I discovered it last Christmas and it was a lifesaver for me that year. This year I also went shopping for gifts here and the assortment was even greater. I see many people complaining about the quality, or even saying that the products are fake… hey, this is a store that provides everything, from cheap and low-quality products, to expensive and high-quality. Has all management been fired? If not, they should be. For MONTHS there's literally nothing to bid on - if you're lucky, you'll see a max of 10 live items - used to be hundreds. How are they possibly even making money, especially without even trying to sell anything? Are you not spending money on advertising to get customers? Did all but the Chinese sellers leave? Saw some new partner program, and that looks like it DIED instantly.

Tophatter was the biggest rip off company selling fake items falsely advertising them as real. They issued refunds but never gave the refunds then they closed down and changed the name an format so its no longer an auction site but the llc is the same. This company is using illegal sweatshops and selling fake items and they changed they name. Please do not by from temu formally known as Tophatter

Purchased an item a so called robotic sweeper it turned up and its cheap nasty crap that they cant sell on ebay as it is not fit for purpose and may as well through in the bin basic childs bump and go toy with a piece of felt on the bottom
Oh you can get a refund but thats more hassel than its worth and you have to send said piece of crap back at you expense which will cost the same as the product itself complete joke cant speak to anybody at tophatter get run around in circles

Tophatter is an awesome site. Be careful when first learning the ropes, though. There are some sellers who know how to put the glamour in the cover photos and the real details in fine print. Before bidding too high on items, read about the item, the seller, etc. Size, weight, alloy, stone, material, and which item in the picture you are actually buying. I have scored unbelievable deals. Don't buy, or bid on the Scrounge site Tophatter! They are very dishonest! Your item is coming direct from China, and will take at least 2 months to arrive, if it arrives at all! I had a item recently never arrive, and got a bogus email from crooked Tophatter, saying it was delivered. They won't even say who the carrier was! Do not bid on their junk! Pay a couple dollars more, and buy your item from a local store, or buy it on a trusted site, such as eBay!

Some items I ordered were as stated others complete rip off eg. Blanket for bed in it shows picture show full sized bed what I got was a cover only my cat can fit on. Also only wanted to check out a couple of items and accidently bid on them. Cancelled bid now can't bid for 7 days. But that's fine because if I see an item I want now I go to ebay cheaper and ship free. Or to wish and find same item also cheaper.

Hav brought things from this site stating has been delivered but hasnt talk to someone from company told me to wait another 30days before they will do anything this one example this item hasnt even left there country an sayz on pitcures that it was flown overseas on the 16th august an on pitcure it hadnt even left the country an i get nowhere with the company over it this is only 1 item out of 5 ther shipping is a joke

So far, everything looks cheaply made. You could get the same stuff at a dollar store really. Don't believe what you are getting in jewelry is real--it is NOT. As long as you don't get them wet or wash them, they won't turn green. That is why I say you get what you pay for. As for clothing--If you wear an XL, order a 5XL, and even then it may still be too small. I guess there aren't any overweight people in China. I was doing like grab bags for Christmas because I don't have much money. Well, it shows in all of this crap that has arrived. You'd do better going to a dollar store or trying other auction sites. I will be staying away from Tophatter. And shipping a lot of clothes back when they arrive.

I ordered an digital indoor TV antenna, which failed to work as it was supposed to.
After numerous e-mails to the supplier, ClearTV.com, I was then advised that "Tophatter.com does not belong to their website". And that I was to "contact them (directly) for further assistance." But, as Tophatter.com only seem to have a "no reply" e-mail address, I have been unable to contact them in this regard. I will not be ordering anything from them again in the future.

Fishing lures were a box the size of a deck of cards, very deceiving, when I tried to give an honest bad review the system blocked everything except 5 stars. I then tried sending email through there template and it would not send. Very bad business

At first I was very impressed with this website to order products at decent prices that you could bid. Since I've downloaded the site though, it's been one disappointment after the other. There's extremely long waiting times, if your order even shows up. A lot of the products are not what's shown or very poor quality. When an item is late, they just end up giving you a longer date to wait for it, with no guarantee that it'll even come. And to return an item it cost ten times more than what you paid for it. I wouldn't recommend it

A car vac was advertised as heavy duty and had attachments. It is very flimsy, has no attachments, and it falls apart while vacuuming. It also has a one foot cord and doesn't work unless plugged into the cigarette lighter so you can't vacuum an entire car.

A phone advertised as having 4gig of RAM actually has 512 k. Everything I've received is absolute junk!
Is all coming from China. They get rich and there is no recourse. You can return an item within 30 days of an order. But some items are delivered 60 days after sale.

It isn't worth it. On the off chance you get one good item - keep it and WALK-NO RUN-away.

Haven't received my purchase, it was to be here between June 7th and June 20th. Can't track, can't sign in (keeps asking if I'm a robot but doesn't display "robot page"). I will never order from here again. Plus the auction is a joke because if you bid it extends the auction time-line plus when auction is over they still add in a going once, twice, etc. Now I'm out the money I paid for this item but also have no way to contact them in order to lodge a complaint.

Don't do it. Stick with the tried and true like ebay.

I currently have 7 items overdue or lost. Shipping time is unreal and the sellers are not held accountable. I "won" an auction of a ring and was refunded the next day. It was listed for sale at a big markup by the company if I wanted it. I "won" it again two days later as it was up for auction. Again they refunded as they would lose money on it? How can they keep listing it if it is out of stock? You get your refunds in website credits which do you no good as you cannot receive any products.

I purchased a new Coach purse for 1
$10.00! A tremendous deal Right? OOPS not so fast! The seller who listed this as a rare collectible purse notified me that they were " out of stock", what are the odds?
Betcha had it gone for adopt more the outcome would have been different. Why spend time and money on a site that does NOT provide as promised? I'm OUT. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought upwards of 20+ items... all but about 5 were just junk... Cheap made in China crap... Although I did get refunds on most of the crap, the false descriptions and over priced shipping made this whole experience a headache... The worst platform on the internet. My experience is they lie about everything on the platform. EBay is horrible but not compatible with Tophatter. Sellers are not US-based they are Chinese. Customer Service is unavailable. They lie about transit times and you can't contact sellers. You can't get your money back, just credits. If you buy, use PayPal so you have buyer recourse. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS PLATFORM, EVER!

Nothing that I have found here is really good quality. If you are ready to either return roughly three-quarters of your orders, and/or use products before rating them, for your protection, there are some fun deals to be had. Keep in mind that photography can be deceptive. On the positive side, they are absolutely ready to take things back, and give refunds.

Lo cierto es que todos los productos que ofrecen merecen la pena. Y su atención con el cliente es fabulosa, pues si he tenido, a veces, problemas con los envíos, se lo he comunicado y enseguida han procedido al reembolso de los mismos.
