the executive package (as stated they give you top 10% of their writers.)
Resume was written with grammar and spelling mistakes mistakes, layout not professional, just basic. I was in complete shock when I saw the first draft and realized I just threw away $400 down the toilet. After 3rd review, still mistakes. Questions not answered. Spent many hours with them trying to redo the resume and then spent hours after that redoing the entire resume. Most likely will just continue to touch it up myself or again pay another company to do it. Should have gone with somebody who takes $50, they probably would have wrote it much better. I did read the reviews prior to purchasing their package, but expected that to be their competitors as they seem like a huge company. Useless company, don't get scammed. Their free revision of the resume is 1000x better than when they make the resume for you. My previous resume has better rating on the ATS platform for the same jobs I sent them!

I had the worst experience here! I paid almost $200, and they did not get the job done on time -it took them 2 writers and 10 days even though they said 5 to 7. When I got my resume back, it was very similar to what I already had. I used them because I they had done a Resume Critique, and I trusted they knew what they were doing. When I got it back, they did not apply any of the critiques they suggested! I asked for my money back, since they did not comply with the time frame (the time frame to apply to the job I wanted was up, so I missed the opportunity) and they say all sales are final, even if they screw up. DO NOT USE IT. I think they are growing too fast, do not have enough people writing, and the few they have are probably overwhelmed...

My writer Adrian provided a stunning first draft of my resume and cover letter and then quickly and efficiently reviewed my suggestions and incorporated them into my documents. During the process he answered all of my questions regarding formatting and industry typicals for creating a resume.

I'm a mid/senior professional with >15 work experience, and I bought the mid-level service from this company. The writer reformatted my CV (1star) which makes me wonder how may other people will have the exact same format. And she rewrote bids and pieces by using thesaurus extensively (2nd star). I seriously question the writer's use of common sense as the documents didn't make sense afterwards. And she didn't ask questions but rather wrote up things which was useless. I seriously doubt this company's "interview guarantee". I'm relieved I didn't buy the LinkedIn service.

I blacked out or removed completely my identifying info/employer/role but you'll still get the idea. This is not the only place i'm going to post these either so be on the look out for my linkdin/instagram/facebook/google review/yelp and anything else I can spread this word. Also keep in mind they charged $219 for this "work" You'll see the poor spacing errors, capitalization errors, font size changes, etc. Absolutely atrocious.

My experience with Top Resume was top notch. When I received my resume critique it was detailed and really opened my eyes to some areas of my resume that needed improvement. My writer Kamini was prompt, courteous, professional, insightful and talented. He took my resume from boring and passive voiced to polished, professional, engaging, and active voiced. I was very certified with the finished product. The whole process only took 4 days. I would highly recommend Top Resume to anyone looking to revamp their resume.

Good evening. I thought it was important to let you know that I am completely disappointed in the resume you wrote for me.
I am not looking for anything, not a refund, not a redo. Nothing.
I received little response, negative response or no response to the resume you wrote for me.
It was not until I sent out my old resume, with just a very little bit of tweaking, that I received many responses and, ultimately, a great job.
Again, this email is not to get a response. Only to inform you that it was a complete waste of time and money to use your service.

I tried to get them to make good on their commitment to rewrite my resume after the first draft was not helpful. They asked for additional details of how/what I was searching for. That was 14 days ago and I have not heard back from them. At this point I assume I have been scammed.
Also, I took their final product, resubmitted it into their site for review and... SURPRISE, the website said I need editing and THEY could help!
SCAM!
