I am sorry to hear your cashback has been declined.

We're a service that awards our members the commission we earn from retailers for referring sales. Clicking our links should let them see us as eligible, but there are reasons why cashback sometimes gets declined, such as not meeting the terms or if another service has earned the commission.

By another service, this could mean a cashback site, the retailer website direct if you visited there before us, search engines, deal sites, that sort of thing.
