After two years I managed to get a very good comms link with the team and my claim was sorted out within a couple of weeks. Big thanks to Phil for making things happen. Hope future use of the site will be much better.
Most of the cash back tracks & is eventually paid. However it's frustrating when transactions with certain companies offering higher amounts at the time of sale don't track, & there's no follow up even when the missing purchases s have been reported. Topcashback seems extremely slow at resolving such issues, & sometimes seems to make no effort to do so.
I made three purchases over four months ago from L'Occitane using Topcashback vouchers which are still unresolved. I made the purchases solely because of the offers. It's a scam that this company advertised cash back but doesn't pay up.

With claims we do have to use a wider process to get these followed up. That said we keep close attention to the time it takes for retailers to respond and do take proactive action as much as we can to bring claims to a close sooner, rather than later.
If a claim is not successful, it means we have earned no money for the purchase and this is the only reason we also decline the money that we'd be passing on to you. The key for us is to aid our members understand any declines and to help ensure they are avoided in the future.

A few years ago the site was great, cash back was earned and paid back quite quickly, but now, the wheels seem to be falling off. My last few orders have been fraught with problems and the time taken for them to "investigate"them is very poor. I have offered to send them the receipt for the items purchased but am told I have to wait 3 months like everyone else. How on earth can it take 3 months to verify a purchase? I suppose so they can keep the money a bit longer...
Rather use the cash back on your debit card as Topcashback is starting to resemble a scam.

If a cashback purchase doesn't show in your account is pending what it means is that the retailer can't see that we lead to the sale that took place.
It therefore needs to go down a different route, called a missing cashback claim. These get batched up and sent to the retailer's cashback administrator every couple of weeks and then they review them.
These administrators (known as affiliate networks) work with a huge number of retailers and work with a lot of partners like TopCashback so the amount they have to review every batch is considerable. This is why it takes them on average 12 weeks to get back to us.
While I can't promise every retailer replies within that time, what I can promise is we have a large team dedicated to ensuring these claims are resolved speedily and if you would like me to look into something specific please do reach out to me at contact@topcashback.co.uk
Of course, the best way to avoid these long time scales is to get purchases tracking right away without the need for a claim. The best way to do is us by clearing cookies and cache just before logging in and disabling ad blockers. This way the retailer and their cashback administrator can more easily see us as the reason you made a purchase and therefore award us the cashback.

I have earned a lot of money from Topcashback. Generally I find it really easy to use.
Just lately though I have had a few that haven't tracked and It always seems to be on fairly large orders with better rates of cashback.
Generally, once put to a claim it is sorted out OK, but sometimes the company disputes it, which is annoying when I know I have done everything right.
Nevertheless I would still recommend as overall I have earned a lot from Topcashback.

I ordered a game for the ps4 from tcb and while the delivery was safe, quick and only took a day to get here, the site said I had 16 pounds in cashback once the retailer confirms my purchase, the order has arrived so has my delivery confirmation email but the cashback waiting still says pending not payable. I hope we can work this out because other than that it's a great site.

Have been using this site for ages now. So easy to navigate and some great offers on lots of websites. Always worth checking in before making both small and large purchases. Come to withdraw my first payout but their system tells me they're keeping £5 because of "Plus Membership". This was never explained when I joined. I've logged a complaint ("Support Ticket") then tried to withdraw my net amount in the meantime. Have added my bank details but the option to withdraw is not showing. They stink.

We do our very best to ensure it's clear from joining that there are two levels of membership. This has been further enhanced very recently too, ensuring that members fully know and can easily choose which membership level is for them. While Plus Membership gives you lots of perks such as higher rates and tell a friend rates etc we know it may not be for everyone. You have a 30 day grace period to choose whether it's for you but if that's missed our Customer Service team will be happy to help which includes the possibility of switching early if that's what you want to do.
Once you add details to your account, these need confirming but once you have confirmed you made a change to your account by clicking the link you get through email, you'll be able to payout.

