Perfect shop! Great service, fair prices and fast distribution. My clothes look the same as the pictures showed and furthermore they have a great quality. I will definitely buy there again!
I bought a hubsan drone, it came defective. I tried to return it but they made it a very difficult process. The will not send a return label. After going back and forth they approved me to return the unit at my own expense to receive a partial refund. I received an email with the instructions to mail the unit to California and a couple of days later, I received another email with instructions to mail the item to China. I'm working with my credit card purchase protection program to get my refund. I will never recommend this company.

Products received were really fast, the price is real, unlike many other seller from China, which I have bought many from, most will have a price as selling, as during Promotion period, they will rise the price higher than list, after discount price which are higher than usual price. That is my experience, I have bought from other for years till I found TomTop, which when they are on sale, it really sale.
Believe me or not, you can check and browse their products and prices.
Infact, the products are real quality with reasonable price.

1) They trick customers with their fake VIP loyalty program and benefits you never receive. Its all a lie...
2) Their customer service representatives do not reply to queries on *******@tomtop.com, or the live chat reps "are not authorized to help" with your problem.
3) They charge you for expensive expedited shipping then split orders without consulting you or send china post to score the extra money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BAD SERVICE! BAD COMPANY!
