I have used TopCashback for a few years now and have earned a few hundred pounds in cashback. Transactions occasionally don't track so I now only use it for items I would have been buying anyway so I am never out of pocket.

I love Topcashback, my husband is sick of me telling people about it as I always do, I've earned enough over the years for 2 holidays out of my earnings, and I do find I will only pick shops that are on Topcashback so I get something back

I've used TopCashback for years and saves a couple of hundred pounds in doing so. Since the cookies have become harder to track due to law changes I have missed out on cash back. It is understandable and they always used to make sure you could raise a case and they would sort it out for you, it used to take a while but you go it in the end. I don't know if they have lost the good people, the training is bad or they just don't care anymore but the support has gone down hill. I missed out on another deal to get my latest BT Broadband deal through TopCashback and not only did they not honour the agreement they were quite rude about it. It cost me £145 so now I have been singing from the hill tops my story to to all my customers and network to ensure no one else starts a new relationship with TopCashBack. Affiliates are 10 a penny so bad service is just bad business. I'm pleased to say it has already cost TopCashback considerably more then the £145 it cost me, I'm not bitter (ish) but it makes me feel a bit better about the time wasted trying to support a business that has clearly lost interest in what it set out to do. Today I DM'd TopCashBack regarding a CONFIRMED amount which was still outstanding.

Phil responded very quickly and has arranged to change this amount to PAYABLE.

Never touch top cashback or Now TV broadband total ripoff both if them, placed an order for Now TV broadband through topcashback and several months later been declined, I have paid the £20 per month as agreed but now they have refused to pay the £76.50 back to me so this is a total scam by both topcashback and Nowtv broadband don't use them false promises and fraud, will be going to the financial ombudsman and the programme rip off Britain also the newspapers they need to be named and shamed both companies, topcashback come out with some excuses my god

If anyone isn't using topccashback you're mad it's so easy and if you're gonna buy something it's stupid not to use it as who doesn't like saving money yes you have to wait a bit but well worth it

Appears to take months to get anything back and all big purchases like insurance u rarely get they usually dispute it and for some reason or another you don't qualify

I work in IT so know all about tracking and cookies and how these sites work. I am now finding that there's a regular pattern that cash back that's only pennies tends to track without fail. However when you start getting into cash back that's £sss then here's where things start to get odd. I have been using top cash back for 2 years and mostly large amounts mysteriously get declined. Suspicions were alerted to the latest one when I booked our entire holiday through TopCashback. The cash back was £219 so a big one. I was surprised to see the cash a k track firstly at all but it did, then shortly after I got the email stating this had tracked and now was confirmed and I just now had to wait for it to become payable. I checked my account and there it was sitting in my account £219 cash back. Surprised to say the least. But here's where it gets dodgy. The following day TopCashback email me to tell me it's been declined by the retailer even though I have the previous email saying the retailer has confirmed the cash back and it has been showing as confirmed in my account for the past 24 hours. What I see here is large payments getting confirmed and TopCashback not passing them on as this clearly shows it was confirmed by the retailer. I think this big payment slipped past top cash back and they noticed too late yet still took it back and now they trying to tell me it's the retailer who declined it.

What a waist of time I might of well spent all day looking for chicken teeth having to do there work for them payments pending over a month transactions not showing up then I got to forward receipts to them personally I would not bother using it frustrating luckily I have not long signed up so time to delete my account luckily they only showing me I have £16 which I will never get so forget TopCashback as should be £22 showing and the joke is £16 showing has been pending over a month

When I do small amounts of TopCashback it tracks through in a matter of hours,However when I do larger amounts of TopCashback it takes months,and usually only get Cashback after a lot of Hassle.One lot took nearly a year.I think it is like a Lottery,you do not know if you will get anything.

Really pleased with Topcashback, great offers/ bonuses and payout has been really quick. Customer service very helpful.

This cashback site is a SCAM. I have took a car insurance policy through Compare the Market via this cashback site and offered £30 cashback (offer is still active at the time of writing yhis review) but the cashback never processed and now customercare is saying as per terms and condition cashback is not guaranteed. Is this a joke if its not guaranteed then why start a cashback site and show offers still active. Should have taken through Quidco which is very much better than this scammers and always track cashback immidiatly and pays on time. Only reason I took through this cowboys to save some more quids as through Quidco same policy was £10 expensive but still have haved me £20.
