Excellent website with tons of products available to order online, with options for every age and gender. The prices are average when compared to other similar sites, but we are often delighted with great offers and coupon codes that makes it even better to shop.

I buy 3 different items with a different shipping method. 1 priority and 2 standard shipping. My item with priority delivery status change to dispatched in tomtop system since August 15th. My standard delivery dispatched on August 16th. Until today my item with priority is untraceable and my other 2 items are traceable and heading to my city. The customer service aren't professional and beware to buy a promo items in tomtop. Not recommended. They say that my item will be received arround sept 2th. Are you kidding me! I pay $23 and i have to wait more than standard shipping?! I ask them to send me the receipt and they can't send me one. I will keeping the update on September 2th if the item will be received. Once again, tomtop is not recommended. Order number: BN17H15A0633-HRI2U7

Made my order on the 16th of august and wrote to them before to make sure it will arrive before i leave, they said no problem it will take 3-5 days if i pay for express.
Now it has been 8 days and not even tracable, so i write to them and they tell me 7-15 days delivery when i paid 15e extra for shipping!
Im moving abroad in one week and have no way to receive the package and they wont even refund the express shipping cost.

I had ordered a Guitar neck, a DIY guitar, and lot of other products too. Its really good. Everything came on time, except guitar had a slight damage because of the local delivery service, but it could have been packed in little more well mannered way! I have suggestion if they are little more interactive and listens to customers demand or choice. Other than that TOMTOP is really good, Trust worthy, good after sales too! I would order more, so many products available toooo...

La boite d'origine juste recouverte d'un film plastique... de ce fait la boite à légèrement souffert durant le transport... mais pas le produit donc tout va bien.
