I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Choose properly and check feedback on each product.

Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.

Everything that I have ordered was delivered, sometimes it took a long time, as most are coming from China. The quality of the products were good. I wanted to inquire about some specific things but could not communicate with the provider, Tophatter doesn't allow that. Some mostly, I am pleased.

Top Hatter is a good place to bid on items at decent prices. The reason I only give 4 instead of 5 stars is Top Hatter needs to do a better job at preventing sellers from cancelling winners auctions when a bidder wins something at a low price. The seller agrees to sell the item if won at that price and it isnt right if they get away with doing this. This has happen three times to me, with one of the times only being yesterday! Sellers should be banned from selling when they do this because it will completely ruin Top Hatters reputation if this keeps happening. Other than that it is a good place to bid on items.

I have recently ordered about forty things from Tophatter. About half of the ones I have received have been worth the money, but the other half was very misrepresented on the picture and descriptions. HOWEVER, for each product that I have questioned and been disapponted in, Tophatters has refunded me. They have great customer service, which makes me not so afraid to order something.

I enjoy the bidding experience shopping at top hatter. I have issues with the sometimes extreme shipping costs some on some of your items, especially when it was free shipping the day before. But all in all you made it worth while with the ability to cancel those items bid on and won with the high shipping. So im a satisfied return shopper and would recommend your site.

I love the prices I have gotten on items. The arrival times go from quick to a couple of months. Several times I have been refunded my money because the vendor decided not to send the item after a few weeks. It is frustrating to not receive items I have bid on and won. Tophatter's policies have gotten my refunds though.

Have bought quite a few items, and around 1/3 of the items, we're not as pictured or described. Must say, refund was quick and easy.

My only issue' is Tophatter seems unwilling, to post reviews, lower than a 4 star. Certainly would save a lot of time and effort on all sides if they would..

About 95% of items are as they are shown in the photos but there is 5% that are not. You need to read before bidding or you may end up with something totally different than what is in the photo that they have for the auction. TOPHATTER is GREAT about refunding though.

Although I like Tophatter, there are a couple things I don't like. I don't like being locked out because I accidentally bid on something. I think there should be someway of retracting a bid before you win something you don't want. And I don't like the LONG lead time that is needed to ship my items after I have paid. Also when I want a reminder I am not getting them before they go up for auction.

My experience was pretty good. I won a bid for a Smart Watch, got it for a decent price. This App/site sells a lot of the same products so my suggestion for this site is, look for what you're interested in, do a little research, find a price you're comfortable with and bid on that knowledge. I would say the only downside to this app/site is, the products are not top quality and it can take a while to get your product BUT, you get what you pay for.

Most all i recieved so far has been great,,, ordered fleece hoody nov 30 th it was shipped dec 4 spose to be delivered by dec 20,, still not her dec 26,,, not tracking either, evrything else has been good... only thing if you can wait3 to 4 weeks for your item or items no problem, i will see if i ever get the long zippered hoody,, or not,, have 7 more things coming, jan 10 to jan 14 2020. I will see if they come,, ty, great prices on all i ordered... be careful to read what your getting, out door lights say 10 light, or 8 lighht, well you get 1 strip with 10 lights or 1 circle light with 8,, solar,,,, i figured it out befor i bought them,, read carefully...

Over all I am pleased with the products. Shipping could be quicker, but does fall into the time frame quoted. Two items I should have returned, but I failed to do this in a timely manner.(within 30 days). My fault there.one item was magnifying goggles, which do not function as promised.not really expensive-my fault. Another item not getting my satisfaction was a micro video recorder. Either I didn't read the description properly, or it wasn't advertised in full by the manufacturer.the size is small, but my dissatisfaction lies with the need to purchase a memory chip. Instructions didn't tell me specifics. I figured it out, at an additional cost of $15.00. I will shop there again, but need to be sure the items received are as advertised. Tophatter is not at fault as much as the manufacturer or supplier.So in closing, about 15 items received, only 2 not up to par. Pretty good record really, just not perfect. Yours --Kevin Huck
