I bought 3 phones and one mouse from Tomtop and my experience with them has been great so far. The goods are well packaged and had no problems with shop ROMs on their phones. The only problem that I can identify is that it takes some time for them to send the items, but that's not a big problem, since everything arrives so quickly with their shipping method.

Très bon site de commerce chinois, il a de nombreux entrepôts en Europe notamment un en France. Le staff est présent sur le site mais pas tellement professionnelle enfin pour certain (ce n'est pas le cas de tout Tomtop). Les prix sont bon les délais de livraison un peu plus long que prévu mais sont tout de même rapide moins d'une semaine pour des objet en Europe.

What a remote control boat used it one time for 5 minutes boat went up in a ball of smoke every time you call the company they say it's the weekend and I'll get back to you on Monday after a month of this I finally got in contact with them had to send them a video of the boat with the interior all burnt up and they wanted to send me Parts it's my first RC boat I guess they figured I'm an RC boat mechanic unbelievable the boat is all burnt up and smells like garbage like the company top Tom don't buy nothing from them horrible customer service wouldn't buy a gumball from them if you paid for it they suck.
My opinion remains with TOMTOP.

I bought a Smartphone at TOMTOP.
It was announced that the shipment would have a tracking number, which was never given to me.
TOMTOP never answered the messages requesting the tracking number.
On July 14 the mobile phone was delivered to my house, when I opened the box the phone had a scratch on the back and the microphone did not work.
I found myself again with TOMTOP Support, who answered me after a few days, asking for photos and videos demonstrating the problem.
I took some pictures and a video and sent it to TOMTOP who proposed that I repair the phone locally that they would pay a reasonable cost. I did not accept it because I would lose the manufacturer's gantantia if the phone was opened.
TOMTOP wanted me to pay for the mobile phone, against what they say on their website that says that when it is a dead on arrive situation, the customer does not have to pay anything for them, they do the replacement of the equipment or the Return of the amount paid.
Then they asked to upload the video on youtube, and I did.
TOMTOP then offered to accept a partial refund of the amount paid.
It's unacceptable a situation like this, I bought a cell phone that was supposed to be new, and working in perfect condition, and they sold me scrap metal that does not work and they want me to take payments to solve the problem.
According to TOMTOP the products sold by that company have a 12-month warranty, but do not give it.
I shopped online for many years, already spent thousands of euros on purchases, and never had such a bad experience in a purchase, as in this company.
Answers to emails are very time consuming, and seem to be automatically generated responses, it is always the automatic Mr. Lee to respond without ever answering the questions that are posed.
Almost a month later the problem remains unresolved, for almost a week they have not responded to my messages.
Do not trust TOMTOP because if you have a problem with the object that you buy you will have serious problems and waste of money.
I bought a quadrocopter. Sent quickly. Got it too quickly. Dron is working. Slightly dented packing. But the drone is flying normally. Thank you.
