I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Choose properly and check feedback on each product.

Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.

Some items I ordered were as stated others complete rip off eg. Blanket for bed in it shows picture show full sized bed what I got was a cover only my cat can fit on. Also only wanted to check out a couple of items and accidently bid on them. Cancelled bid now can't bid for 7 days. But that's fine because if I see an item I want now I go to ebay cheaper and ship free. Or to wish and find same item also cheaper.

At first I was very impressed with this website to order products at decent prices that you could bid. Since I've downloaded the site though, it's been one disappointment after the other. There's extremely long waiting times, if your order even shows up. A lot of the products are not what's shown or very poor quality. When an item is late, they just end up giving you a longer date to wait for it, with no guarantee that it'll even come. And to return an item it cost ten times more than what you paid for it. I wouldn't recommend it

I currently have 7 items overdue or lost. Shipping time is unreal and the sellers are not held accountable. I "won" an auction of a ring and was refunded the next day. It was listed for sale at a big markup by the company if I wanted it. I "won" it again two days later as it was up for auction. Again they refunded as they would lose money on it? How can they keep listing it if it is out of stock? You get your refunds in website credits which do you no good as you cannot receive any products.

I have left numerous messages to top hatter about my refunds. I haven't received one item and they were supposed to refund me my money. On the status it reads refunded, but I don't have the in my account. There is another situation to where the package and the product was damaged. I sent them back, and again it reads refunded, but no money in my account! I am disappointed there is no phone number to call, and my messages haven't been replied to.

I purchased a few of their items and had to realise that most things are available straight up on amazon for less money than people end up offering. Quality of items is poor and it seems that descriptions are intently brief and short on details. Simple things like a 128 GB memory stick do not work. If its cheap sometimes it means it is just that.

I ordered over 20 items from Tophatter and size is an issue. Check them carefully-the size of received items are never what you assume they are.

Several items I won on tophatter were refunded, the bids were fairly placed, I won and paid. I thought this was a auction site where the highest bid won. The Chinese accept only the highest bids placed on items and refund if your bid does not meet their expectation. Twice my browser has been hijacked while on this site, be careful, they search your pc and you don't even know it. There are better sites out there, stay away from this one!

It is a real disappointment to open a package from Tophatter to find it broken or something you could of bought from the dollar store but you paid $10.00 for it. Try to send it back and you have to send it to China and pay postage

This whole experience with Tophatter seemed exciting but every product has been not at all worth the auctioned prices and many sellers photos do not match the product you receive. Tophatter customer service was great, but the sellers are for the most part rip-offs. Out of about 30 items I bid on and won, I am okay with only 8 things. The rest were total junk and waste of money and time.

You live and you learn when buying things online. You also sometimes regret. This review isn't necessarily against Tophatter as I fully expect them to do the right thing. My case is against the fraudster going under the name of Brooklyn on the site. They were selling folding bikes for $99 and I saw that Amazon was selling the same exact bike for $200 so I of course wanted to be in on that deal. I paid the $99 and the $20 for shipping and that was the last I heard from this moron. The time frame in which I should have received the bike went by and the tracking number showed that the bike was on it's way to a DHL processing center and the rest is history. No other scans on the bike and when i checked the details of the shipment, it said the shipment was 0.02 lbs and the shipment was shipped as lightweight. We all know that this bike weighed a lot more then 0.02 lbs. This moron not only pulled this stunt with me but also with others. Tophatter has opened an investigation on this and the tracking number still shows that the bike is on its way to DHL but we all know the truth to that. From what i can tell, this idiot is not currently selling or stealing from anyone else on the site unless of course he changed his name. It's bad enough that Tophatter will lose business from this but I fully expect to receive my money back at the conclusion of this case.

Tip for consumers:
ALWAYS check the comments before buying from any vendor on the site. That will pretty much give you an idea of what others have experienced with the product and the vendor.

You're really not getting a deal, the products are terribly inferior, cheap materials, poor workmanship. I ordered a couple of items and have never purchased again. I order online often but I no longer waste my money at Tophatter.

If you don't mind purchasing poor quality products, waiting too long for them to arrive, crushed packaging, Instructions in such small print you need a magnifying glass to read them if you only had an interpreter because they are written in broken English and wasting your money then this is definitely the site for you. Remember the lowest price often isn't worth the trouble & that describes Top Hatter to a tee. Do yourself a huge favor and move on...

I have contacted TH multiple times to ask why I was being, not only cancelled, but suspended for too many cancellations, even though it had NOTHING to do with me or my credit cards. Plus, if something is cancelled, why is there a "refund" process. The funds should never be charged in the first place.

Love the sight in theory, but in reality not so much until they straighten things out and set the rules so we all know what they are!

Used to enjoy this app and jewelry nice but as of late, quality of the product has gone down, delivery doesn't happen when they say it has and its impossible to get in touch with customer service. I purchased many items and was charged for them and haven't received most of what I ordered. Getting refunded is like pulling teeth.

I ordered quite a few items from the site. I received a few but I have over 10 items that still have not arrived despite being ordered in March and April. They "refunded" one of my orders but will only give me a credit through Tophatter. I have no plans to buy anything else from them since I can not receive the items. I would like to actually be refunded my money back. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I am officially closing my account as soon as have found that one of my orders was never delivered, but Tophatter says it was. Fine. I'm done with this outfit! NOT WORTH THE HASSEL!

Very poor most items from my experience are bad and have to be returned where only a credit is issued back to account. Most are missing parts or are simply built bad where as they dont work, The safest thing is cothing which has to be purchased larger usually
