I struggle with highlighting key parts of my work experience. My writer understood my wants and needs and created tailored products which enhance my professional experience. I am more hopeful to obtain work!

Submitted my current resume for revision and the writer that was assigned to me took a good while before reaching out to me to tell me that a delay was expected due to the volume of orders. A few days later I was notified that my resume was assigned to another writer. No questions were asked from the writer before I received my first draft. Manager was misspelled... When I contacted the company for help with my issues, I was offered to have my resume written by another writer, which would take more time, and nothing else.

I received a free resume critique to what I thought was a polished resume, and quickly discovered that what I was sending out to potential employers was full of unintentional red flags and really didn't highlight my skills and potential. I was teamed up with Charlotte who worked quickly to polish my resume as well as a killer cover letter. Communication was fantastic, ad Charlotte asked a lot of in-depth questions to get the information needed for my resume. I am beyond thrilled with the results!

I was stunned and said "WOW" when I saw the initial draft of my resume. The resume writer was able to cut my resume down from 10 pages to 2 pages. The layout and wording is great. My skills and all relevant information needed are highlighted to match with the job that I am applying for. Did not meet my expectations for helping me develop federal resume. The service seems a bit rushed. Most of my experience and qualifications provided to resume were left out of the resume they created. I do not recomend topresume.

Scam! Do not fall for this. Stock critiques. Fake "real" feedback. Not personalized AT ALL. After I paid them almost $300 I ran their finished version of my resume through their free critique service again because something seemed weird and way off about the resume they edited for me. I received THE SAME EXACT critique as my original resume. The whole thing is a fake.

The free resume review is helpful (and that's what most of the positive reviews are about).

Do not purchase a rewrite from here. My first draft came after the deadline I was provided with, and was of very poor quality. I asked some questions of the writer I was paired with (Yolanda N) and she reacted with hostility and generic answers.

A lot of information about sales was put into my first draft, and in my feedback I said that this shouldn't be focused on since sales isn't a strong skill for me. The 2nd draft included even more emphasis on sales.

Do not waste your money.

I contacted TopResume to re-write my resume and help me with a cover letter I could modify for the various positions for which I was applying. TopResume assigned me a writer who helped me draw on the many skills I had, which my previous resume failed to show. Once Mrs Pam was assigned to me, she was attentive and gently guided me through constructing a professional resume that covered in a very concise and professional way all my positions. My friends who saw my resume afterwards, wondered if i wrote it on my own and asked info about TopResume. I am now proud to utilize my re-vamped resume and can quickly modify the cover letter TopResume did for me. I am glad I came across this company and spent the money for this well-needed service.
