SCAMMERS!

We have now spent thousands of pounds online through this site and have not seen a single penny cashback. It has now been 6 months and nothing. I have emailed in 3 times and no response. My friend also took out a phone contract through this website on the pretence that they would receive £100 cashback. A contract they would not have taken out if the cashback was not available. And surprise surprise, NOTHING! Which leads me to be very certain that this website is ONE BIG SCAM.

It is very odd for you to have made so many orders and not to have any cashback at all track to your account. It suggests there is fundamental going on here that we can help with as it suggests you're basically allowing anything to track. This can happen if you have blocked cookies, have ad blocker installed or have set your browser up as do not track. While I get it's frustrating to not earn the cashback, if you're browser is set up that way, there isn't anything we can do to control that but we can work with you to get better cashback tracking and go on to earn a lot of money.

A joke - It seems that they can pick and choose who they pay. Booked holiday through TUI - Due £88 cashback and it was declined or no reason 5 months after the purchase. Most of the other purchasers which I did through this site also declined and no reply from Top cashback when you complain and they certainly don't fight your case with the retailer - avoid.

I can assure you, if we're paid the commission you're paid the cashback.

Retailers will refuse our commission that we pass to you if either a voucher code was used or if the terms weren't followed or if the commission has been awarded but elsewhere.

I would encourage you to lodge a missing cashback claim so we can either get this overturned or give you the reason for the decline. Our whole aim is to get you cashback and we will do everything we can to recover it.

Why Wouldn't You?

So simple to use and so rewarding, a little savings account which quickly adds up to give you a bonus spend in a way you choose, cash, store card etc. I wish I'd done it sooner, once you get used to remembering to go via the site instead of direct to the merchandiser it's a no brainer!

So easy to save as you shop online or in store. Excellent Customer service team who work hard to get any cashback not tracked and to answer any questions asked. Payout is quick and easy good competitions to earn extra cashback and bonuses.

Purchases do not always track. Recently with Superdrug. When a claim is made these aren't always upheld. My claims are always genuine. There should also be an option for a partial claim if items meed to be returned.

Thanks for your review, we'll always dispute a claim with a retailer as much as we can and if the dispute is unsuccessful, then give you a reason why.

In regards to the partial claim, if you do have to return an item please do lodge a claim as normal but just amend the information to not include the items you returned. We'll then do our best to recover the cashback for the items you kept.

Hadnt received my topcashback bonus offer for a supermarket shop back in October. Sent a facebook message explaining my issue, gave my username and I had a response within 5 minutes, the bonus cashback was added and made payable. Great service tracking this issue for me. Many thanks.

Fantastic service!

I am really impressed with the overall service that I have received over the years from Topcashback, their cashback amounts are very fair and they are easy to deal with. They have a huge range of brands to choose from and their customer service is efficient and excellent too. Whenever I have had a query the team have been super helpful and friendly too which is great. I have managed to earn £1000 cashback on purchases so far including car insurance purchases and other standard products too. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend!

No Brainer

I have been with TopCashback for about 10 years and in all that time time I'm I have saved lots of money well over £1,000

It is so easy to claim cashback and when you have a problem the customer service team are always on hand to trace missing cashback.

I would estimate that I receive about 98% plus of my claim with only the very rare glitch often caused by me

I rarely use this app now. You have to wait way too long for a payout, sometimes in the case of Expedia many months. The whole process is too longwinded. And if a cashback doesn't track, that only adds to the delays. In these inflationary times, you want to spend the money now.

It's disappointing you feel that way. With expedia, like other holiday retailers the longest way is usually the wait between booking at staying at the hotel. It generally then takes a few weeks for the confirmation of the stay to reach expedia and then finally reach us.

I appreciate if expecting immediate earnings of cashback payable, or expecting it in a couple of days or a weeks may mean disappointment when it takes longer than this, but this wait time is what allows retailers to be confident that the purchases were leading are all legit and meet all the terms.

This in turn means bigger and better cashback rates. We hear quite a number of our members save up all their cashback for specific points in the year such as Christmas, family holidays etc and that focus means when they do come to pay out they see a nice large chunk of cashback towards this. Of course, everyone uses us in different ways and others pay out as it becomes payable and we'll continue to ensure this happens for you as soon as we have earned that money from the retailers.

Doesn't Always Track

Had numerous problems with not getting cashback. Sometimes I get an email after purchase, sometimes I don't. To be honest I have given up clicking to report missing cashback, takes time and effort for pennies, plus after you report it things get 'frozen' for months on end. Don't think I would recommend it to anyone. Too much aggrevation for very little reward

Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts. With missing cashback claims, while we have to submit it through a much bigger system we have a team of colleagues who are continually chasing up retailer's and their cashback administrator to ensure the process is as speedy as possible. We also continue to look internally about how we can make this process even simpler for you.