Been a top cashback user for quite awhile and can honestly say it's amazing where else can you get rewards for shopping online at so many different company's from doing the weekly food shop to buying birthday cards to going on holiday or relaxing at home. Absolutely anything you need shop via Top cashback and watch those pennies turn to pounds mount up ready for you to transfer into your bank or use to buy vouchers and be rewarded again absolutely amazing

Tried to use it for transactions, followed all the rules and bought my insurance straight away after clicking the button and it says it's been tracked. Amount never uplifted from 0. Have had to open 4 cases with them as it never works and no response from customer service either. Waste of time

I have used Top Cashback now for some time and regularly check if there is cash back on the retailers I may use. It certainly makes sense to check this site as cash back can soon add up and if you are going to order at a retailer why not apply via Top cashback as you have nothing to lose. It is also great to check the amount of cash back on offer for different retailers that may supply the same item(s) so you can order from the one that provides the overall best price when cash back is taken into account. I have found the process very straightforward and worthwhile.
Been using Topcashback for years now, also have a Quidco account but I don't bother with that as I find Topcashback to be easier to use, I know how to send a 'support ticket' if needed and they always reply quickly.
I've probably saved a few thousand over the years as I use it for changing car insurance, broadband, energy supplier etc and it all adds up to quite a bit.
The only niggle I would have, and it's not really their fault, but I've made purchases from a few retailers. The cashback tracks as 'pending' but then the retailer disappears from their site and there's not much you or they can do about that really.
Otherwise, 5 stars and I'll continue to use them and would definitely recommend them to others.

The most dishonest and morally corrupt company. I had made few transactions with retailers and suddenly they closed my account stating there was abuse. They never explained to me what they meant by abuse etc. Don't bother to do business with them who have no respect and regards for fairness and who are dishonest from the core. Use Quidco instead.

TopCashback is such a useful site. Every little penny saved adds up and pays out on your favourite brands.
You just need to remember to check through their site first when you're looking for something, and then to ensure that when you click on it, or get timed out, that you are still on the site when you actually make the purchase, I've missed out a few times by not keeping my eye on that ball.
Well worth a look, and the refer a friend bonuses add up too

The customer service, when you have missing cashback claims, is excellent.
The site is not proactive In preventing them nor in warning you that they happen
I use my cashback at the end of the year, to help pay for the festive season, by converting them to a shopping voucher. (The extra 4% I get from this helps too)

I don't go out shopping for health reasons and rely on online ordering for everything I buy and used to be a member of another cash back site but find Top Cash Back more reliable and generally much faster to pay out. I've been a member for a few years now and earned hundreds of pounds (£877 to be precise!) for buying what I would have bought anyway, but just by going via Top Cash Back, so it's FREE money! Every now and then something doesn't track but customer service has always been fantastic and the vast majority of the time, the money is paid out so worth a few minutes time to lodge a claim. They often have bonus money too which is very well received, which is on top of the normal cash back received.

The refund that I expected to result since 04.02.2019 has been declined. They asked me for a ticket. I sent the ticket printout. They have stalled me for 2 years and they deducted membership fees.
If I bought this ticket from a travel agency, I could get a discount, but I trusted topcashback and wanted to get more discounts. Topcashback for me is a big disappointment.

We're a service that awards our members the commission we earn from retailers for referring sales. Clicking our links should let them see us as eligible, but there are reasons why cashback sometimes gets declined, such as not meeting the terms or if another service has earned the commission.

Small purchases track well but big purchases seem to be problematic, especially eBay for me. EBay large purchases don't track, you raise a claim and you get nothing. I've just used TC to change my broadband provider and my tracking has happened but at a lower rate. The large purchase issue is really frustrating as you think you're getting some decent cash back when you get nothing.

It's disappointing to hear the experiences you've had have been for large purchases. I want to assure you, there is no deliberate settings in place to make this happen it is an unfortunate coincidence.
With a claim, it takes us a number of weeks to get feedback from the retailers appointed tracking network, but I want to assure you as soon as we hear back we will write back to you directly on the claim.

While most sites offer cashback there are still quite a few that don't i.e Aldi etc most of the time to purchases show pretty much straight away which is good but confirmed payments can take up to 3months to become payable some shorter as long as your not dependent on payment then definitely worth signing up another plus is to convert money into vouchers which you get extra bonuses and cashback as well overall happy with this site
