Too Faced

I have been using Too Faced makeup products for over 3 years. I am obsessed with the quality of the product and the scents. My favorite thing about Too Faced is that it feels like they really take into account how their customer wants to feel and that's why I think this brand is so successful.

Not only is their customer service the absolute worst, but the products aren't so great either. The eyeshadow has no payoff or staying power, the lipstick is overpriced and runny and most everything else is for teenagers. The only good thing I can say is the packaging is cute. And the scents are nice but they don't react well to my eyes. Also their so called "sales" aren't really sales, they are just getting rid of stuff nobody wants. And still charging a fortune for it. It should be sold at Walmart or Target.

I ordered a birthday gift from too Faced's website. I thought it was a great deal and was super excited to receive it. I ended up receiving an empty box in the mail. The item i ordered went out of stock after i ordered it so they decided to send me an empty box. I called about this and the woman was extremely unhelpful. They offered me a refund for the item but didn't want to refund me shipping. They also never sent me an email saying the item was out of stock and id be getting a refund for it, or to cancel my order entirely since it was the one item in my order. They just sent me an empty box, tried to avoid refunding me my shipping, and i still haven't gotten a refund at all so if possible ill update this review when i do. I won't be ordering from them again, I recommend their makeup but order from Ulta or Sephora instead of their website. Better costumer service with those companies.

Too faced is best in makeup industry. Ignore the their high prices because they never compromise on quality. Making you feel so great after using their products. Being a beauty lover, must give Too Faced a try!

I have personally purchased and used the Too Faced Peach Eyeshadow palette and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The palette itself smells divine and works beautifully as well. All of the shades are easy to blend and apply. They can create a wide variety of looks, from smoky evening looks to simple daytime looks, so the palette is therefore worth every penny in my books. Would highly recommend this palette.

The Natural Matte Eyeshadow Palette is really beautiful. I've been looking for a palette with all matte, neutral shades and this hits all the marks. There's a wonderful range of shades and each one is usable; no wasted colors here. The only issue that I have is that there's a good amount of fallout and that's why I subtracted one star. To remedy this, make sure you tap your brush to get excess shadow off prior to applying. I find there's still good color payoff even though I need to do this. Also, as with most of their products, these shadows have a sweet scent to them.

I love their products but they have made it rather difficult for people to shop outside the US. The American site doesn't take international cards and if you want to shop in the UK, you ought to pay $30+ in delivery, plus taxes on top of the original price which is just a huge turnoff. Haven't had a similar experience with any other store and if their products weren't cruelty free which is a must for me, I would've ditched them entirely for other brands.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I waited over two weeks for my items to be delivered and now they shorted me on an item and said they refunded me when they didn't. I am beyond upset and the lady that I spoke with would not do anything to rectify this experience. They have lost my business forever. You would think they would honor a long time customer like myself! Also not truly cruelty free since they were acquired my Estée Lauder! Seriously horrible service and experience.

I just bought some of their cosmetics products, and it turns out to be absolutely fantastic.
I really love the mascara and pen eyeliner of them. Ultra quality products. Super long-lasting and smug proof, they are. Worth the money.

Their pallets are best ones I've ever tried! Eyeshadows are long-last, colors pigmentated as they should be, and even the smell of their eyeshadows is perfect. Price is not the lowest, but product is with it for 100%. I use a peachy one for more than 1 year, and still it is the best one!

I placed my very first order during the Black Friday sale from too faced website and paid fee for international shipping. About 3 weeks later all I received is a empty box with a concealor sample in it. I contacted toofaced customer services and every time they provided me different answers. First they claimed that I will receive rest of my item within 2days, then there is nothing. After that they told me they will reship it again,,, many days has passed still nothing. At the end after many calls and emails ( almost a month later) they decided to issue me a refund... they do not care about how much time they had wasted, no consideration towards their customers.
Do not order it from the website! Unless you want to waste your time and deal with their unprofessional services. The fact that they shipped a empty box tells all.

I have bought several things, I am a beauty junkie and I like to try new companies, this company advertises that their products have antioxidants like the eye shadows, the way they advertise all of them have them, not true, I bought the last palette they came out with called the power of make up, I could not return it fast enough! Of course the shipping was on me, very expensive! The quality in this palette is worse than drug store, I worked in Cosmetics for many years so I am used to YSL, Chanel, Guerlain etc. this is cheap and no chocolate, which is what made them famous, be careful, theyreally are too face.

I really wanted to leave a review about the customer service. I had ordered a kennel from Chewy and the tracking said it was delivered and I never received it. I emailed the company and they apologized and sent out a replacement that same day. I received it shortly after that. About a week later, I found out it was delivered to a neighbor. I contacted Chewy and told them about the mistake. They thanked me for letting them know, and asked if I would donate it to a friend or animal shelter. I am so impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company and will continue to purchase items through them. Thanks Chewy!
