I have used TopCashBack for 2 years now and have earned approx £250 per year. I don't buy that much but by a simple click through them, I get some cashback on most things and it really adds up. Very happy with their customer service too x
Top Cashback is an easy, simple and straightforward way to earn money back on purchases made online - especially if like me that is where you do most of your shopping! Some payments from stores take a while to come through but seeing as you are spending no more than you would normally just by clicking through Top Cashback to buy things it really is a no-brainer...

Absolutely not easy to use and many traps could cause the referral invalid. In past year, I need to make 30+ missing cashback claims out of around 50 purchases. 22% of these claims were rejected and another 10% are still pending for the retailers. When a claim is rejected by the retailer, it will come with one of the standard responses and no further help will offer.
Finally, no similar experience with other topcashback site.

We want all purchases to be successful and worse case scenarios, for claims to outline what went wrong and for us to then to help you avoid that in the future.
With you saying the responses are generic, it does prove it tricky for me to give further advice. I do suspect you are talking about the declined reason that means the commission has gone elsewhere (usually the term another marketing channel is used for this)
If that is the case it suggests either an additional promo, such as a voucher code is used or that their are cookies on your device that lead to the originator of that cookie being paid, rather than us. I completely respect knowing who owned that cookie would be beneficial, but it's very rarely given to us.
The best advise therefore is to ensure that cookies and cache are cleared before our website is used. This helps ensure it can only be us that is seen to have referred the purchase.

I have tried a few cash back sites over the years but nothing comes close to this one!
You can shop for everything online from fashion, food and even household bills, the list is endless.
You can also shop in your local supermarkets and upload your receipts for money back.
I bought a TV and laptop this week and three days later the crash was put into my account as fast as that.
They have an app that is simple and easy to use to, so this site defiantly gets my thumbs up... Highly recommended :)
My brother told me about TCB several years ago, and I thought I'd give it a try, as the idea of getting some cash back on many on-line purchases, could only be a good thing. I haven't been disappointed! The most difficult thing is to remember to use it!

It's disappointing to hear this feedback. TopCashback was created to help save people as much money as possible - both high and low values. We never profit or make money when cashback is declined whether the amount that is declined is small or high as we only pass negative news onto you if we're told we're not eligible for the commission payment that we'd be giving you in the form of cashback.
There are reasons we are not found eligible for cashback - whether this is because the retailer terms haven't been met or if the commission has been paid elsewhere to another company. Commission going elsewhere is normally the declined reason that causes the most upset as we're not told who has earned the commission instead of us. I would encourage you to check these help as they've been designed to help avoid our members from getting declined cashback. Worthless service that feels like a scam. You get notifications instantly of the amount of cash back you earn on each showing you the total amount of accumulated cash back plus £15 cash back bonus to entice you to keep using it then. But app seems to forget the cash back part of the business.
Money sits on the account for a ridiculously amount of time and just before the payment is due for withdrawal the payment is declined with no explanation and money accumulated is never withdrawn. And I have still yet to be the £15 bonus for 12 months and it just sits there, while they charge you a £5 fee for doing nothing. It seems like a data mining scam, selling your data for money and offering you nothing in return. Will delete the app as I got it through work.

The money will stay at pending for a little bit, that's while the retailer checks whether we're eligible for the commission we share with you as cashback. The time will vary from weeks to a few months in the case of large long term purchases like holidays booked in advance and long term insurance policies.
Due to the amount of payout methods we offer, we want you to choose how best to withdraw this and so it's totally up to you when you with to withdraw this and the £5 deduction you mention is totally optional. Our enhanced members with this deduction get higher cashback rates and other bonuses, those who don't want this can switch any time they want after joining. This can be done via the membership section of your account.
Finally, the £15 you mention likely has criteria it needs to meet payable - usually a purchase where you spend £15 or more. But feel free to reach out to my team at contact@topcashback.co.uk or through customer service on your account and they will be more than happy to check on that for you.

I feel you get offered some of the best cashback rates in the marketplace from hundreds of businesses, retailers or other service providers.
I do however feel TopCashback needs to do more market research in relation to what they are offering, because there are frequent occasions whereby competitors such as Quidco are offering enhanced rates to those who choose to purchase through them.
It is also disappointing no cashback is offered for either Amazon or Superdrug purchases and these are two household name providers.

Great way to earn a few extra pounds on things you would be buying anyway. It's no real hardship to go through 1 extra layer before getting to your chosen site in order for topcashback to acknowledge your purchase & record the cashback.

An easy way of getting a perk for a whole load of online shops and services. Nothing is guaranteed but my experience is that about 90% of purchase track OK with retailers honouring the cashback promised. My only suggestion would be that Topcashback allow customer feedback on retailers that hind behind Ts and C's and find a way not to honour what was promised. I could certainly name one that has consistently declined cashback.

