Top Cashback is a great way to earn a bit extra money whilst you are spending and this allows you to buy some treats for yourself or family. I am amazed at how quickly the funds grow and it's always a lovely surprise to see how much I have accrued.
I followed the instructions and they are rubbish, it says you can delete your account by following these instructions hut it doesnt work at all, I posted an image, it says would you only like to unsubscribe? Follow this link that's all it says, it doesnt say any where delete your account follow this link etc none of that anywhere, so how the fcuk do I close it if theres nothing there to do so? I've reviewed this elsewhere asking the same question with no answers, I emailed topcashback they replied but it wasnt an answer, they seemed to be replying about something else, what is this madness? Is it a scam so that I am unable to leave or what?

If you up for buying something online then the first up thing you must do is to check if the site or company you are visiting is available via TopCashBack. If so you can make a saving - it's as simple as that.
Make sure though that you follow the guidance given by TopCashBack as cash back can be lost otherwise-ie avoid back paging etc

For some reason you have to constantly log in when opening the site now. It rarely remembers you. When I complained about this I just received a one line answer saying, "how strange" (not helpful). YOUR money seems to take for ever to get updsted so you can have the same winnings for several months a time. I think I might now withdraw my money and stop using it.

Topcashback is the only cashback site I use. There are a huge array of companies offering cashback on there and if you need to contact the team they always go out of their way to ensure they have fully looked into the issue you are experiencing / chasing up cashback from companies. Obviously there is less cashback around these days but topcashback are still very much worth using :)

Perfect for making that little bit extra in savings, soon mounts up. Usually exchange mine for Amazon vouchers.

I have been using TopCashBack for a few years now but have only recently become aware of the offers they have on the site and the fact that you can buy vouchers. I have done this numerous times now and they have been really useful. Also the snap and save offer are great.

Just love TopCashback. I do a lot of online shopping and holiday travels and always use TopCashback first. The amount of companies I can use is fantastic, from hotels to the smaller companies and I get paid by just using a few extra clicks. Everyone should sign up! Nothing to lose and lots to gain.

They charged me £5 for the plus service that I never signed up for. When I reported this to them they refused to refund me even though I never used any of the plus services (as I never realised I was a member). They have unacceptable practices and evil customer service.
When I complained they basically told me they ripped off lots of other people using the same technique and to pay me back would be unfair to all the people they stole from and didn't payback.
Save yourself the hassle - use a better site that actually do as they say. I have never had any issues with Quidco and I would recommend them over TCB.
I can't believe the lack of support over my claim - I wouldn't mind so much but it was the only reason that I chose that particular contract. Support could not care less!

We always want to proactively support our members as best as we possibly can. With claims it can be tricky for us as the reason for the claim is because we are not due the commission we expected and siaplyed on our site and so we need to ask the retailer's appointed network why that's the case. It's not the fastest system in the world and we chase up these networks as much as we can but like with the other site you mention, we need them to respond back to us before we can respond back to you.
I do want to look into whether we can further offer support here though and so I can popped you over a private message.

Topcashback is in my opinion the best cashback site and if there is a problem they are quick to sort it if they can.
I had a perceived problem with Confused.com and one of their advisors, called Liberty was straight on to it and put my mind at rest. Excellent, friendly attitude

I've found it very slow to get cashback. One purchase is now 8 months on and my cashback is still pending. I'm forever raising queries to find out where my cashback is. Some has been declined with no explanation why.

Given this is 8 months, it sounds like it was a big purchase like for insurance or perhaps even a holiday. With holiday's the bulk of the wait time is the time you book the holiday in advance as the retailer can't verify us as eligible for the commission that we pass to you as cashback until you have completed your stay. As for insurance, the wait times for these can vary, but life insurance particularly has a number of months wait time for the retailer to be confident that you continue to keep up with the monthly bills. This all allows them to give us the very highest cashback rates.
Rather than seeing cashback as an immediate discount on a product, instead it's a great way to save money as you're shopping online. That way you just see it build up and up and then you can treat yourself when the cashback reaches payable. So many of our members save up for holidays or christmas, that sort of thing and really enjoy the chunk of money they have for those situations.
We'll always continue to work behind the scenes to ensure that happens in the speediest timeframe possible.

Great cashback app that gives me cashback on things I would buy daily to special occasions special offers and discounts I transfer my cashback to just eat vouchers adds up very well received around 400 so far in maybe around 2years very happy
Top cashback are today showing avis as having a really high payable rate today. We have booked a car in the USA for October with avis through top cashback and have paid in full. Now I see no my account that the cashback is declined this does happen usually when the cash back is a larger amount. They say contract not complete well ofcourse it isn't as the car is booked in the USA for October but they happily took the money now. So I am having to go through their customer services to try and resolve this which could take months as it has done with other transactions in the past. Then I still may not get it so people need to be aware that these wonderful offers don't always materialise

Have used Topcashback for a number of years but in recent years every time I purchase any type of insurance something always goes wrong and no cashback ever materialises and there's always an excuse.
I have had enough of Topcashback and their fairy stories for refusing cashback as this never happens with Quidco.
I gave Topcashback one last try with home insurance and as always... nothing...

Ensuring you earn cashback is the reason we exist as a company and have no intentions on declining that to you unless we're declined the commission that we share with you.
I notice you mention you have this with insurance and so there are a couple of situations that could have led to this happening. This includes browsing for your policy / creating quotes before using our site. The reason this can have an impact is because the origin of your quote generation can be deemed as the reason you made a purchase and therefore be paid the commission rather than us. This isn't a situation exclusive to TopCashback and instead would be the same with any cashback service.
Therefore, it's advisable to be clearing cookies and cache before logging in to use our site and also to disable ad blockers and to not use any presaved quotes. This will give you the best chance of cashback success.

I heard about TopCashBack a few years ago and for some reason I didn't really have trust in it (unsure why!). I thought I'd give it a go after a friend told me she had it and I honestly can't believe I didn't use is a LONG time ago, I feel like I've missed out on a lot! I've had one issue so far (one company didn't provide cash back), I contacted the TCB team on their app and they were on it right away! Fantastic! Would definitely recommend

Had a very poor experience and missed out on a promised £200 cashback which was part of the reason why I decided to go for a big broadband bundle with Virgin. Very infrequent communication and no reasons were given as to why my claim was denied. Very poor.

AVOID *AVOID *AVOID Do not fall for this gimmick site or the cashback promises. You may never ever actually get the cashback and if you do it will be at least 6 months and loads of hoops to do so. With each cashback promise there is a very likely scenario where they can claim the merchant has declined the claim. If its too good to be true it is. Don't waste your time support little independent businesses online direct. Most merchants have better offers directly without Topcashback. This company are doing their best not to pay and getting alot out of us to promote the big brands.

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed. TopCashback hosts a variety of retailers from big to medium to even small retailers. While commission is normally something only to be earned business to business we've turned that on its head a little bit so we earn the commission and pass it back to you in the form of cashback.
Making this available to people, however, doesn't automatically guarantee we are entitled to that commission. It has to go through the same rules as if we didn't pass this back to the end purchaser. We do offer advice to our members to help avoid getting untracked and unsuccessful cashback such as clearing cookies right before logging in, disabling ad blockers and only using one web tab at a time. This really can help.
