I am shure, i continue to bougth on Tomtop. Every time i ordered on Tomtop i received the item when i received on week later. And if the item is not in perfect condition, i contact the support service on tomtop, and they send me a refund order by paypal.
I ordered a few things from Tomtop, some of fairly low value and some very expensive, costing almost £1000. I have received them very quickly and without any problems (I live in the UK). I can highly recommend it.
Ordered a DJI Mavic Pro, explicitly from the german warehouse. It was marked "usually shippes within one business day". After one week without notice I asked and they sent me a tracking number for a parcel being shipped from china (!). But the story doesn't end here. I ordered four weeks ago and haven't gotten anything yet! Tomtop does not answer any messages, neither through email nor through Paypal. I am currently trying to get my money back through Paypal and I can only warn people from this shop - don't buy there, this is a ripoff!

Fiz a compra de um smartphone. O preço do site é excelente, gostei muito, porém é ruim na comunicação. Eu mandei três e-mails e não me responderam até hoje. Mandaram um código de rastreio errado, e dez dias depois mandaram o código de rastreio correto. O produto chegou rápido, bem embalado, novo.

De inicio nao tive uma boa compra, meu pedido demorou demais para ser enviado... eu entendo que houve um erro pois o produto estava sem estoque.
Mas nao fiquei muito satisfeito com a falta de atenção.
Apos envio chegou bem rápido incrivelmente 19 dias, muito bem embalado, produto lacrado e sem avarias, original e de qualidade!