The key for us is helping you avoid needing claims and to avoid that process entirely and so I hope I can help with that by offering a couple of suggestions. You likely are already double checking over the retailer terms already to ensure what you are purchasing is eligible for cashback. Therefore my suggestion is to do with cookies (and not the ones you eat). If you go onto your internet history settings and clear cookies and cache and so this right before using us, this can really help avoid claims being needed.

I do hope this helps and that your experience picks up going forward. We don'ts want you missing out on cashback.

Several months without receiving cashback payment (Hotels.com)

Also Topcashback tracked an incorrect cashback rate (2%), while the expected cashback is 11%.

Not worth the headache.

Hey Raphael,

Your cashback with hotels.com will only progress once you have completed your stay with them. This may take a while to pass, depending on how far you booked in advance.

In regards to the rate,I would first check you made a purchase that would meet the requirements for the higher rate. If you did, please lodge a claim for this so we can ask the retailer why we haven't been paid the higher rate of cashback.

Excellent site to gain cashback for purchases that you would make anyway. The only difference being that you sign in to the retailer's account from Topcashback.Topcashback then do the rest and you benefit. Highly recommended

This company keeps sending me emails. I've sent them a response requesting they delete my info; that I never subscribed to their site and consider their site as a scam / phishing...
To "unsubscribe" you have to log in. Since I never subscribed, there is no log in info.
I just delete their messages.

We had over £3000 pounds of cashback pending and suddenly one day when we tried to login, the login failed. Since then it is like that with no redressal.

Use this website only when cashback is not the main consideration. They can close your account when they like and then you will regret your decision.

While they claim to have "fair play" policy, however they only use it when it works for them.

TopCashBack.co.uk attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

TopCashback welcomes a broad range of members, from those using it for everyday purchases, to those who may be using it much more frequently. As long as this cashback is earned in a fair way we won't have any issues.

If we ever feel a check in may need to be made, this will be done but as I say as long as the purchases fully meet the terms set out, our team won't have any problems.

If the cashback has been earned legitimately and our terms have been followed, I have no doubt that out team will be happy to assist you and I would encourage you to reach out via the email that is provided when you cannot log in.

I took out insurance through Top Cashback on 3 April 2022 with Sheila's Wheels as the site said that I would get a £40 cashback for using them. No sign of a cash back or even a pending transaction. I have tried to contact customer services but the process is poorly thought out and difficult to find the right option. Despite buying the insurance through Top Cashback their system just gives a message saying "No Transaction Found For Selected Merchant" which is just untrue.

I believe you would have used our Comparison Tool - TopCashback Compare.

The comparison tool batches up purchases every 60 days and then credits it to accounts as pending - meaning it can take 60 days to appear for you. This means there's plenty of time for this to progress for you as expected and some good news to share is this retailer pays cashback super quickly once it does track. So once it does track, you won't be waiting long at all before you pay it out.

Not Honouring The Cashback For My Purchases

Back in September & October (2021) I used TopCashback to see how I could save money on two new laptops (over £400 each) and there was a 10% offer with Currys PC World.

These were two separate orders about a week or two apart.

Nothing came through in November so I have queried what was happening as I haven't used TopCashback before so didn't know what to expect.

I lodged two complaints in November but haven't had any acknowledgment or progress and believe I am being left on the scrap heap.

This is appalling service and I had planned on spending more this way if cheaper, but given the hassle and false security of lower prices when TopCashback pays me, I feel I have no time for this and I intend looking elsewhere in future.

So, unless I get a positive response with the £80 I am expecting, I shall abandon TopCashback and continue to post news of how I have been treated on as many consumer websites as possible.

Hi John,

I am sorry to hear your purchases didn't track. The cashback we give to you is commission we get back from the retailers and share with you. When something doesn't track it means we're not initially due any funds for your purchases being made. This can be challenged through a claim however.

As a new member of our site you may not be aware of the tracking tips we give out to help avoid his happening such as clearing cookies and cache before logging in, disabling ad blockers, checking the retailer terms on our site and also making sure we're the only website open on your browser at the time of purchasing. All of these things can help prevent a claim being needed.

With Curry's in particular we cannot challenge the cashback until the cashback has gone through it's validation period which is a couple of months. You should have received a message on your claim about this, what I can assure you is we'll submit it as soon as we can and let you know once we hear back. I really hope we get paid this cashback, so we can pass it over to you and we can turn this experience around.

Topcashback is HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend their site to ANYONE! They rarely track your purchase, and while they do give you the option to submit a claim for your missing cashback, they have a 0% success rate at giving you the money you were supposed to receive (but again, their crappy site failed to track). On top of that, you wait on average of 3 months to even hear back from them about your missing transaction. Ebates gets back to you within a few days, I love their customer service. In order to make up for their awful service topcashback has appeared to offer the highest rates for cashback - but don't be fooled, you'll only receive your cashback mayyybe 1/3 of the times you use their site. So all in all - Ebates may offer lower rates, but they almost always properly track your purchase, so in reality, you'll still earn more with Ebates. Stay away from topcashback if you don't like being frustrating with customer service who doesn't care about you or helping you.
