I needed a bike travel case and searched several websites for the right one. After doing a couple of hours research I felt as if I was becoming a pro on travel cases and was ready to make a purchase- but it had to be at a good price. There are other, similar bike travel cases but most cost a lot more than the XXF Hard Bike Case. There is a video on YouTube showing the features of this case and I was convinced that this is the perfect travel case for me. Tomtom offered the best price for the case as well as the most economical shipping. I've used it once so far and my complete bike (taken apart), helmet, shoes, shorts & jersey, socks, etc fit with no problem. The locks are a great option, however, TSA still managed to pop one open and 'inspect' my case.
**Tip** I used 2 tie down straps around the case for added stability and assured closure.

TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
