Their items aren't all that fantastic, but their customer service is the worst. The lipstick is pricey and watery, the eyeshadow has no staying power or payoff, and the majority of the other products are marketed towards teenagers. I can only say that the package is adorable. Also, although the smells are pleasant, my eyes don't react well to them.

Buyer BEWARE! SCAMMERS. Worthless service department. I tried several times to be patient yet nothing was ever done to make me whole

Buying products from Sephora, no problem. But steer clear of their website. They will give you shade recommendations based on other products, but they don't match. I decided to pop into Sephora less than an hour after placing an order to check the shade match, and it was soooo bad. I tried to update my order or change it (less than an hour later) and they only give you 30 minutes to make changes and customer service wouldn't help. So when I received it in the mail, I immediately initiated a return through the chat. That took an HOUR. They received my return 11 days ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I won't purchase through the website ever again.

I purchased mascara online from Too Faced Cosmetics and when it arrived it was dried out. I returned the items using the shipping label provided by the company. I have never received a refund for the items. I have called customer service 3 times asking to speak with a supervisor and they refuse to transfer me.

This location has the most amazing staff! They were incredibly helpful, energetic, and overall provided excellent service.

I recently purchased the Too Faced eyeshadow palette and I am absolutely in love with it! The colors are so vibrant and blend seamlessly. The packaging is also stunning and makes me happy every time I use it. I've received so many compliments on my eye makeup since I started using this palette. I highly recommend the Too Faced brand to anyone looking for high-quality, beautiful makeup products.

I have heard a lot of good opinion about Too Faced and their cosmetics. So I finally decided to try it out myself! Must admit, the variety of products was stunning but the thing I wanted most was the Better Than Sex Mascara. You have to believe the reviews online - its amazing! Plus, the shipping was so fast!
I got the mini package and its great for holidays and travel. Highly recommend.

They are a pleasure to work with and i would go back again. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean.

Not good. The wand is clunky and hard to use and the mascara bleeds and smudges horribly. Thankfully I bought the travel size. Won't purchase it again and don't recommend it.

I mostly love their eyelash extension mascara. It gives my lashes full look, and make my eyes look more bigger and active look.

I ordered a pallet from them and every time that they sent the pallet they sent and make up bag instead I've called it called I have three new make up bags no pallet they said the bin numbers matched up but they did not I've gotten three bags no pallet still charge for the pallet pretty irritating

Promise to refund, no response to emails, call backs. Stay away, they are a bunch of crooks. Should not be in business at all.you hear of scam sites, well this is a big one

Make up lover since a pre teen. I'm much older now, but still enjoy many products. BTS Mascara did not work for me. At the end of a sweltering day, I looked like a raccoon. Also wore on vow renewal day and noticed very clumpy. Just constructive feedback. Will continue to try other products.