Of course sometimes there's a legit reason for it being unsuccessful such as when that commission goes to another company, but for retailers who don't play fair we're more than happy to take action against them which sometimes even means removing them from the site.

Do not trust this company! Recently contacted support regarding a cashback payout. Rather than resolving my question, they took away the cashback earned. This fraud of a service will look for any excuse not to pay cashback and thus, cannot be trusted. Use Quidco instead, a much more reputable service.

The only time we will make this sort of judgement is when there is clear evidence to suggest our terms have not been met. We have to protect our other members, our retailers and indeed ourselves and this action can include closing accounts which don't appear to be playing fair with the site.

Their whole business model is cashback, but as long as they put in the small print that you might not get it (and you usually don't) they're covered. This company is nothing but a scam covered by a legal loophole making money for the owners. They may throw you a pound here and there to keep you sweet but the larger amounts? Forget it. Don't waste your time, you're just lining their pockets. Convenient that they don't have reviews on their facebook page, just a link to the 'glowing' Trustpilot ones (which are notoriously easy to fake)

As you say our whole business model is paying out cashback, that's how we grow our site and reach more members, we can only do that if we live up to our member's expectations and so while yes, if we're deemed as not eligible for the cashback we can not pass on anything to you but declined cashback is nearly always avoidable.
We've been online now for 15 years, saving our members millions. I myself was a member before I was a staff member and I wouldn't be here today if there was some sort of dodgy goings on as you appear to suggest here.
Facebook has changed the way their pages display and so you can no longer see public wall posts, that's facebook's changes and not ours and I wold encourage you to reach out if you have had a situation you are frustrated with so we can look to support you so you can be like our many very happy members.

I have been a member of this site for over 8 years and used it regularly but the way their customer services have handled a recent claim amounting to the grand sum of £2.69 is embarrassing and insulting. I have waited almost a year and still no response from the "network" and instead of just making an offer of £2.69 and letting us all move on with life... no... respond with waffle and then offer £1.35 as a gesture of goodwill. LOL. What a joke. I'm sure the customer rep will be "high fiving" her team mates as she's saved the company just over a pound. As my membership is obviously valued at less than £1.35, I'll be having a look at Quidco from now on. Shame... and quite shortsighted from a business perspective.

Thanks for your review and I am disappointed to hear about your experience. When a claim is declined it does mean we're not going to get any cashback from the retailer to then pass on to you. This means we could have explained this to you and passed on no money at all. Instead, our decided to offer you half.
While we always want to help our members as much as we can we do have to be careful when analysing if we can offer anything at all to support you when we're deemed as not eligible for the cashback. We have to bear in mind other members who may be in the same boat, your experience and indeed the future of our company as if we just kept on paying out money we weren't getting that isn't something that is sustainable.
I get these decisions will always be controversial, some will say we shouldn't give anything if we're not paid, others should say we should pay out money. It's a careful judgement we need to make but what we will always do is support you and other members to ensure we equip you with the information to reduce the chance of getting declined cashback.

It seems like the small ticket things track well where you get £15 or less but the insurances and car breakdown where they pay more initially track but can get downgraded. I know it's not their fault but it is frustrating. That said... it's free money!

I recently had problems with signing into my account and so I emailed customer service and they replied within 24hrs (this was over the Christmas period so I was amazed by the speed of the response!). The next few emails that were sent in an attempt to resolve the issue came through with rapid succession, and It was all sorted out in just over a day! Fantastic, thank you!

So easy to use it's untrue! Log in, select your seller, you are taken through to their website, make your purchase and the cashback appears in your account quite quickly. It's a doddle! Have no idea why anyone would not use TopCashBack - they're missing out!

I always search using Top Cash Back for anything I'm looking to buy. If I can click through TCB & buy with cash back,.all the better. Generally all payments get added as stated.although some state 6 months which seems ages coming through :) Occasionally a payment doesn't change to Payable, so I contact TCB to sort out. All in all I enjoy using the site and have gained a several hundred pounds over the last few years.

So far so good, the first £15 I received within a couple of weeks and I got an echo dot for £2 which was fantastic.
I use it for all my online shopping and expect cash back every 2weeks or so.
You can get a rough idea of when the cash back will be ready by looking at your account.

Topcashback should not be allowed to continue advertising a deal and then not honouring the amount. I purchased a Virgin broadband package which was tracked.
After a few months Topcashback stated I was due £35 and refused to pay the £140 they advertised for that deal.
Don't bother using them as they will falsely advertise and not pay you the right amount. They will even let you know that you can't escalate your complaint and they are not regulated.
