Too Faced

I placed an order on 4-28 and it is now 5-12 and I have yet to receive my product however I did receive two emails wanting to know how satisfied I was with my order in my product I have contacted the company three times and have received one email stating that someone would contact me shortly, which nobody did. I received another email stating that I would receive an email once my item was shipped. I am still waiting on that email and my product. I have ordered from two other separate companies and have received both orders. I will not order from this company again I do however like their product line and will continue to order it from some other vendor.

I am regular customer of TOO Faced but on black friday sale they offered me huge discounts which made me so happy. I am so lucky that they offered me huge discounts and their products quality are one of the best in whole US.

Not good. The wand is clunky and hard to use and the mascara bleeds and smudges horribly. Thankfully I bought the travel size. Won't purchase it again and don't recommend it.

I have been ordering makeup from their site for a while now. Sometimes I have made orders and they never give me a tracking number and it takes an entire month to come in. The last order I made was an order filled with gifts for some friends of mine and they sent me a box with nothing I ordered, but the two samples that i had wanted with my order. It took over a month to even get to my home and when I called they said they had canceled it. They said that everything I ordered went out of stock. 5 products all out of stock at the same time? Doesn't make any since to me and why would they say it is in stock on their website. Normally it will say if it is out of stock. They are supposed to refund me, but they never even told me they canceled it or anything beforehand. They are very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from them again. Too long to ship and sometimes you apparently don't get what you ordered.

I placed an order on August 23rd for 3 eye palettes during their Semi-Annual Sale. I received one eye palette with an invoice that only had "0" under the quantity for the other 2. I emailed them on the 17th inquiring about the other remaining products and didn't receive an email back. I decided to wait until 4:00pm today and then I called the customer service line. The service rep informed me at first that my items shipped to which I informed her only one item shipped and I have an invoice from you to prove it. She than said oh yes the items you ordered are out of stock. Really? When was someone going to tell me? Also when was I going to get a credit for the items I didn't get? I mean I contacted you Too Faced. Looks like the name really does suit your company.

Hold my money for over a month. Worst customer service. Don't deal with them.
Someone named Jeffery supervisor was telling me that the agent don't know what they are doing! Unbelievable

You wont find anything like this in your local jewelry stores. Thank you for creating beauty. I am a dedicated customer.

If you want to buy an eyeshadow palette, but do not know which one to buy, because there is such one which is quite difficult to work with such as Huda Beauty and Anastasia (both of them I like too, but they are more for a professional makeup artist), but all palettes by Too Faced are quite easy in use even for the beginners. Very pigmented, lovely shadows, a lot of colors and moreover a lot of different types of palettes which can be good as for blonde girls and for brunettes,
My favourites are Chocolate Bar, Pretty Rich, the Natural Nudes and of course natural matter.
